It has to be the worst drive-through service ever. They don’t understand orders they can’t repeat it back to you I can’t do anything right and this is just your basic Tuesday night… Horrible

This place is ridiculous. I hate most of their menu, but they are super close to my house, so if I need a quick snack I get the cheddar jalapeño poppers. Today I went in for my snack. I asked before I ordered if they had ranch dressing(they are often out and they are inedible without dressing IMO). They had ranch so I ordered. Got to window and the woman said 50 cents for dressing, each. I asked for my money back and drove away. It’s not the money, it’s the principle. I hate this place for sure now, and hope they go out of business and sell to a place that doesn’t charge for condiments that are necessary for my meal.

Hey drive-thru girl with the prettiest eyes ever, thanks for getting my order right last night and not trippin’ when I couldn’t find my wallet. My bacon and egg burrito hit the spot. Nothing like a cheap, filling, tasty burrito at midnight.(No homo) Too bad my EBT card is depleted or else the state would’ve paid for that shit

Mostly hit this place up through the drive thru. The staff is friendly but its common for them to forget the essentials, like napkins, forks and hot sauce. Double check your bag before you take off. The few times I’ve been inside it’s been clean and the service is fast.

Super convenient, and so much food for $ 5! But the compliments stop there. The food is super processed and hard to find much on the menu that tastes fresh.

Del Taco is not the same as it was 10 years ago. Something in the food has changed. Other than that, it was ok. Now the tacos taste like Taco Bell taco. If Del Taco could do something different with the taste, it might make you stand out. As for this dining facility inside, the eating area seemed a little dirty than normal. The lady cleaning the area was very nice and kind, however, she was cleaning everything with one rag. No telling where that rag has been. Recommend hiring a company to come and deep clean your eating area to make your customers comfortable and not get sick. One rag is not going to do it. Also, the soda area was not fully stocked. You may need 2 workers in the dining area to make sure the area is clean.

I’m not sure if it’s just this particular Del Taco or happens at other ones as well, but I definitely felt like I was gypped on the Taco Tuesday tacos from here. I know, what should you expect for getting 3 tacos for $ 1.20. Maybe they have to make too many or maybe they were told to by management, but my tacos were so inconsistent that you can literally tell there was some huge discrepancies between tacos. Some of them were okay, exactly how they should be. But some of them were missing half the meat, and a few of them were flat out missing most of the ingredients. Check out the photo I’ve posted in the photo section. That’s literally the taco I got, I did not take anything out of it. Too bad I took it To Go so I couldn’t complain to the management about it(although they’ll probably spit in my tacos if I asked for new ones). Let’s just say I WILLNOT be back to this particular store for their Tuesday promotion and maybe try the one by the Burbank Airport.

Jason, is the best! He alway remembers what I want with my order. But also so efficient with other peoples orders. He makes coming back more than going to del taco he makes it home.

This is my favorite Del Taco on the West coast. It’s the cleanest and has the most pleasant staff and customers. Sure, there’s usually a homeless person camped out by the restroom, but they’re harmless, not the loud kind that harass you. The staff is always accommodating. Just tonight the shift lead Jason got us fresh fries after we were confused about something. My food’s always well made and fresh. Absolute love.

This Del Taco is actually pretty good. I naturally didn’t take to Del Taco at first cause I always wound up at a Taco Bell instead for fast food, but I’ve begun to realize that Del Taco’s food is fresher. Taco Bell has to have some type of chemicals in their food cause every time I eat it, I get crazy tired and feel depressed. Maybe it’s depressing to go there altogether. Anyways, another thing I didn’t realize about Del Taco is that they sell cheeseburgers. They’re amazing! It’s probably my favorite fast food place to order a cheeseburger from. Who would’ve figured that?! The best cheeseburger is at a taco place! So yeah, Del Taco, you’ll always have my business! Especially this one cause I’m around the area a lot!

I went to this Del Taco on 6÷28÷14 around 5:35PM to pick up dinner. I left the restaurant at 6:05PM when I was the 2nd person waiting for food, I had no clue that fast food took soO long? During the dinner rush hour(I mean drive through) they were highly under staffed, food took for ever, had to wait additional 10 minutes because did not get my order correct and all my food was soggy when I got home. The main reason for this compliant is, one of the female workers did NOT her wash hands after tending to customers at the drive through window(handling money, etc.)and just used anti-bacterial soap and started making my food… thats just NASTY! When I asked her why she was handling food, she stated she thoroughly cleaned her hand with the anti-bacterial liquid soap… when did this become acceptable? I was so disgusted, I asked her to wash her hands with water and soap before handling«ANY» food… so she did! The worst part was the other workers wearing gloves just picked up where the other female workers left off! –Are you F-ING kidding me! I demanded that she trash everything that the other worker touched and start over. This experience got me disgusted and appalled because I dine here very frequently. I just cant imagine what took place all the other times I ate here! — BARF! Will not be coming back to this location ever again!

If you’re saying that late night means old chewy hard Shrimp in your shrimp tacos and burrito. Then okay this place is great. But otherwise. They try to push left overs at night. Like really disgusting. And of course if you try and complain you get the idea that maybe you’ll get some human excrements injected into your meal. NOT A GOODLOOK.

well they’ve been hitting on all cylinders lately. iced tea was bitter, french fries had an odd, old oil smell and aftertaste, and the refried beans leave you with a mouthful of bean skins to chew on. also the classic double-meat tacos look pretty similar to their half-priced and half-filled hermanos. and not just once. muy boo. one chick in the kitchen overheard me asking the cashier for iced tea from behind he counter and immediately took the entire iced tea dispenser from the self-serve station to the back and dumped it. they know what crap they’re serving and are just waiting to get called on it. add to that the drive-thru chick with a churro up her butt about something and you have a complete and perfect visit to the del.

I was rather disappointed that Del Taco does not take reservations. A restaurant of this quality should. Also, no valet parking? Come on now. I will say this, the food was pretty good. I have lived in Mexico for several years and I can tell you that this is authentic Mexican cuisine. The chicken crunchtada pizza was exactly how«mi abuela» used to make it back in Guadalajara. My real only complaint about Del Taco is that they do not charge enough. I think a Del Classic Chicken Burrito should be around $ 15 each. Also, I would appreciate it if Del Taco could close earlier. Who is eating after 6pm anyways? 24 hours is a waste.

I think the«Taco Tuesday/Taco Thursday» deal they have(3 – 11PM) is a rip off; while it’s a good deal at 3 tacos /$ 1, they put less in the tacos! I swear, they were so skimpy. It was basically like a taco shell with a bit of sad lettuce sprinkled in it. You get way more when you just order ONE taco. At least their drive through option is open 24⁄7.
