The henna’s are so bad. The lady kept on going to her «lunch break» everytime there would be a new customer that wanted henna’s she would always come up with an excuse to make us wait longer. It took us an 1 hour just for her to finish her apparent lunch break.

The mall is very convenient and close by: it has variety of stores and restaurants nearby. It’s not too pricey and has plenty of parking garages for convenience. It’s a great spot to hang out with friends or just go shopping.

This mall is pretty bad. If it weren’t for the New York & Company, MAC counter and Victoria’s Secret I wouldn’t come here. The food court has barely any selection, except for the generic mall foods you can find anywhere. The movie theater is extremely old and it is always dirty any time I go. This mall reminds me of a mall you can find in under– developed areas in the Midwest. The Macy’s is horrendous– there is just shoes and clothes everywhere. I used to come here as a kid and there has been no updates or any kind of renovations done in the past 20 years. Burbank is a nice City and I think we deserve a better mall than this.

I came here for the AC. Just kidding. It was a quick drop by trying to get thank you cards. I dropped by Hallmark inside this mall area. The worker was nice and we even had a small talk. They have a great selection.

3 star and not 1 star for the reason being Victorias Secret and Macys.
The food court is simple and not bad. Some of the options are Panda Express, Hot Dog on a Stick, MC Donalds, Pizza, Cinnamon Bun and PF Changs on the outta side of the mall. There is a Mangolian BBQ place where the owner is the cashier and she is just about the rudest person ever, she acts as if she is giving the food free and sure as all hell doesn’t know customer service.
The inside of the mall is small and clean. Some of the stores are Sears, Victorias Secret, Macys, Aldo, Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Eyebrow Bar, Claires, American Eagle and Coach.

I was surprised at how underwhelming this mall was. I’d heard pretty good things about it but was quite disappointed. The only two stores I visited were Ms. Magiba boutique and Fashion Nova. The mall didn’t have too many great stores in my opinion, I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon.
