Not my first choice for wings, but I decided to come here to Wingstop rather than my usual place which is BWW. Came here around 10:30 pm and immediately as we walked in we were greeted. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of George/Jorge(not sure how his name is spelled). He provided exceptional customer service. He was amazing, very helpful and very friendly! You don’t see people like that now a days. Thanks for making my Wingstop experience a great one. The reason for the 4 stars is because the wings could be better, but nevertheless, they’re alright.

Made an order with various sides. Left out veggies. Should check their orders next time. Not attentive at all.

Decent wings. Not much more to say. Avoid the boneless wings, they are tiny and have no moisture– about the same quality as McDonald’s chicken selects. NOT worth the extra cost, even on 60cent monday & tuesdays. The traditional wings are better. There is really only one flavor with any spice to it. The other downside is they charge you for ranch dip & bleu cheese. Fries were a place– they are interesting, crispy, with a hint of sweet.

Went in on a Tuesday to try the 60 cents boneless deal. Ordered a 10 pieces of boneless. 5 Hawaiian &5 smokery bbq. Waited about 15 mins for the food to come out. After the server place the food on the table, I notice the boneless chicken was soaked in sauce. Thinking to myself this can’t be good… Oh Boy, I was right, because those chicken were so soak with sauce it tasted superrrrr salty. I was struggling to finish it. I had to use the paper that it came with to wipe off some of the sauce off but it was still way too salty. Needless to say this is the last of boneless chicken at wing stop for me. Now on to the bone in wings, those were good. I enjoyed the 10 pieces I got the other day. I ordered the same flavors too.

Ordered the 16 piece combo online and I had clicked for my traditional wings to be well done, and sometimes wether it’s well done or not is debatable and I don’t mind much, but this time… Oh my goodness. They were just shy of disgusting. Obviously undercooked, and more than half the wings I bit into had pink inside. I had also ordered Cajun fries, which had a lot of Cajun spice on it, which is great! But once again even the fries were undercooked and would hang down when picked up. I would give one star, but I’ll spare a star because I’ve had orders that were great from this location in the past, but mistakes like this where the food was just unbearable is a mistake you just can’t make.

Nothing special for a fast-food chicken wing chain. If I have an option of getting boneless wings vs normal, I only go with boneless due to the convenience of eating it. My chickens were really hard to chew. Seemed like they went ahead and fried frozen boneless wings without letting them thaw. There was barely any seasoning on half of the Garlic Parmesan wings I had, while the remaining half had double the amount required for it to be enjoyable. I mean, I’d come back again when I need wings fast without going to a restaurant. I’ll probably stay simple and get nothing but«Hot.»

The worst place to come and eat. One of the employees had her kids in the restaurant and they were just running around barefoot yelling and screaming. I guess there was no manager around to tell them something. Food is good.

Came in here during lunch for a quick bite yesterday. Was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked in. They run specials on Monday’s and Tuesdays for their tasty boneless wings… 60 cents per only! Check them out!

This is my first time at this location and I was not at all happy out of my 20 wings I ordered only 4 at the most 5 of them were drumettes all of them were the other half of the wing tiny and barely any meat on them but besides that they were dry not only the meat but the sauce the paper itself was barely stained with sauce what are they saving the sauce for? Chicken wings are a messy meal you want to get that sauce all over your fingers

Best wing combo at a WingStop in years! Will definitely be back — ordered on line — got everything right — hot and fresh and very friendly customer service at pick up — dimes in and the place was very clean — tables were bussed quickly and wiped very clean. Close to Ikea and the mall so check it out when you are shopping in Burbank — lots of FREE parking, too. The prices are always a little high for what used to be FREE bar food on Fridays … But the mango habanero sauce is OUTSTANDING! Also if you text to their Lakers special every time the boys in purple and gold win away from home you score free boneless wings …

Oh my… I wish this place wasn’t growing on me. I’m a wing man, I love chicken wings. Boneless actually. It’s my guilty pleasure. And I DO mean guilty, and I DO mean pleasuuuuure. I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff at any Wing Stop, and I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes. The wings are a great deal, especially if you’re sharing with a friend which I always am. And there’s something about the blue cheese and ranch mixed together that makes me feel like kissing the side of the plastic container. Like, «thank you ranch for coating my BBQ chicken with perfection and making my mouth happy. I’d like to see you again, soon, and I don’t want to be wearing clothes.» And no joke, eating food from Wing Stop is best done in your underwear. Think I’m wrong? Well give it a try. Don’t want to give it a try? What you think you’re better than me?! You think you’re so high and mighty fully clothed and eating a kale salad! Well I’ve had kale and guess what?! It’s just a plant!!! You don’t know why it’s good for you! You don’t! What’s in it huh?! What vitamins are you getting? Ohhh, you’re just eating it because it’s trending? Or are you toooo big to admit that… But… Uh… I digress. Wing Stop is extremely unhealthy. Nudity is natural. That’s it, that’s my Wing Stop review… You’re welcome!

As wingstop locations go this is probably the best. They’ve never messed up an order and the food is always good :) they have good combo meals and can do multiple flavored per combo. They have a self serve soda machine with all the Orange, lime etc. additional flavors. The only thing(as I find with wingstop often), the tables are dirty. The staff need to clean more often. The nature of the food makes the tables sticky even after a wet cloth wipe. But also empty tables are too often filled with trash from previous diners. I took notes that I made my order with Iris. She is very sweet and bubbly and exactly what you want in a staff member. You go girl! I usually get my food to go since I live nearby.

This wing stop is not my favorite but I have no choice because it’s the closest branch we have. The employees here don’t really care. I have seen them roll their eyes at people, be mean. Something as simple as cleaning the tables. With that being said, I wish they had trash cans! I know the employees are suppose to clean, but wouldn’t it be more convenient to just have a trash can out? As far as the wings, everything seems the same. The bread rolls however, is a must order!

I can’t believe how they can justify counting marble sized grease balls as «wings.» I ordered 10 wings and got the equivalent of 6 balls of breading. Fries were also extremely well done. I don’t think I’m coming here again.

2015 Unilocal100CHALLENGE — 018⁄100 Pretty solid Wingstop location. I have only been to 2 Wingstops in the Valley(Van Nuys and this Burbank one), and I’d definitely say this one is the better out of the two. My roommate and I came here for the first time last night around 8:30pm. It’s located in the corner of this large plaza that looked kinda deserted, mostly because it was in the evening. It shared a building with a bunch of businesses, half of which looked like were closed permanently. At least Wingstop is still thriving! There were two parties in front of us and it felt like it took awhile to order… but I think they were having problems with their receipt machine. However, when we did order, the girl was very nice and I have no complaints about her service. Cleanliness-wise, this location was pretty decent. I’ve definitely seen dirtier locations, so that’s a plus. Tables were all clean and cleared off quickly. I DID notice, however, that they have a printer in between the cash registers(for online orders, I assume), and it was reeeeally dusty. Like looking at it made me want to wipe it down with household cleaning products. #gross They didn’t have THAT many tables for seating(probably 5 – 8 tables total), so it’s a bit on the smaller side, but the tables are pretty big and I think most, if not all, seat 4 people. They have what I like to call the Futuristic Soda Machine which has pretty much every flavor of soda you can imagine. It has a touch screen and you can select your type of beverage(ie: Coke), and then in the Coke section it offers all the flavors of Coke(vanilla, orange, cherry, etc.). It’s super awesome and I like doing my customized soda of choice :) The wings are made to order, so it takes longer than usual to get your food. If you are in a rush, I would recommend not going to Wingstop(all locations in general, not just this one), or order online. Food was very consistent with other locations and I did not have any complaints. I ordered the 8 boneless wing combo which comes with 2 flavors of wings, a dipping sauce, fries, and a soda for under $ 10. I HIGHLY recommend garlic parmesan and lemon pepper! Best two flavors, hands down. Overall, pretty good Wingstop! I recommend it.

Went here today to pick up some wings. Lemon pepper. Duh. Mmmmm. Licking my lips just thinking about it. For a fast food joint, service was excellent. They greeted my boyfriend and I at the door. Took our order and checked my ID when I paid with a debit card. Told us it was going to be 16 minutes. And had our order packed nearly for us to take home. Only complaint and why I’m taking a star off is because the wings were so oily(and I get they’re gonna be oily) that the oil leaked through the bag and stained my dining table cloth. But, it won’t keep me away. I’ll be back for more!
