I came here on the Friday before the Monopoly sweepstakes ended. I ordered a Big Mac meal with a medium drink. When I get my drink I notice there’s no Monopoly pieces on the cup. I asked the worker why there’s no Monopoly pieces and she said, «Uhh, I don’t know, I guess we ran out.» I asked her for the large drink then because I paid for it. When I get my meal, I look in the bag and the Big Mac doesn’t have Monopoly pieces either. I was so frustrated that I left the restaurant. The workers should at least inform the customers that the food items don’t have Monopoly pieces on them. I send McDonald’s an email and no response. Great guys! Goes to show how much you really care about your customers.

Until the owner or management take notice that Mcdonalds is having a serious problem that will manifest itself a few years from now there is no review I could write without using the word apathetic. The people who work here just really hate their job. The energy is very low. This is the same for most other Mcdonalds. Ive never seen a place or places have nothing over a 3 star review. Mcdonalds I think you have a problem.

I was rescued by an amazing employee here on 3÷31÷16. I was waiting to pick up my husband at the Burbank Airport. I locked my keys, purse, phone and TWODOGS in the car… obviously by accident. I walked up to the counter and a wonderful young man named Carlos took the time to use his personal phone and contact AAA emergency roadside service for me. He was my Guardian Angel that day and I am so grateful… the service was great at the counter too as I watched other customers receive their orders. THANKYOUCARLOS!!!

So I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in ages. I had my granddaughter with me and decided I’d take her to my old stomping grounds. It was a particularly cold day and we could use some warming up from our PLAYDATE in the park. First of all, the parking is a nightmare. It now shares a lot with Trader Joe’s so good luck there. When we went inside there were about 6 people who clearly were homeless and trying to escape the cold weather with their cup of coffee purchase to keep them there. The bathrooms are locked and require asking the cashier to buzz you in. Which is a bit more trouble than I’d prefer when trying to wash up before and after our meal, but with the people who are frequenting, I guess it’s a safety measure needed. I ordered a Happy Meal,(4ct chicken nugget, fries, milk and toy) wow almost $ 5 to feed a 2 year old. Smh. That’s the last time I do that. The meal was as expected. I do appreciate they offer healthier options. The cashier was nice. When we left the same people were huddled over their coffee with their baskets filled with their belongings. I don’t want to sound un sympathetic, as I do feel for these people, but it didn’t make for a comfortable environment for me and my granddaughter. When we left their was a run away grocery carry from TJ’s that hot my car… twice! Grrrr. It’s sad to see your childhood memories crushed from over expansion. This used to be a great place to hang out and enjoy a cheap meal. And although there’s nothing really wrong with this McDonald’s, I won’t be back to this one.

The drive-thru took 18 minutes on my last visit(4pm Friday afternoon). Completely unacceptable, and unexpected! Glad I didn’t have to catch a flight — this could make you miss your plane! Previous visits have also been incredibly slow, usually running 8 – 12 minutes in the drive thru. Poor staffing or poor training inside must contribute to these extreme delays. Once you’re in the drive-thru, you’re trapped, you can’t leave! I’ll go to the Del Taco next door next time I’m in a hurry!

Used the drive-thru after picking up my car rental. It went smooth enough, no chocolate chips cookies but they did have oatmeal. Coffee was as I ordered it. Staff was decent at 5am in the morning.

Stopped here on my way back from the gym. You know, to get an ice cream cone, I always gotta get some sweet vanilla cream after the gym #gainz ! Pull up to the drive through, ask for my usually cone, and they tell me that they don’t have ice cream at this hour ??? Day was ruined! It’s like I didn’t even go to the gym … Fml: still upset

Worst McDonald I’ve gone too. Purely due to service. Ordered two drinks, a fountain drink and an hot mocha. Took 30 mins to get our order and when we did it was wrong, no apology, no receipt nothing. Not sure how you mess up two drinks, but they did. Avoid at all cost unless you have a lot of time to spare and done care about rude service.

This location is convenient due to the proximity to the Burbank airport but the overall quality of McDonald’s continues to decline with having to beg for condiments and napkins which other fast food places gladly provide.

It’s very disappointing the service in this place… The cashier asked twice if my order was complete and she didn’t gave me my drink as I ordered. I ask her where’s my drink? And she respond«I haven’t charge for it» … I told her I ordered and she charge $ 1.09 for that drink I though I order… I ordered to go and when I got back to work this is what I received … Check the picture.

Guys this place sucks. Just a few minutes ago I went there and ordered my breakfast and guess what? They did not have any soap in the dispenser to wash my hands. And when I let them know about that, they barely did anything for me. I was getting late to work so I told them refund my money back. Zero star.

The service is very hit and miss. Today was a miss. We came in at 730pm no one in line and the person who was staffing the registers was stocking the vitamin water and salads and kept her back to us while we waited. Even after her coworker staffing the drive thru told her 2 times we were waiting she still went on ignoring us. Not until the drive thru person came over to take our order did she turn around and come to the register. Just plain rude really.

Came in around 3:30pm and there were no lines. I walked up to the register where no one was attending. There were many employees doing things probably having to do more with the drive thru. I stood there for about 2 – 3 minutes waiting for someone to come to the register. I noticed one of the employees wearing black collar shirts look at me then back to talking to another employee. Then another with the black collar shirts look at me and then back to talking. Finally an employee with a red shirt came and took my order. She didn’t say anything about my wait time but just took my order. I got my order to go. When I opened the bag to pull the contents out I felt something sticky on my finger and it was BBQ sauce. When I removed the BBQ sauce the seal of the dipping packet was leaking BBQ sauce.

The manager of this location sent me a coupon book of $ 1 off items within three weeks of the incident. The recognition of there being a problem was worth more than actual coupon book. I should also note that I have not experienced another incident like the one that caused me to give this establishment 1 star to begin with. The drive-thru is, for the most part, a drive-right-through :)

It’s McDonald’s! I get my house blend coffee every morning on my way to work. This is a very nice location because it’s by Burbank Airport. It’s clean but I haven’t been inside. I use the drive thru every time and I have not experienced any negative treatment from any of their staff. Most of all, it’s a fast paced lane! I heart Ronald’s coffee:)

I will never go to this McDonald’s again!!! I was trapped in the drive thru lane for 35 to 40 minutes. Instead of having cars move forward or park for an order that takes too long they created a snowball effect causing a huge backup on orders in the drive thru(it’s a one lane… no way of getting out). By the time I got to the window I was so disgusted with this place that I kept on driving… leaving my order at the window. I think my 35 to 40 minutes of wasted time is worth more than the $ 6 bucks left at the window. Burbank McDonald’s can suck it! P. S. For those that think this is the McDonald’s with(2) two lanes it is not please street view it on Google maps. Address is 2591 North Hollywood Way, Burbank, California, United States.

Clean McDonalds by the Burbank Airport. I’ve never gone inside, but can HIGHLY recommend the drive through. I’ve always gotten quick and friendly service. There are 2 separate lines to help move customers faster. Plus, unlike most McDonalds locations, I’ve never gotten any attitude or backtalk when I ask for extra ketchup! lol.

I’ve never been to Micky D’s where they have specialty drinks. This one is really clean, organized, quiet, have friendly employees, and serve yummy drinks. I ordered one large cappuccino drink. Oh geez, you’ll never think you bought it from McDonald’s. They have two flavors — vanilla & caramel. I got mine w/easy caramel.
