It was very busy for the NBA game 7 final. The crew at BWW Burbank were GREAT! It was an awesome game, and everyone was super friendly. The food came fast too. We had an incredible time. Love this place.

I came to Buffalo Wild Wings in Burbank to celebrate my friends birthday. I wanted to have some drinks and they denied my ID just because it was hole punched by the DMV but I also had the DMV paper they gave me. I talked to the manager Venus and I told her the situation of me changing my address. Still she declined, this is unacceptable, never coming here again. I went to the one in Northridge and they were happy to serve me drinks. I don’t understand why Burbank made it a big deal, I had both my ID along with my DMV paper that showed proof of change of address.

As I sit here on my throne wondering why the fuck I did the blazing challenge at Buffalo wild wings. I am more inspired to go out and do more challenges. As always, service was good and friendly, the place could’ve been cleaner but that place is always busy. I enjoyed doing the ghost pepper challenge even though I saw my life flash before me as I almost choked on my first wing. Nevertheless! We were victorious, and We made the wall of Flame! More challenges to come! Enjoy the video @gamerjoe05

I love their boneless wings. Made the mistake of trying wingstop for a change, bad idea. Back to BWW it is. MMmm the garlic sauce, the BBQ one – among my favorites. And ranch. Lots and lots of ranch. Like your boneless wings drenched in ranch, swimming for dear life, type of ranch. So good. And their fried pickles, good god i love those damn things. And cheese curds. I could go on…

I have been coming to this location for years now. Staff is very friendly. We went for Wednesday wing special $ 0.75 each traditional or boneless. Amazing deal for their wings. This really is a great location, in the heart of Burbank. Great location to come for few drinks and great food right before going to AMC to catch a movie. I have been here so many times, have never been disappointed. This definitely is a perfect place to come to enjoy drinks since they have great selection of brews and food. Perfect location, friendly staff and great food can’t ask for more!!!

This BDubs is located in a small shopping center near the AMC theaters. Its a small place so if you are planning on going during any of the big sports games, good luck finding a spot. I had my issues with this location for a while now. Ordered food online for 11 am pick up time and after numerous attempts at getting my order at that pick up time, they finally came through, you know give or take a few minutes. So if you order for any pick up time give them 5 extra minutes before you walk/drive there to pick up your food.

Last night my boyfriend called BWW and placed an order for boneless wings and 2 large drinks and I drove from North Hollywood to go get it for the both of us. When I walked in I told the employtee in the front my name and he said that my order would be right out. 5 minutes pass and the first employee I talked to in the front is having a conversation with his coworker and a customer sitting in the waiting area. I went to another employee and I told him the order was under my boyfriend’s name. He said he recognized the name but didn’t go in the back to check if the order was ready. He then finishes up an order with a client and takes a long time, the mans order was a lot and he wanted gift cards. 10 Minutes later I go to the first employee I talked to and ask him about my order and he says,” oh yeah I saw it in the back” so my food had been sitting there for like 20 minutes! He then pulls out the food from the bag and shows me what it looks like. Everything looks good but I wanted more sauce and he leaves to go get it from the back, mean while I pay with the second employee who pulls out to large cups and never gives them to m, but I didnt know that the drinks were on the order and then i leave. I get back to my boyfriends house and he tells me that I didn’t get the drinks. We call BWW and speak to the first employee, I recognized his voice, he says he is going to get the manager so we can speak with him, that we might be somewhat compensated for the misunderstanding. Instead of letting us speak to the manager like we were told, he connected us with the second employee, who I paid with and who never handed me the drinks or told me that they were on the order. He says over the phone,” OH bro your girl forgot your drinks!“ I drove back from North Hollywood to BWW and the second employee is standing in the front and gets the drinks and I ask to speak with his manager. At this point its 1:25 in the morning. I’m annoyed and pissed that I had to drive back for these drinks that weren’t handed to me, that I was never connected to the manager, that its late at night and I just wanted to eat, and that the employee made it seem like I forgot something that wasn’t given to me. The manager comes up to me and apologizes for the misunderstanding and I informed him that I never received the drinks in the first place and this was an order that we called for in advance and its an inconvenience for me to drive back and forth. He completely dismisses me like I was a child. What I have to say is that this place frequently makes mistakes on orders and when dealing with the problem with their supervisor is like speaking to abrick wall like there is no proper. Don’t expect too much from this place.

I actually can’t hate on this Bdubs location. A lot of people complain about OHGODTHEWAITTIME… like seriously, calm down. If you knlw how it gets out here don’t come at all. Go to Santa Clarita valley location where the wait is like 1 minute lol… anyways, the bartenders are awesome. As off 3 weeks ago I’ve bwwn coming in about 2 days a week for my typical happy hour drink game. I must say the bartenders do get busy but are very attentive to those around the bar. I would highly recommend this place for a small party going to the bar area which is open seating first come first serve! Get ya drinks on!

I’m A Local but not a regular & tonight reminded me why I avoid this Shit Hole! When you’re in a place dropping a Bill & ya get lectured & kinda cut off for drinking two beers in an hour and not even near a buzz, but yet others are served more than three… shit is fucked up! Bartender tried to explain that they have policies & Crap, but then I asked, «What do you guys do during UFC Fight Nights?» Because I know For Damn Sure that people show up at 10 am and the fights don’t start till 7 – 8 pm and end at 11pm. So that’s 10 to 13 Hours of drinking for them. But they give me shit for 6 beers in 5 hours and I talked as clear as I walked in! I was cool to everyone, didn’t give anybody shit, just sat, drank & had a good time! Staff seemed to be cool. I was no where near slurring, lazy/cock eyed, cussing, belligerent, offensive or even near a hard buzz or drunk. Oh, the Answer for my question about Patrons drinking from 10am till 11pm(13 hours straight) on UFC Nights was, «Well, They(Mgt. Staff, etc,) choose to look away, on those nights» WTF!!! But on a Dead night they give me shit?! Avoid this Shit Trap and go to Barney’s or anywhere else in Burbizzy, also Shout out to Buffalo Wild Wings in Glendale, they Rock & Know how to embrace new-comers and potential regulars.

Really horrible service! where do i even begin… it was a very disappointing night last week i took my wife and 4 year old to eat some wings about 10minutes after 8pm. well as usual give a name and be called when a table is ready. waited roughly about 15minutes, got seated at the table and was awaiting our server… still waiting… waiting…finally she comes and orders are first drink and interaction with our server(26minutes it took for them to notice us after being seated) We go ahead and order my sons food first because he always takes the longest to eat so i feed him first. Well all the food comes out at once and heres a list of Strikes –no carrots/was never told about it or offered something else besides piled high celery. –no iced tea the machine is down or not working. –my sons food came the same time as mine, even when i order his way before ours. –wings look like they have been sitting for the longest time. –after served our food she never came back to refill drinks so my wife go up and asked another server for a refill i understand sometimes were short staffed or things are going like murphy law. When multiple things are going wrong and i see your manager walking around and just looking at everyone struggling thats not team work & team work makes the dream work!

I go here for convenience. I see a movie and we MIGHT go have wings and beers after. However the inconsistencies are a big negative. This is an establishment that won’t suffer much. It has almost every sporting show airing and when you have wings and beer/cocktails you will most always have people coming to eat and watch. But I still stand firm… the wings are mediocre(if they get you the right order and IF their not cold) and the service is somewhat slow and tables are usually quite messy and sticky. Again, I go here for convenience.

My friends and I came in here as a large party, and they accomodated us almost right away. I’ve been here a few times before too, and each time it’s been smooth. However their 4 stars lie in the fact the serviceruns a little short, from forgetting to offer condiments and cutlery to it being difficult to getting extra sauce with the wings and a good wait time if its busy… I love their mango habanero, and garlic parmesan and bbq. I always get boneless as the skin is always crispy, the original styled wings can be a little soggy. They have your usual bar cocktails and beer too, which go really good with the chicken

Very disappointed at this place. It’s been a few years since I’ve been to a Buffalo Wild Wings but this time was bad. I’m not a big fan of this restaurant but the group said screw it, let’s jus eat here. We had a 15−20min wait which wasn’t bad. We were set up with a booth which was cool. Ordered appetizers which was great and tasty. Ordered food perfect. Until we go it. My chicken on my chicken sandwich was dry and had a extra bun on it. O_o. Thank god they put sauce on it. They gave my girlfriend some super bland Mac n cheese that tasted like cardboard. They messed up on my sister in law boyfriends order. He ordered a wrap and got a burger. Wth. My sister in law chicken strips were dry, hard and over cooked. We had to send them back. Then asked to have it packed to go. She was upset and didn’t even want to eat The only real good thing about place was that the hostess and waiting staff were nice and friendly

I’m surprised this doesn’t have a higher rating. The happy hour at B Dubs is phenomenal. I went the other day with my better half and tried a variety of HH eats and drank. We got a boat load of food and drinks and only paid $ 36! Cheap prices, attentive server, and of course it wouldn’t be Buffalo Wild Wings without a cornucopia of games being played on multiple screens. This location is easy to get to, and it is ideally located right next to the largest of the AMC theaters in Burbank. While BWW may not have the perfect atmosphere for a romantic night out, its cheap prices and tasty food more than make up for it :)

~ Happy Hour Review ~ I’m on an infinite quest for an awesome Happy Hour and Buffalo Wild Wings was surprisingly impressive. The meals and drinks ranged from $ 3 – 5, and we ended up getting mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, a burger, a sandwich, two beers, and two margaritas for a really affordable $ 36. The food was good, we didn’t expect the burger or sandwich to come with fries since so many places tend to provide smaller portions for their happy hour, and a $ 4 burger with fries seems like too good of a deal. I highly recommend the happy hour beers, which are large and really cheap, and the fried pickles, which are addicting. Ambiance is fun, with giant screens and sports games all over. Parking is super easy and free.

I absolutely love this place. My kids love the food and are never disappointed. It gets busy with all the game day traffic but service is still pretty good Kids meals are under $ 6 and their weekday specials are really great.

Been going here for a couple years now. It resonates quite a few good memories. Some from birthdays, some from the year all my friends turned 21, & some generally from regular lunch dates. BWW’s is clearly a chain for a reason and that is. They have a decent craft for whipping up some good wings(with more flavors to choose from in comparison to their main rival, Wingstop). But like all else, restaurants have flaws: SERVICE: Dining in the restaurant, BWW gets their sh/t together a good 70% of the time. They refill your water, they hand you extra sauces, they give you more carrots if they know you very much oppose celery. However, I’ve had them forget a bit of our orders before and they aren’t as quick to hand you napkins once you run out! The typical. BUT. Overall, 70% is passing. Now when it comes to to-go orders, they tend to mess up more. Generally speaking from last night’s visit. Ordered two small orders(10 pieces/ea) of traditional honey bbq & buffalo dry rub with a basket of fries. Main problems: — They gave me boneless honey bbq — They only placed 9 buffalo dry rubs — They forgot my fries — We said carrots only but majority was celery They pretty much mixed up my order almost completely with someone else’s. The server helping me was nice and offered a free drink for all the mix up but when it comes to to-go orders, BWW only has 25% of their sh/t together. So hopefully they fix that. Because I do like this place. Heads up: — JUSTALWAYSTRIPLECHECKYOURORDER before you leave(rule of thumb for every to go order!) — They aren’t always the cleanest. Tables are always sticky & that doesn’t make for a good evening.
