Really bad service our waitress took like 20 minutes to take our order and. Then took 30minutes to get our food and to top it off it was cold. It was so bad that I had to send it back to. Get it warm up again. I tried this Danny’s Cz someone told me is not that busy but now I know why food was ok but the service was just really really bad Then my waitress not once apologize for the delay she just keep saying the manager is the one cooking I don’t think I’ll be back to this place

I tipped the waitress almost 20 dollars. i then went to the toy machine with my son. i inserted 20 dollars and played one time and one an elephant. then it wouldn’t let me play anymore. i thought surely this was a mistake but no the manager says it’s correct. He refused to refund the 19 dollars. SOUNETHICAL. MYSON is ALMOST5ANDYOUWOULDN’T LETHIMPLAYTHEMACHINEANYMOREEVENTHOWEPAID20ANDPLAYEDONLYONCE. What is wrong with you? Do u not appreciate people who tip more than 15 dollars on a 40 dollar bill? Obviously you don’t care Mr manager of this particular dennys. Screw this location and ur DISGUSTINGSOGGYGARLICBREAD

Through out nursing school, whenever I needed to force myself to stay awake to study, I would come to this Denny’s location since the servers are usually super sweet, and it’s one of the only places open 24⁄7 in Burbank with free wi-fi. I usually order food just so I’m not the jerk that just comes in and takes up space and uses their free wifi. I have never had any types of problems here, but tonight, the guest wifi didn’t work till around midnight which really was a bummer for me because I got there around 9 and couldn’t accomplish as much as I hoped for. This is probably not a big deal to anyone else because I’m one of the very few weirdos that need their wifi when I come in lol. Besides alllaaaaa that, I’ve studied here a million times late at night & the staff is always so kind & welcoming despite how obnoxious it is for me to sit in a Denny’s with my laptop & books, but hey! I gotta do what I gotta do! Lol Food is standard, but good for what you pay for. Service from the late night crew has been great every time I come here. So… I will keep returning until this place truly gives me a reason not to. So far so good.

One word: TERRIBLE The server waited 15 mins to even acknowledge my friend and I. Then came to the table and said she’ll be right with us. Another 5 mins and she comes and takes our order. I requested water and tea… Which took another 15MINS!!! Food was cold, server was slow! I’m pretty patient, and this place wasn’t even busy. Never again. I’d rather make the drive to IHOP off of sunset. All this time it took, I could’ve went to Crave Café for this aggravation.

I met up with an old friend here, as we were getting late night chow. It was a drive from the south bay, but I’m no stranger to spontaneity. I got here early, and got seating for the both of us. The waitress here was working alone, and I could see the stress in her eyes. I asked for a glass of water, and waited for my buddy. He showed up about 15 minutes later, and we ordered our food. I went with a build-your-own-slam. It is my usual at Denny’s, and rarely fails me. This time around, the food was ok, but the waitress was having a bad attitude. I don’t know what was bugging her, as the place was relatively empty. My buddy and I just shrugged it off, paid for our food, and we were on our way. I drove back home to the south bay. This place was average at best, and they need to be attentive on who they put on shift.

Service was not good. Waitress Dimelsa took forever to check on us(1hr) Not coming back. Was very upset with the service. Thought it would be a nice outing with my group but it wasn’t nothing like I expected. Hopefully they step their game up. Also when I got my food the broccoli was old and discolored, our lemonade ice tea had mold floating in our cups. I nearly tossed my cookies on the table. This Denny’s falls real short of other Denny’s I’ve eaten at.

Guys, I don’t even freakin care… I’m into Denny’s. I would go more if my friends let me. The prices aren’t super competitive anymore which sucks, butttt the hash browns, blts, whatever are legit. Sometimes I’m curious about the lives of other Denny’s patrons, but that’s just cause I’m nosey. Don’t hate, appreciate.

We are regulars here and I love the people, service, and food. If you are near come in and enjoy some comfort fast food !! My recommendation is the $ 8 French toast you will love it.

I am sad to say that this Dennys has not changed. I went to try it out again and the eggs were undercooked… again! My friend didn’t want to make a big deal so he just ate around the eggs and let management know when we left.

It says it’s open 24⁄7 but we arrived at 530am since we have to check in at 7am at the airport and it’s closed. They should really update their hours of operation.

Wow where to begin:/ after a long day just wanted to find a place that was open to eat… Well where else but Denny’s. The place was filthy and disgusting but it was open and had to do. Service was horrible it took over 11 minutes to order, once we did order our food came before our appetizer but what do you expect from Denny’s

I love Denny’s but let me tell you… when a waitress allows bad food to make it out to the tables, they don’t give a darn about being there or serving the public. This place is clean. Nicely spread out so you dont feel crunched. This Denny’s doesn’t have a counter which is a loss of a star to start. Our Asian server Jean was quick but she never smiles and doesn’t make you feel welcomed. She also allowed my horrible french toast plate come to me. See photo. It wasn’t until the end that she said sorry but i really didn’t feel she meant it. We’ll eventually come back only because its clean and spacious… but will not want Jean’s tables. She just doesn’t represent Denny’s in a positive way and kinda makes you feel the same sadly.

For the most part this a Denny’s is never crowded. Located right next to the Bob Hope Burbank Airport makes a great waiting spot pre our post trip. Parking us ample. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I have seen sine people bring sis to the outdoor seating area(not sure if that is accepted by the health department, but I’ve never seen an issue with it either) They do offer a UnilocalCHECK-INOFFER, but beware as it can not be issued with any other offers(however the day I was there we were misinformed about that policy, so they kindly deducted the $ 2 sundae cost I got for my granddaughter off my bill as well as the 20% coupon we had for our meal. That was kind. The food is not the greatest, but pretty standard for chain diner food. I’m disappointed they don’t offer real butter.(Only margarine) I’m a big fan of their, $ 2, $ 4, $ 6, $ 8 menu. My favorite being the $ 4 biscuit and gravy with eggs and hash browns.(I opt foot the gravy on my hash browns instead) The place is generally clean. They do have free WiFi. Bathrooms are clean as well. Staff is friendly but not over bearing. Sometimes you have to hurry them along, even when it’s not busy. They have high chairs and booster seats for kids as well as crayons and a menu for them to color on. My biggest complaint is their checkout process takes longer than it should. And you have to tell them what you want to add to tip, which is awkward, So bring cash if you can to tip. It’s better for the staff anyways. Overall this place isn’t terrible. Great place to fill up before hopping on a long flight. Check them out.

The best time to go to Denny’s is either a crazy night out with friends after some heavy, heavy drinking or after a concert where nothing else(delicious) is open. I don’t hate Denny’s but their food is so… underwhelming. I do like their grand slam, where you can customize your meal. I usually stick to egg whites, seasonal fruit and turkey bacon. I don’t like their pancakes, i’d have to drench them in syrup just to get the dryness down my throat. I’ve ordered the fajita plates before and they were ok. My friend after her meal usually get’s the brownies with ice cream. I’ve never tried any of their desserts, but i’m totally ok with that. It’s open 24 hours and the waiters are pretty friendly(sometimes)

I’m writing this review as I sit in Dennys because I truly do appreciate amazing customer service. This is my second time coming in this week because of a growling stomach. The waiter that served me was RICARDO. He was very attentive and polite and made sure I had everything I needed. Even though he was juggling a few different tables there was never a time I had to look around to ask for something bc I already had everything I needed. Again good customer service is had to find I’m thankful to have dinner here I enjoyed my zesty nachos and strawberry milkshake both times I came :)

So I haven’t frequented Denny’s since college. My son was attending an event across the street and needed to grub before a long day ahead. What better than America’s Diner! Never closes and always happy service. The«Grand Slam» series is an all time fav! They have the $ 2, $ 4, $ 6, $ 8 specials which are perfect for those on a budget. I mean, c’mon! $ 4 for two fluffy buttermilk pancakes, two sausage or bacon, two eggs any style cooked to order? No, I’m not working in their marketing department… Service was personable and friendly upon entering. Food took a while to come out, not sure why. The place was busy for sure, but not slammmed. Plenty of open booths and tables and no line waiting. Oh well. Unilocal check in love… Get a free Puppy Sundae with $ 8 entrée and drink purchase. Three strawberry hush puppies served with ice cream, strawberry stuff n whipped cream. See photo. Keep on Unilocal’n!

I mean, I certainly didn’t expect the top quality steak from Denny’s. but there are lines you can’t cross when it comes to feeding a human, meat. I got the steak and eggs, and I thought I was gonna throw up when the waitress brought it to the table. It just looked like it could be life-threatening when I cut into it and it was extremely rare, so I sent it back to get it cooked medium rare which I had initially requested. It came back and the steak transformed into some weird rubbery looking meat that I honestly think they put in the microwave or dropped on the floor and placed back on the plate. They presented me «food» that I wouldn’t even consider serving to an animal. Even on the last day of the world, I wouldn’t eat this or feed it to my cat. The photo doesn’t even do justice.
