No smiles. Acts as if I was bothering them. Cashier order taker just leans side ways while taking order. I know it’s just fast food, but if you don’t want to be there get a career with no customer involvement. I am in customer satisfaction business I give a smile regardless of how I feel.

This Carl’s jr charges for adding jalapeños! I’ve been to so many Carl’s Jrs and this is the first to do that! I think this owner needs to realize he/she is the only one charging for jalapeños!!! 50 cents per burger they’re charging! Give me a break! Grrrr

This place holds more nostalgia than I would have imagined. But with it being so close to home and with decent food(plus we never had an order go amiss) and late hours I’ve definitely made many visit here. That being said it’s definitely on the higher end of Carl’s that I’ve been to. The service is always good — respectful to even loud groups of teenagers that I was once apart of — and even today I experienced exceptional service from Carla when getting my meal and my son’s meal to go. So I’ll be of the few who will be sad to see this place go.

Six months later — it happened again. I told the order taker I was going to get dog food and would be right back. Someone gave my order to a guy with a ZZ Topbeard sitting with his buddy, who apparently didn’t order anything. So he got a free meal and egged me on to get my money back and a meal. The strange thing is I asked for the meal to go but ZZ Top guy had it spread out on a tray. My son at home was super grouchy to me do I didn’t contest going here. In the long run, I still had to wait for food so trying to be efficient caused me more grief. Even the Carl’s Jr. employee, Frank, starting getting into it with me so I waited outside. —here’s my review from 6 months ago — – Check your order before leaving. Every time I am coerced into going to Carl’s Jr., at this particular location especially, for some darn reason, my order is wrong. First mistake — I ordered fries but when I looked a different place, I saw chili cheese fries and cross cross fries! I asked if I could change the fries to crisscross fries and the server said yes but then preceded to take someone else’s order. I felt like someone cut in line– ugh. Exhausted, I didn’t check the order before leaving tonight and I am kicking myself because … You guessed it… The order was wrong. Yikes! I called and I had to ask for my money back. I have to go there but really when am I gonna go there again…

there are enough carl’s jr. restaurants around that we don’t need this one and according to the leasing banner hanging outside, neither does carl’s. been coming here for over 30 years when it was one of the best carl’s around, but now some of the roughest, densest, undisciplined, unprofessional fast food workers of all time work here. recently here for lunch for two big burgers with no onions, came out with mustard burgers that smelled like jalapeños. chick who gave me my food was stressed, cashier looked like she didn’t want to be there. soon she won’t have to be. a comfortable dining area wasted by bad attitudes, brusque service, and expensive slop.

Came up a little short on my order and went to remove part of it when the manager barked at the kid at the register not to take anything off. I didn’t have the 76 cents extra, so the kid fished it out of his own pocket, while 76 cents isn’t a lot of money, and if I were in his position I’d have offered without being told to, the choice to use his money for my order wasn’t his manager’s to make. I was very peeved by this on principle and feel bad for the kid having a manager who would treat an employee that way.

I’ve been in this establishment at both day and graveyard setting styles the service is great the people are good and nice swift and courteous the top three people that were there are Frank Natalia and Ignacio(I guess he’s the manager) yes this place maybe a little outdated and need repairs but the people here as I mentioned as well as the cooks make up for this, and to me bottom line is great customer service and genuine caring attitudes outweighs appearance any day of the week that ends in «y»… Ignaccio cares about the people that he serves and is the true description of a manager and how they should act I like his style the restaurant is organized and maybe a little dirty but as I’ve said before his employees attitudes such as Frank and Natalia ohh and of course blessings is what drives the place Natalia’s courteous and actually makes me want to return to carls to eat there every time blessing I think is either a supervisor or assistant manager and goes beyond what she must do to ensure happiness and satisfaction with timely service manners that are beyond astute and isn’t afraid to engage into conversation with a customer… The last one is Frank I’ve been to carls multiple times on graveyards and I see him very young running things as if he’s been doing this for ten fifteen maybe even twenty years!!! He’s just a cashier but with how courteous he is and how far beyond his job he goes from going to tables to checking on customers to helping out people with trash to holding the door open for the elderly or crippled consumer to helping make sure that this restaurant at night is spotless I’ve seen this place dirty at night but ever since a few months ago when Frank works the place is in tip top shape I went in there recently the other day actually and I had a chance to talk to Frank and he explained how they moved him into more of the mainstream shifts besides graveyard and for both him and the establishment it’s amazing because he will and I’m sure has provided and continue to provide amazing customer service… My hats off to the manager you need to make him an assistant manager or something because he’s really good at what he does and that’s make people happy… And now to end my long rant of the employees I’ll wrap it up with the food … You can’t go wrong with the guacamole bacon burger the mile high and the el Diablo burger they are fucking incredible and later today I’ll be on my way to try the new all American burger thingy they have… Why not it has a hotdog and potato chips on it

There are two Carl’s Jr. s in Burbank, the one here on Hollywood Way and the other on San Fernando Road«uptown». This has always been the dingier of the two. It hasn’t been updated since before Carl Karcher died. The food has always been OK, but not as fresh as the one uptown. The staff here is also less than stellar. This store also does not seem to participate in all the promotions you see at other Carl’s. No banana peppers either(or at least I’ve never found them). The good or bad, depending on how you look at is, is that there is a «for lease» banner on the building, and a real estate website offering the property states it will be vacant at the end of June. Hopefully, we will get a nice, clean operation. Maybe a Habit?

Mile high bacon biscuit looks just like the other Bacon egg Cheese biscuits. Nothing special but it costs more. It tastes good but the the restaurant was so dirty and dated. Thank God for their biscuits! I should’ve gone to the bagel place across the parking lot.

It’s the same-O same-O… Good fast food burger. Got the classic western bacon. Criss cut fries all good. Fast food at its best. Its a clean restaurant. Staff was friendly and quick. Still wish they put a drive thru. Would be here more often if they did… They could shorten there seating area and add a drive thru. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years now. Damn. What ?.. Oh my! Just realized… LoL ;) mmm bacon. Just had my 1st bite…

First of all what the actual(f@$k) on this place. It took 2 minutes for this tatted up convict(looking like the kid from Malibu’s Most Wanted) to help me out at the register. Then it was so rude that he started arguing with the cook in front of me(let’s call her Guadalupe). Not to mention they were the only two there when I stopped by a little before 7am. I ordered a big country burrito combo, 2 coffees, and a cinnamon bun. I waited about 15 minutes for my order and was late to work because they couldn’t find the frosting for the cinnamon bun. I get to work and my big country burrito is dryer than my lips coming from the Santa Ana winds. There was no gravy… Seriously i’m so friggggggiiiin pissed ruined the start of my weekend.

2 For 5 western bacon with ranch. It was good. Medium cola and onion rings with ranch. Perfect stoner food. The cashier up front was dressed in regular clothes which seemed funny. I’m so happy they are 24 hours also.

Quite possibly the WORST breakfast I ever had in my life! Arrive at 5:00 a.m. when they start serving Breakfast. Ordered the $ 1.99 Breakfast Platter and a Loaded Breakfast Burrito. Had to wait 15 minutes for my order and when I asked why it was taking so long the cashier Priscilla asked me «If I was in a Big Hurry» and said that the cook was bringing out the Kitchen Utensils and setting up. I understand it’s Fast Food and«What can you expect for $ 1.99 Breakfast Platter»… But wait when I got it it only had a plastic fork. NO knife to cut the sausage. The Sausage Patty appeared to have been boiled and not fried as usual and was far TOOSALTY. The Loaded Breakfast Burrito was finished almost 5 minutes before the Breakfast Platter was and was cold. So cold in fact that the finely grated cheddar cheese inside did not even melt. As other posters have already pointed out the Dinning Area is outdated but was clean. The upholstery in a few of the booths need to be replaced as there are big tears in them which have been taped up with Duct Tape. The Restrooms are DISGUSTING!!! Water usually overflows from the Toilet. The Urinal has been covered up. The Soap Dispensers is broken and the Porcelain on the sink is deteriorated. Not to mention the terrible smell. BTW, there are NO stalls in the bathroom so only one person can use it at a time. This place needs a Wrecking Ball or serious remodeling.

No Drive Thru. Really? Are you kidding me? I tried going here, but after driving incredulously around the building I went next door to Del Taco that does have a drive thru.

This has probably been the most poorly maintained Carl’s Jr. restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. It was just plain dirty. My friends and I wanted to sit down in an empty booth but the seat was damaged and a big gash made the inner stuffing come out in the middle. The seats were also greasy and full of crumbs. Flies were hanging out near the restrooms. My friend who went into the men’s restroom said water was everywhere on the floor. I did not dare to go in the women’s restroom. I ordered fried zucchinis for $ 3+, which were pretty good. The crunch was nice and the crispy batter was done nicely. Who knew fried zucchinis could taste like junk food. Provided was a cup of ranch dip. The order came to me already spilled out onto the plate. They could’ve given me a bit more too. Stay away from dining in here. Order take out if you must.

Not much to say as this is a fast food joint, and most are self explanatory. Can’t complain much when it comes to Carl’s Jr or as I like to call it «Chuck Jr». The staff was courteous, the service was fast and the food didn’t disappoint. I don’t frequent this location on a regular basis so i can’t say much on the condition of the restaurant(since my order was to go). I’ll make a point of eating inside the lobby next time I’m at this location to write a better review.
