they dont have hostesses, yet tger have a sigb that says«please wait to be seated», so you dont get to sit down and eat and they dont care.

Absolutely terrible. We came on Valentine’s day to take part in the«shred your ex» promotion they had going on. Because of the promotion we expected to have a slight wait. There really weren’t that many customers there, but we waited over 15 min before even being acknowledged by the waitress to seat us. I only saw 3 girls working the tables, which is probably why service was so terrible. We ordered an appetizer and 20 wings. After about 25 min the waitress came back and told us they didn’t have one of the type of wings we wanted. Okay… I don’t get why it takes you that long to know if you’re out of something. We didn’t get our appetizer until we were there about 40ish min. She also brought out 10 wings at that time, but we were still waiting on the other 10. Didn’t receive those until 15 min later. I don’t know about you, but I like to eat when the person I’m with is eating, not well after they finish. We also ordered fries and kept reminding her about it. Got the check. Still no fries in sight. If you want wings, please don’t waste your time here. Go to Wing Stop. They take care of you. A note to management: if you are going to have a promotion going on during a holiday please make sure you are staffed properly. Thanks.

Surprised they have a 3 star review, I guess whoever comes here expects actual hooters… I expected happy hour and a human being not an object to deliver it. Our waitress Giovanna was helpful as were the other ladies on staff.

My review should have a 5. Reasons for the loss of stars: 1) we were not greated while comming in. That worried me because normally when that happens it’s time to prepare for an awful experience. 2) the price was horrible I can’t belive how much the wing have gone up. I’m sorry to say that it will be hard for me to return to this establishment with those prices. It is ashamed because I do enjoy the food. The great thing about this visit I was proven wrong. The service was awesome and the waitress was on top of our orders and made my friends and I very welcomed. I would mention who it was but I forgot her name. I’ve gone to Hooters for years now and they were my favorite chicken WINGS I’ve ever had, but as of late, the quality has gone down. I’ve been to this particular location, and while I have no problem with the customer service, the food is lacking. The fries are overcooked and hard, with absolutely no flavor. The wings are bare with hardly any sauce and sometimes WAY over cooked. My friends and I have had a hard time biting into a few of them. Their ranch dips got smaller for some reason and they only gave us 4 for 50 wings. The waitresses are nice, so that’s good. Another thing is this location has turned into a ghost town, it is not as lively as I remembered, and I’ve been here on Sundays and Mondays for football. Too bad, Burbank is a fun location and I’ve loved Hooters WINGS for a long time now, but sadly I’d have to give my devotion to Wingstop.

Something is wrong with the manager Alan that works there. Met some friends there for some beers, place was dead for football. Tried to ask the manager to fix the tv’s and it was like talking to a wall. Not going there ever again. Way to go Alan.

This is the first 1 star review I have ever written. Hooters is an absolute debacle. I am a big fan of wings but due to distance I admittedly have not been to this Hooters location in a few years. We wanted to catch the afternoon NFL playoff game and my friend wanted wings. First, we went to Big Wangs in North Hollywood but it was packed so we decided to go to the Burbank Hooters. We drove up and the location looked closed. We parked to check it out. We walked in and there was no hostess just a cardboard sign that instructed you to go sit wherever you wanted. I sat down and looked at the menu and the prices had skyrocketed compared to the last time I had been there. 6 piece wings $ 8.99? Really? It was like corporate was trying to make hooters more upscale. As a result they were pretty empty and there we’re 3 girls, that looked nothing like the Hooters girls I remember working, in the whole entire place. The West side of the restaurant has no TVs at all and the TVs that we’re there had major color issues and other problems. The projector was so dull it was unwatchable and a TV had a fat black vertical line through the screen. We ordered an appetizer and requested it come before the meal of 20 wings and fries. The wings came out real fast about 5 minutes before the appetizer. They were huge. I said, «I guess I understand why they raised their prices» but I was wrong. Each wing was breaded to the max and consisted of much more breading than chicken. With so few employees the service was poor. Not the servers fault. The wings flat out were not good, the fries were colder than they should have been. Nachos were pretty good. We ordered 20 wings, 4 beers, a fries and a nachos. $ 80+ bill. They gave us these tiny ranch cups and actually charged for the one extra we requested. Been here many times but after today, I would never go back.

man this place has changed and not for the better… I used to work her wayyyyy back in the day and know all the key points the hooter girls are suppose to hit and was so disappointed when we walked in. sat ourselves and waited 10 min for service… already starved we place drink orders, appetizers and wings all in at once. They came out in order except my surer got nachos 5 min before everyone else got their wings. service was fair sorry Kenny(our hooter girl) but I would have love the whole smile and sit shabang.

First time at the Burbank Hooters. Strange experience to say the least. There was ONE server… the bartender who was nice but totally freaked out because the«big boss»(district manager) was in for lunch?! So? I had the buffalo chicken tacos and a side of grilled shrimp. It was tasty and prepared well. Hooters will never be known for its fine dining and they usually have to rely on cute friendly staff and that just wasn’t happening! Still liking the downtown location best!

Holy crap! Where do I begin? Worst experience ever! Over an hour on a not-so-busy times even for a Friday. When we first came in there was one young guy standing waiting for the hostess. Upon entering and swing this, a girl on her phone cradling it between her neck and chi came over pushed the hostess table back and flipped the sign from: «Please wait to be seated» to «sit where you like»; wasn’t even too sure she actually worked there. As we found a seat, it became all too apparent that they were understaffed. The girls were hustling, well at least some of them. Let me just say this: *food took 1 ½ hrs to come out; it took so long my 6 yr old fell asleep at the table and my diabetic wife started to get the shakes. *when the food came out, it was ALL wrong *the kids drinks took 30 min and several reminders; but our alcohol came out in 5 min. Imagine that! *The men’s room was a mess and smelled to high hell; they got a plumber and it fixed before our food came out. The things that went right: *Only after complaining, did we get things taken care of. *The poor hostesses were so sweet and apologetic. Thanks to Anthony, he made it a bit less unbearable. Brittany {aka Melissa} was a sweetie, our original waitress Estrella I was able to finally get a smile out of her; she’s totally not happy with her job, it shows. But man did she try! Nicole was an absolute blast, luv her. Dunno if I’ll go back even if Anthony swears things will be better… I just don’t know. To be completely honest, I have no idea why they’re still open for business.

It’s not the same as it was before… both food and ambiance. Let’s face it, majority of the people that goes here wants to see pretty girls with awesome bosom and good food with cold beer. Now it’s just cold beer. Maybe the old standard still applies in the East coast branches. Have to wait and see for my next business trip.

I bought seats 3 weeks before the Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight. My mistake. The place was sold out, obviously. If they knew in advance that the place was going to be sold out, why were they so understaffed? I saw my waitress in 30 minute intervals, IFTHAT. We were waiting for our drinks for over an hour, I even had to ask a manager and it took him another 30 minutes until he came back. It wasn’t like our waitress was busy with other tables because most of the time I didn’t even see her on the floor. Other tables were having the same problem and having to ask other waitresses for things. For such a big event, they should have had all hands on deck. It was absolutely ridiculous. Alongside, they added gratuity to my check. They probably knew that the service was terrible and in return forced people to leave a tip. This is ludicrous. I paid for a seat. I paid for my food. I expect good customer service. I don’t ever plan on watching another fight at this establishment.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE! If I could I would have rated them –5 stars but the lowest rating we could give was 1 star. Decided to get hooters on a Sunday night and there was a sign that said seat yourself. The place was pretty empty, but tell me why no one came to greet us or get our order after 15 minutes of sitting down. 3 waitresses passed by us or were near us but did not even acknowledge us. We tried calling for a waitress to no avail. The table right next to us was having the same issue and only got service once they approached the manager. You would expect that once their order was taken the waitress would proceed to the next table, right? NOPE, she just went back to doing her own thing. We decided to leave, but before doing so we asked the manager if we should have been served immediately after seating ourselves and he said yes. I didn’t know immediately meant 15+ minutes. Headed to Buffalo Wild Wings and upon being seated we were immediately(2 – 3 minutes after being seated) approached by the waiter to take our order. From the moment we entered BWW to the time we got food it was the same amount of time we waited for someone to take our order at hooters. No wonder why BWW was full while Hooters was empty.

Went here on their ENDLESSWINGS Tuesday. We sat ourselves in a booth. Words cannot describe how much I loathe their booth seats. It’s so awkwardly designed my lower back started to ache. I suppose it was designed for a 8ft tall person. What am I to do? I’m just an average 6ft tall hunk of pure filipino sexiness… but anyways… back to my review: My back aches everytime I visit HOOTERS so it’s the seats that makes my back aches IMO. Just so we’re clear about that. We ordered BREADEDHONEYCHIPOTLEWINGS(each plate of wings comes with a plate of CURLYFRIES), BREADEDLEMONRUB, &TWOMILLERLITEBEERS. Everything went well for the most part. They did however forget to serve our 2nd plate of curly fries. It took nearly 15mins before it was served. Perhaps they were short handed?! There was also an intermission of about 10−15+ mins per chicken wings. In other words, after we were finished with our plate of chicken wings, it would take another 10−15+ mins to get your next plate of wings. Bottom line: The wings were ok. The beers were ok. The service was ok. I recommend going for the breaded wings option. The naked wings did not taste as good! I’m not a fan of their beer selection either! I went for Miller Lite because I had to wash the chicken down with something. They need Man Beers may I suggest MGD, Guiness, Michelob, Negra Modelo, San Miguel Beer, Saporro. etc So yes, our waitress Giovanna, was nice & attentive. She was great & we were very pleased. Lastly, they need to get their restrooms in order. As a customer in a restaurant, I always find it interesting how restroom neglect is still happening. The reality is, a clean restroom matters alot. It says alot about the estabishment.

I’ve been here twice and both times have been disappointing. Food isn’t too good. I wouldn’t get anything other than the wings and even then the wings are dry. Some of the wings that you do get in your batch are a pathetic excuse of a wing. Service is extremely slow. My waitress came to check in U.S. Maybe 3 times total. This includes the time she came to get our order and drop off our food. Tables were dirty, TVs are broken and some are not working. It’s just sad and gross to be in this place. I wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t suggest coming here.

Review summary: Nothing special. Came here to see a pay per view fight. Paid $ 20 for my chair and ordered a few appetizers and drinks. Food: Wings were okay. Nothing special and certainly not horrible like some of the other reviewers state. Nachos were good. There was a large variety of toppings on them. Drinks: Beer on tap was about $ 7 for Dos Equis. Came chilled. No problem. Service: This is the problematic area. I had to get up and call the manager over after no one took our drink order on arrival for 20 minutes. Refills took a while to receive. Dirty dishes were left for prolonged periods of time. Atmosphere: Its called Hooters, but certainly not a place you couldn’t take you children to eat lunch or dinner. The shorts are short, but nothing is inappropriate. There are plenty of TVs on the wall, a bar you can sit at and an outdoor patio area. Overall, a little too pricey for me, but its fun to come here during a popular sporting event.
