Love the products and they have great sales sometimes but the staff never seems to want to help me or call me when I request to know when a different size comes in. Have experienced great customer service at a location near Orlando Florida but this location is sub par the last three times I have shopped there.

A week before attending a wedding my husband decided that none of his suits fit properly. After asking a well dressed friend for a recommendation of a mens clothing store where we could buy a nice suit off the rack, we ended up here. So glad we did. The salesman, whose name I wished I had asked for, was lovely. So very helpful and knowledgeable not only about his stock, but also about fashion and fit. We settled on a great suit and the gentlemen helped with tie options. I told him what color dress I was wearing to the wedding and that I’d like my husband’s tie to complement it but not look matchy matchy. I asked him what tie he would choose and he chose one that I never would have picked up, but loved!
The only reason I gave a four instead of a five was that I thought the selection could have been larger.

This is a fine branch of the store in the mall. The other is in OP. They carry the same clothes, and they are upscale mens options. Its nice to see well dressed employees and have professional polite service. You will get that here. The prices are ok.

Worked with a gentleman named David Silverman. He helped me with sizing, matching, etc. He was awesome. I highly recommend.

If you’re going to shop Jos A Bank in WNY this is the location to visit. Unlike Orchard Park, the Walden Galleria store consistently has helpful employees who dress like they know something about menswear. Although the Orchard Park store is only a few miles from my house, if I want to shop this retailer I almost always make the trip to the Galleria for it.
