Awesome sandwiches on fresh bread. My picky daughter even loved their turkey and cheese sandwich. My turkey provolone was served warm with a great pesto and red onions. Fresh muffin was a good treat. I would go all the time if it was closer to home.

I seem to now judge all other sandwiches in comparison to Hatch. They set the standard for an awesome sandwich. The cupcakes were fantastic as well

Step 4) wash, rinse, repeat
Seriously though, the lunches are great, the muffins are to die for, and the ladies are great. You’ll wonder why you hadn’t gone before and why they aren’t bigger!

Stopped here in the middle of a bike ride. Got the avocado BLT and it was, quite honestly, one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in the hill country. The bread is homemade, thick cuts of bacon, just the right amount of avocado and lettuce. This is one place I will definitely be coming back to.

LOVE this place! It is right next to my hairdresser in Bulverde. I have had the egg salad and pimento cheese sandwiches. The homemade bread is amazing! Good quiche too. You can find antiques and interesting gifts too!
