Great place to eat. Super clean which is always a bonus. The food was great, we had the uncle louie and meatball sub. Both were great. The one girl was kind of stubborn but I won’t hold it against the company. Great place to eat

I have Dibs on DiBellas. And if you have any Aretha and Ella Fitzgerald records, you can keep the Aretha ones, and I have Dibs on Ellas. I don’t usually like chains, but DiBella’s makes generally wonderful sandwiches. Not every location is consistent and delicious, and not every sandwich they make is as awesome, but their«Godfather» is really good if you like Italian Deli meats. Their bread is great, their ingredients are fresh and hearty, and their prices are kind of low. Plus they are somewhat local, based out of Rochester. The bread: hearty and homebaked, thick, sub-style(and nothing like subway). I’m a fan. Especially the«everything»(or whatever the one is called that has a ton of stuff on it). This location is near my house so I come here regularly. Out of 5 trips, I’ve had 4 amazing sandwiches, and one iffy experience which made me queasy, probably because I ordered a different sandwich that I wasn’t into(can’t remember which). But the good ones(especially the Godfather) were so good, that DiBella’s is scoring a 5 from me, and I’m now a regular here. Nom nom nom. And if it was owned by Robert Pattinson, it would be renamed DoBella’s.

Walked in, not greeted or anything. Waited a few for someone to come out of the back room to ask us for our order.

It had been a few years since I had a sub from here do I thought I would stop in on way to work. I was very happy to see that they open at 10am! I decided to create my own sub. Turkey, lettuce, provolone cheese with buffalo hot sauce & ranch dressing on a sesame roll! OMG it was soooo good! I call it my Buffalo Turkey :) Everything was so fresh! I ordered the medium size sub with the combo deal(bag of chips with a drink) for $ 8. I really liked that they offer the vitamin water and bottled water as options from the standard fountain sodas. I will not wait so long for my next stop in!

Stopped here to pick up a sub last night .You walk in and there’s a order section where you place your order .They have several bread choices, and a wide variety of sub’s prepared to your liking. Then you take a number for the order. I ordered a Philly Cheese steak sub on a everything sub roll to go. Then step over to the checkout side. It was quite busy, Finally got my sub 10 mins later and it was delicious! Will definitely be back.

Stopped in here for lunch, I’m in town on business. I was delighted to see all the different types of bread available-especially the everything bread. I gave it a try on a godfather and it was wonderful. All the ingredients are fresh sandwich was excellent. I would go there again

Had the Buffalo Chicken Sub w Provolone and a chocolate chip cookie! So delicious. Note that this is not a chicken finger sub type, but rather chunks of chicken in buffalo sauce. The cookies are fabulous! Free refills for your drinks.

I came here for all the hype. The bread is good and so are the cookies but overall not so much impressed with the subs. They tasted good but I think it’s pretty much just a fancier Subway.

DiBellas did a pretty good job with their subs. They are super bread, but if you’re into that then this is your spot. The Philly Cheese Steak had minimal steak, but they loaded copious amounts of mushrooms, onions, and peppers, all of which were seasoned and cooked to perfection. This might be the best in the area(the locals say so), but there’s room for improvement.

Great sub shop. I’ve never gotten a sandwich i didn’t like here. The spicy mustard and hot peppers are outstanding as well as the oil if you’re not a fan of heat. The Dagwood and Uncle Louie are a couple of my favorite subs aside from good old turkey.

Oh man. I love DiBella’s subs, they are everything a sub should be: fresh bread, ingredients and delicious sauces that all blend together for a taste bud attack of delight. Despite my love for the brand, yesterday’s visit was a disappointment. At 9pm on a Saturday night, before we went off to see American Hustler at the Transit Rd. Theater’s, we stopped in for a sub. The first negative was it seemed like the cashier tried to discourage us from placing our order. «We are out of almost every single bread.» OK… well what do you have? She listed off a few flavors, all of which were fine and we placed an order. The employee seemed like she mentally-retired for the night and did not want to be there. Once our food was received(I ordered the Cheesesteak Sub and my fiancé got the tuna salad) and we tried to find a table to sit… even though the place was empty(two customers later walked in after us), almost all the tables were dirty and not wiped down. Practically every single one. It was discouraging. We finally found a table and sat down. My sub was good. Bread was toasted and the ingredients came together fine, although from the«meh» service to the dirty tables, I can’t say we had an enjoyable time. Hopefully this location can get it together for next time!

A realay good sub shop, even if part of a chain. Highlights are the homemade sub rolls. We tried whole wheat and all grains, on a meatball sub and italian cold cuts special. Nice assortment of sides, including some great cookies. Meals were prepared to order, quickly and no fuss. Good service and reasonable pricing. INteresting Norman Rockwell inspired wall art.

Dibella’s is beyond a step back in time sub shop, it’s becoming a personal favorite. Only problem is that I can’t get past the meatball sub to try anything else. My original plan was to work through the sub menu little by little, but, it’s just not happening. My last visit led to the perfect meatball sub. It started with the freshest roll I’ve ever had, literally taken from the baking area as I was walking in. This is the secret behind their subs and to get a fresh soft roll just was the icing on the cake. Their meatballs are the perfect mix of beef, pork, and such all smothered in a spicy red sauce. Also, it is nice to be able to get mozzarella cheese on your sub. Some other«chains» scoff at you if you even ask for it. Needless to say, another satisfied customer. For those who haven’t been, a medium size sub is more than enough for someone who is hungry. A large is perfect for a couple people or more. Some day I’ll make it to the steak sub… some day

Who doesn’t love Dibella’s? Great sandwiches, awesome bread, amazing cookies. This may be a Rochester based chain but the Transit location doesn’t disappoint.

This may just be the world’s most perfect sub. Everything about it was JUSTPERFECT! I had tuna(white albacore!) salad on a sesame sub roll. The small one was barely finish-able, and I’m(unfortunately) a big eater. Lots of flavorful tuna salad(not too much mayo… a definite plus for me) with a choice of cheese(Swiss for me), and piled high with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, sweet peppers, hot peppers, and roasted red peppers. There are also pickles and black olives, but I didn’t get ‘em. As it was, I could barely get the sub into my mouth. Everything was delicious and fresh. The people working behind the counter are super friendly. And, the place is very, very clean.

Dibella’s puts Subway to shame. Enough said. The Godfather sub is massively excellent. The medium size is a large by any other measure and enough for two. They heat up the sub if you want and build the sub to your specs. The workers at this location were excellent and friendly. The décor is very warm and engaging for«just» a sub place. This is my favorite sub restaurant in the area. Even better than J&M’s.

I was shocked to see this place has no reviews yet. I’m not sure how this sub shop compares to others on the east coast since I’m visiting from los angeles, but for me it’s one of the best subs I’ve ever eaten. The bread is so freshly baked and even the small sub is huge. I ordered the old fashioned loaded with everything. The décor is really cute too. Believe me when I say none of those chain sub shops even come close to this and the price is the same.
