I am so disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication the employees have here. I came in this morning at 10a to reserve a table for a small bday party at noon and the manager TINA(she refused to provide her last name) td me i cant do that. I told her that i did the same thing 6months ago for my little girl. She didnt seem to care and was very rude. She clearly did not know how to deal with this situation did not care. I am not pleased with the type of treatment and the lack of sympathy for my situation.

Brought my Niece on a Friday for lunch. It was her first time and she loved it. There’s not that many games to choose from but there is a good amount of games. I was bummed to find out that they no longer have the sketchy pictures available. The staff was super friendly especially Kaitlyn I believe was her name. Definitely great customer service. I will be coming back. Also you can print out coupon online and use them. I will be coming back soon

NOBODYWATCHESTHEFRONTANDNOBODYCHECKSSTAMPS! 01÷29÷16, 2pm, my 4 year old brother could have been easily kidnapped because nobody was there to check his stamp when we walked outside.

Came here for a birthday party. It was terrible. The place is really small compared to other CEC’s and the party area is tight. They allow way too many people in the place that the fire marshal should keep an eye out for possible occupancy violations. The food is typical CEC: meaning, it sucks. Luckily, there are many restaurants a short walk away like a Panera and a Sizzler. Parking is ample and the location is easy to find. But if it wasn’t for that party, we would never have come here… And we’ll never come back.

I usually hate places like this, but I was pleasantly surprised at this location. We were greeted when we walked in, staff was friendly, it was clean, not too packed, the kids and parents alike were well behaved, wasn’t too loud, plenty of seating to choose from so you’re not stacked like sardines, and the parking lot had plenty of lighting(safe environment). There are two large play areas(one for smaller kids and the other for kids about 8 and older). No matter where you sit you can see both play areas and keep track of your kids without running all over the place(someone put some thought into the layout). I was also surprised with the food, it was really good. They made our pizza’s fresh and they tasted amazing and were piping hot to the table. We also ordered the churros, they were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside w/a side of caramel or cinnamon bun frosting dipping sauce. Make sure you go on-line and print out their coupons, we go the $ 49.99 special, 2 large(1) topping pizzas,(4) soft drinks, and 100 tokens for the kids(most games take 1 token) except for the video games(the Transformer game too 5 tokens!). I had four kids with me and 100 tokens yielded about 400+ tickets. The customers were friendly as well, I had a chance to talk to another Dad sitting a few tables away and we had a pleasant conversation while the kids played. Several parents smiled as we passed each other, so overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely go back. We went on a Tuesday night about 5PM to 7PM, I’m sure weekends are completely different. Oh, one last thing don’t park in front of the UFC gym, they have sales people out front that will put you in an arm bar if you don’t sign up for a gym membership(j/k) but they can be pushy, so avoid passing by or parking on that side of Chuck E. Cheese’s and have fun!

First off, I’m only giving this place two stars because my kid had a blast… So, my family is in from Michigan and we decided to come here for a fun Monday night. We rounded up all the cousins and ended up filling 2 cars and an suv. My brother(21 yo) his gf(20 yo) and my brother and cousins 2 of them being 17 and one being 12. They were the first to leave so they got there first. When I pulled up, I saw my brother and his gf sitting at a table and my younger brother and cousins waiting to get in because the employee at the front, Hannah, refused to let them in without an adult. Isn’t an adult 18? 21? I don’t see what the issue was. So when I got there she asked how old I was so I told her as she gave me a blank stare. Then I said what’s the problem? Do you need my id? And she said no, it’s okay then finally stamped everyone in. And it didn’t stop there, she kept her eyes on us the whole time as if we were up to no good. Chill Hannah! We just wanted to spend some time together and play some games.

Came for school fundraiser. Place was relatively clean considering a bunch of kids running around. Staff was nice and the pizza still sucks. Better than most other Chuck E Cheese’s I’ve been to.

This review has several different parts, use this information to draw your own conclusion. The Good: We scheduled a party and that part was ok(other than the lack of smiles from the employees). Pizza came for the party and the kids liked it(pizza is pizza to kids). The Ehh: Some of the games were broke and ate some of the tokens which the kids didn’t even notice until they saw that they weren’t getting any tickets. Beers aren’t that good of a deal. The Bad: Service was horrible, we had several orders for food and one of the orders we were told it would be ready soon, then it didn’t come, and after 30mins we asked again, they said that the pizza just went in the oven, and they’ll bring out the hotdogs. After another 30mins still no update so we asked and again were told that the pizza was going in the oven. Since our time was about up for the party space and we were being cleared out I went up to discuss the situation with the manager«Christa» and was told that they are busy and she wasn’t even apologetic. I went up to deal with the situation because the people that made the order were already tired of dealing with the employees. How they could have handled it: Let people know if you have a long wait or an issue in the kitchen. Simple communication would help with getting people to actually come back or write a good review. TL;DR: I really think that you could use your money better elsewhere.

6 rides were down, jet rider, take 5 with chucke, Stuart little, glider rider, duo drive. Unacceptable. I was told that the attendants rather clean tables to leave early than unjam the rides.

Ian loves this place. We have been to this location once a month(at least, I think) in the past couple of years. As soon as we take a left into this shopping complex from Rosecrans he yells 3 things in no particular order. Let us get a DVD(From Movie Q) I want to ride the police cart(Albertsons special baby carts) I want to go to Chuck-E-Cheese The loudest shriek/scream is reserved for chuck-e-cheese. His face lits up and he starts dancing in the car eagerly awaiting to enter his happiest place on earth. Pros: New playtools/rides installed in the past few months. Almost all the rides are functional all the time. We encountered only one ride that was broken during all our visits.(+1) All the kids are polite, happy and mindful of their surroundings. Very impressive. Friendly employees for the most part. Cons: Party area is huge, however it is not private.(–1) Smokers outside the entrance(–1) As long as Ian doesn’t get bored of this place we will be frequent visiters. :-)

It’s chucky cheese. What’s not to like. This place is cozy and perfect for little kids. The food wasn’t bad at all. I mean, i had worse from established restaurant focusing just on food. If you can avoid rush hour playtime, this place is awesome. But if you’re here with 1000’s of other people, you will not like it.

My husband and I brought the grandkids for them to spend some time together. When we came in some tables were occupied and the ones empty were dirty with trash from the food the previous customers left behind. I found one that was acceptable enough to sit down and eat some food. After the kids were done with their food they all went off to play at the arcade. We decided to move closer to where they were but the tables were filthy on the other side too. I saw two employees chatting at the entrance gate and I asked them if someone could come and wipe off a table for us. The female person replied to me she was on her break and she still had a few more minutes off. I just decided to grab some napkins and use some hand sanitizer and wipe the table off myself. I had to go back to get more hand sanitizer to clean the booths and as I was coming back when she went over to the table to wipe it off. I just ignored what she did and went ahead to wipe off the booths. When she saw me wiping off the table she told me «I just wiped off for you» I decided to ignore her. How sad it is that one has to ask employees to do their job. It’s a real turn off to want to bring kids and spend your money at a place where employees don’t care.

My daughter refers to it as «Cheese Mouse.» We come her a lot. With coupons it ends up being relatively inexpensive(just the price of pizza). The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean, and it usually isn’t too crowded. Best one I’ve been to.

The young ones enjoy coming here. They stamp the hand of everyone in the party. They make sure that the children you are with has the same stamp as you. Very nice security feature. I think that the food tastes A-Ok. Salads are decent. They did a nice job the Sunday we were there of keeping the Salad Bar clean and organized. The Cheesy sticks were tasty. The pizzas were better than Little Caesars. Of course, the Number 1 Reason to come here is for the entertainment. Plenty of games and little rides for the kiddos. The kids can accumulate tickets from some of the games. With the tickets, they can earn prizes from their available choices. During our most recent visit, the restaurant was looking really good. Staff members were constantly cleaning up the place. Even with plenty of kids there, the staff did a fine job of keeping the place looking good. Based on my three visits here with nieces and nephews, this Chuck E. Cheese location is deserving of 4 stars.

This is the only chuck E cheese I will go to. It’s kept clean, and the games work! it tends to get pretty busy on Friday and Saturday evenings, so I try to come only in the mornings. The Italian sandwich is great I always get it when I go.

So it wasn’t even busy when I went but this place was a mess! The salad bar looked terrible and food was all over the floor. I waited in line forever with only 2 people ahead of me the guys working was so slow. Not sure if it was because it was during the week but Chuckee never came out to see any kids. A lot of games were also not working which happens every time I come to this location. It was also my daughters birthday and all they gave her was TWO coins. Talk about greedy!
