I know its just Subway so the bar is already set pretty neutral but I was hoping to just get a hot soup for dinner after a day coping with some dental work. When I opened up the container the soup had already congealed into the consistency of tapioca pudding and turned an ugly shade of yellow(formally white). Hey if the soup had been sitting there all day rarely touched and looks like dinosaur snot I would appreciate it if the salesgal gave me a warning.

like previous reviews have mentioned. the ingredients sucked. I love subway, its a lot healthier than mcdonalds. When I went there today the cheese was really old. it tasted like old bad cheese and it was rubbery. It made the sandwich taste disgusting. I only could eat half of a 6in. The staff seemed a little happier, so thats ok. The guy who made my sandwich, made it right but being made right doesnt help the quality. =/ I’ll give it another chance

They are a little slow on the uptake. You ask for a coffee. They tell you were it is. Then you have to ask for a cup. The you have to ask for a lid. I give them a break because it is at 7am. It does seem that they are always training someone when I go in and I’m already almost late for work(my fault not theirs).

I usually like Subway, but this one in particular sucks ass. As with the previous reviewer, the staff looked really unhappy and bummed out. Everyone has bad days so that part I can forgive, however the ingredients were shitty. The lettuce was wilted, the tomatoes were brown, the Bell Peppers were rubbery and the cheese was hard. I’ll never go back to this dump.

I’m sorry, but if you work in the service industry you should put on a «happy face» regardless of how you’re feeling. During a break from working on a project in Burbank, I decided to go to this Subway to get a footlong sandwich. Anyway, the employees at this location aren’t too friendly. They looked at me until I initiated conversation. Much to my surprise, when this guy completed my transaction, he just handed me my food without saying«thank you». Now, we all have bad days but there’s no need to show your frustrations to your customers, as we are the people who keep you in business.
