The service here has been terrible I have been here about 6 times in all because I stop in on my way to work and each time the service has been atrocious, I know this is dumb but every tim hortons always writes what the coffee is on the top so that when you order two your not confused on who’s is who but this one does not do that so me and my co worker had to guess which one was which when I got back to the lab and when there cashing you and there is no one else in like you think they would at least look you in the eye and smile but these customer service people do nether they don’t say hello like I’m not lying the guy literally said what do you want and then just walked away after I ordered and just left it on the counter and walked away I was stunned and it’s been like this every time I’ve been in here and there are way to many Tim hortons for me to have to deal with this so from now on I’ll just make the extra 2 minute trip to either a different one or I will start going to Starbucks!

the service here is almost always subpar. unfortunately we visit here weekly due to the convenient location. since its inception, we have been receiving incorrect orders. the staff is usually friendly but hardly always professional. once, i wanted lemon in a tea drink and they asked if they could just mix it with lemonade. they eventually took 15 seconds to retrieve a lemon slice. we get items at incorrect temperatures and they seem to be ‘out’ of many items(bagels, muffins, drinks) quite a bit. maybe it is because they are busy, but i just do not like my experiences here. i recommend going further down Maple Rd. or going to Transit Rd. cheers

If it were Mitt Hortons, that would remind me of Mitt Romney, and I don’t want to be reminded of Mitt Romney. So for that reason, I’m glad it’s Tim’s. Spelling or saying things backwards can be dangerous and devilish. Just ask the Senots Gnillor. I wanted to like this Hortons, I really did. My friends gave it high ratings and it’s right next to a gas station that I often go to, attached to it in fact, and also a really nice laundromat. I waited a surprisingly long time in the drive-thru so it was a bad start, but the coffee is the focal point, right? Apparently not, not when it comes to paying attention to orders. They were super friendly, but when you get the coffee to where it’s supposed to go, and the recipient says«wtf is this, taste this» and hands it back to you and it’s… ew… got no sugar in it… and nowhere near enough cream… I ordered a four and four… I got two milk and no sugar or something similar. The other time I came here, it was fine(didn’t taste great, nor bad), and because of friendly service, I’ll give it a 2 instead of a 1.

This Tim Hortons is not my go to location simply because it’s not right around my corner. Their customer service is stellar. I’ve had only good experiences at this Tim Hortons and will return whenever I am nearby. Once I went through the drive-through and the decaffeinated coffee wasn’t ready yet so the associate told me to pull into a spot and she would bring it out to me. Well not only did she bring me coffee but I was given a doughnut because I was kept waiting. I appreciated the thought, although it was not necessary. I understand that sometimes you have to wait. Maybe others don’t? I also get the impression these people work as a real team, whenever I have gone in they’re all helping each other and working together. Nice job!

This is a great Tim’s. The drive-thru is never chock full. Even at 8:30am. And even when there are a few people in front of me, they are SUPER quick with getting people through! I’m digging that Tim’s now offers turkey sausage in their breakfast sammies. Doesn’t give me heartburn, which is the reason I stopped ordering regular sausage. Anyway, this location is especially convenient if you need gas too, since it’s part of/connected to a gas station.
