Freaky fast service! Veges and meats are sliced fresh everyday. Bread is never over four hours old. A++++++++++

Never had a bad sub here yet. Love the bread they use. Also they are super quick and the staff is friendly.

The subs are awesome and every time we ordered delivery it was super fast like they claim! You can tell everything is freshly made and the bread is amazing. Only wish they had hot subs.

Went for the first time. Staff was very friendly and helpful and took time to explain the menu since we’ve never been there before. Fun atmosphere with a lot of funny pictures on the walls! Subs were good, a little skimpy on the meat (compared to other local sub places) However, tables were dirty and the bathroom was out of soap (how are employees washing their hands? — ew!)

Wonderful experience. I’d never been to a Jimmy John’s before this one got here. Great workers who were very helpful. And I must say it has the best food. The quality of the ingredients they use are of the highest quality and it shows when you have one of their tasty subs. Would recommend this place to everyone and anyone. I’ll be back for sure!

Wow. Talk about a sandwich light on meat. One slice of roast beef is kinda ridiculous don’t ya think? I know $ 4.99 is a good price but I expected more. I should never have cheated on Louie’s Deli. Chips and pickle were good but sandwich was a 2 out of 10. I hope mine was the exception because if it’s not they won’t be here long.

Jimmy John’s makes a pretty tasty sub. My favorite piece of the sandwich is most certainly the French bread. Though I find the subs enjoyable, they are not particularly unique in anyway really. Fresh ingredients, most certainly. Delicious bread, yes. The turkey is okay, but not what I would call high quality. Maybe a step above Subway quality turkey, but not even close to something like a Boar’s Head cold cut. I give the food a solid 3 – 3.5.
I ordered the Beach Club and a bag of jalapeño kettle chips today, which was my standard order back in Colorado, where there seems to be a Jimmy John’s on every corner. My workplace frequently ordered from this chain because the delivery was super quick and the food is indeed satisfying. Plus you can place the order online, which is super convenient for whomever is ordering when there is a list of 40 sandwiches.
What sets my rating at 4 stars is the friendly service and the clever signage for their décor. Plus, this place was SPOTLESS. I more than appreciate cleanliness but this was beyond clean, it was squeaky clean, spotless.
Cute, clever, spotless interior. Super friendly service. Fresh ingredients on delicious French bread. Yes, I must be a fan! Glad this JJ’s has made it onto the Transit Road circuit!

Great phone service on our delivery tonight. We are here visiting Buffalo from California. The Tuna was really good as was the turkey and bacon. The pickle was amazing. Fast service too.

Simply put: fast, less expensive than others, fast, fresh, fast.
Great value for the price. Quick attentive service.
Good selection of cold sub’s.
All subs available on 7 grain bread (as a sandwich), in a French bread roll or in a lettuce wrap.
Clean.

Upfront: i don’t normally do reviews for «fast food» but JJ’s crew really impressed us.
Background: we flew into Buffalo for family event, got rental car and got hotel but everything was closed due to snow storm… well except JJ’s.
The crew behind the counter was SUPER SUPER nice and friendly — knowledgeable about the area and a down right hoot while we waited for our food. (which was very quick)
The sandwiches were VERY VERY good !!! Fresh bread and fresh meat — all wrapped up in a great sandwich !
We’ll be back.

Simply put — The Best Sandwich Ever.
Living in VA-​DC-​MD the last 15 years, I became used to a sub and sandwich shop called Jimmy Johns. When we moved back to Buffalo, I prayed nightly that God would drop a JJ franchise somewhere I’m WNY (that didn’t require a conceal carry after 5pm), and today he answered my prayers.
I don’t know if it’s the fresh baked bread, the premium condiments, real meat, or some combination of everything, but it’s like tasting a slice of heaven. It’s the perfect mix of bread, meat, cheese, cucumbers, mayo/​avocado you will ever have… bite after bite.
Mmmm…so #^%£ delicious! You will never look at a Subway the same way again after eating at Jimmy Johns.
