Lesley is an absolute sweetheart and gives me the best hair cut. When I walk out of her studio with a fresh cut I get compliments non stop. I highly recommend Lesley for her technique and professionalism. You will also enjoy talking with her and having a good laugh. She’s the best!!!

I was recommended to Lesley a few years back by a mutual friend when she heard I was looking for a new stylist.
Once she cut my hair I never went anywhere else but Industry hair. I go every 3 months for a trim. My hair always looks great and feels lush and healthy afterwards.
Lesley is a professional who has been cutting and coloring hair for a decade. She listens to what you want, looks at the pictures you show her and makes her own recommendation if needed. She knows exactly what she is doing and is confident in her skill. She is not only an amazing stylist but has a charming and upbeat personality that puts you at ease which makes the whole experience that much better.
I don’t normally color my hair but I did tell my mom to give her a try. she did and loves the outcome every time.
After your cut is done Lesley blow dries and styles it so that when you leave you feel gorgeous.

The first time I went in there as a walk in — I happened to be in the area. Lesley Crespo was on duty. She was so sweet because I didn’t have cash she said I could just come back and pay her next time.
The salon is a cute little place with bright colors and 80’s music. It’s close to a starbucks and an UMAMI BURGER — so you can kill a couple birds with one stone.
Anyway, I showed her a couple pictures of what i was looking for, and she nailed it.
She makes sure to clean up side-​burns, ears, eyebrows, and a great cut — all the little things that most stylists forget — she does routinely.
So, now I drive from Mar Vista to come out here. ‘Nuff said! Lesley’s great.
All in all, Lesley Crespo is a great conversationalist, and her scalp massage when she washes your hair is –ah-​may-​zing. I’m surprised I haven’t fallen asleep yet.

I’ve been using Lesley as my hair stylist for a couple of years now and I’m very happy with every haircut. so happy That I go to the Saloon every two weeks to keep my hair looking Fabulous.
