Beware — this place will attempt to rip you off … Just happened to me twice in 1 week!
This is hands-​down the worst McDonalds I have ever visited … Both times this week, I was ripped off and did not receive what I paid extra for. Early this week I ordered the new Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich and received a very thin, cold, and dry piece of CHICKEN PATTY (the same ones they have been serving for years) — worst off the sandwich combo was almost $ 10.00!
This morning I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit with Egg Whites (which is like a $ 1 upgrade) and of course got the regular yellow egg on the sandwich. The worst part of this is that deliberately scammed me on this since I received the «white cheddar cheese» that comes with the egg white upgrade. It was as if they said «I don’t feel like making egg whites… too bad for him»…
Never again will I visit this McDonalds and I just informed our office to boycott them, as well as never use them for any food related events.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service is horrible. They’ve got employees who don’t even care about their jobs, they have very bad attitudes, and half the time they don’t even know what they’re doing. I remember this one lady went into the McDonald’s for her coffee. She got a large mocha, but we watched the employee make it but they forgot to place syrup into the cup and stand there with no clue on how to make one. They didn’t even bother to ask their supervisors. They just thought they’d «wing it». The young lady, I could tell was frustrated. And then they «forgot» her food. She was very mad. I have ordered there and half the time the employee at the register isn’t paying attention because I’ve got to repeat myself like 3 times. Or there was a time when I ordered one thing and they’d put something else entirely on the order. If only we would live close to the that is up on Abbott close to Ridge. Location is so much better and the employees are actually FRIENDLY!

I prefer Hugh Grant in Mickey Blue Eyes to anything related to Mickey Ds. And I am not even a Hugh Grant fan. That should tell you something.
This place needs to stop giving me unsweet iced tea whenever I ask for sweet. Actually they don’t need to, because I won’t be going there again. Three strikes, and they’re out. As for the food, I’ve never tried it, but it’s McDonalds food so what more do you need to know.
