Subway

I like this subway. They have very friendly staff who work really quick. All the ingredients are very fresh and the location is clean.

Night service and food here is great.
*5 stars for NIGHT
*2 stars for WEEKDAY LUNCH RUSH HOUR
Food here is just fresher than a lot of other Subways I haunt in the area.

Bread was hard, and the young lady who help keep repeating the same questions over and over again. She also put a lot of mayo which grossed me out.

Awful! This used to be the best Subway in Burbank, not anymore. Their service has declined. The staff behind the counter is slow. They have no sense of urgency.
Consecutive weeks, I’ve gone in to get lunch for my kids. Consecutive weeks, I’ve been told that the meatballs are not ready and that they still in the fridge. It’s 11:30 am guys — that means lunch time — EVERYTHING should be ready for customers.
Really disappointing!
I’ll go to Subway on Buena Vista from now on.

I’ve been to some pretty bad Subways and this one is not one of them. Close to my house. Staff is friendly. Place is clean. I actually enjoy their breakfast sandwich, But my go to is the tuna on honey wheat or the the 9 grain wheat. (Kinda bummed they got rid of the omega grain bread, But that’s been awhile now). I love that you can choose your toppings and the staff doesn’t seem to give me a hard time when I want extra spinach and cucumbers.
I do think the tuna serving is a little small and they could add a bigger scoop. Plus it would be nice if they would just sell sides of tuna, for days I just need a quick in between pick me up). Same goes with the avocado serving. I just bring my sandwich home and add my own because it’s not worth the extra money for so little.
The cookies are yummy. My favorite is the white chocolate macadamia. Not a fan of the soups. I wish they were better tasting as I could eat soup everyday and I think a small bowl really compliments a sandwich. (Maybe bread bowl soups would be a great idea!)
The only other thing I’m not a fan of is the parking lot here. It’s really crowded and difficult to get around in. I mean there’s certainly worse places, And I know it’s not their fault, But just a heads up.
Overall it’s a great alternative to other crappy fast food options in the area.
Tip*** they do have a cute smart car that offers delivery and they do also cater!

I just got the BEST service I’ve ever had from this subway location last night. I just got out of class and was starving and thought to stop there since they are open late. I was greeted immediately when walking in the door, which was very nice. I went up to the counter and this lovely girl (didn’t get her name) helped me. She asked what I would like to order and I asked for my usual Italian BMT. She then proceeded to ask if I wanted to try their new Italian sandwich which is very similar except that it has turkey instead of the ham. I was so excited because I had almost asked her to do that anyways, so it was great to see that they had that as a new sandwich. I proceeded to tell her that I was just thinking of doing that and she mentioned that many customers have done that and that Subway finally caught on and made a sandwich as such. She then let me know that the sandwich comes with their new Italian dressing sauce, which I have never tried. I asked her what it was again, and she asked me if I wanted to sample it before hand. It was so nice of her to offer that as none of the other subway locations have offered to me in the past with their new sauce choices. After all that she finished my sandwich and went to the back. Her associate rang up my order and I asked her to please thank the girl that helped me, since I felt she was so sweet and kind, and truly gave me great service. I walked out very pleased and the sandwich was DELISH! I think this will be my new subway of choice. Hopefully I can update this post and get her name. She was truly GREAT! :)

A nice young woman helped me and was very accommodating even though I put her on her toes when I changed my mind about what kind of sandwich I wanted just as she was reaching for the first ingredient. That said, she and everyone else seemed fairly distracted. Otherwise this place was decent. Just another Subway.

Second time this place has severed up a sandwich on stale beard. This time I made sure to ask the employee «Is the bread fresh or does it have a hard shell?» She said it was fresh and continues down the line. It was hard, I ended up scooping out the guts and making a ham sandwich salad at work. Fool me once…

If I were able to give under one star, I would give a billion negative stars. HORRIBLE SERVICE! On Wednesday night around close to midnight– February 4^th– this young, blonde lady who took mine and my friends order was very discomforting. We simply asked her what she would prefer to eat if she were to order a sandwich, and her reply was, «From here? NOTHING.»
We were completely appalled and had no idea to react. We second guessed dining with subway after hearing such a negative response; we almost walked out right there! It didn’t stop there…
I asked her on her opinion between the oven roasted chicken breast and the teriyaki chicken, and she responded with a smarta**, snarly, negative comment. I’m not one to say who deserves a job or what, but this young lady was extremely rude and did not even look like she wanted to be there. Both my friend and I have worked in the food industry for over 3 years, if not more, and we have never experienced such rudeness and uncomfortableness from such a worker.
Both myself and my friend have been coming to this subway for years and now we both agree we will not be returning because of this said employee. She made us very uncomfortable about our food that we are personally paying for.

This has to be the worse subway I have ever been to! 1. Service is HORRIBLE 2. Not enough meat in the subs. I went in Saturday night and ordered a $ 6 menu tuna! Their was like no tuna in the sandwich. Second I had asked the girl if I had a soup to the combo if it would be 1 dollar extra or full price! She says 1 dollar I THINK… You should know. She kept yelling at me cause she couldn’t hear what I was saying. She wrapped the sub without me finishing what I wanted. As she charged me I noticed that she charged for extra chips. And she said cause you added the soup. I told her well you never told me that. And she started yelling at me! I’m the customer. Learn how to speak to customers. And then she starts talking to me in spanish! Just cause I might look like a certain race doesn’t mean you need to be racist and speak to me in Spanish! If I say I need someone to speak to me in spanish then I’ll tell them! Overall worst service and worst portion in my experience. Never going again! AVOID THIS SUBWAY!!!

I go out of my way to come to this place because of the following three reasons:
1) The service is good.
2) They’re one of a few stores that offer kale, arugula, and some shit called heritage blend to top your sandwich with.
3) An Armenian (?) girl with long dark hair and a pretty face that works the morning shift.
Yes, we as men can be stupid and suckers for a pretty face, but as long as homechick can whip me up a tasty sandwich I’m ok with that.

Horrible service. Went in at 5:30pm to order a footling meatball sub and they told me that they ran out of meat balls. Hmmm, then make some more. They are open until midnight. Lazy!!! There were no customers so that should have been a clear indication that this franchise needs better skilled employees and management. Never going back there again.

Great location. Staff is cool and service is good. I go here 3 times a week never disappoints. Very clean location I go in at nights which is never busy just in and out quickly. I would recommend this location.

Best subway by far, friendly staff, clean place fast service and they make tor sandwich just how you want it. They accept coupons with no b.s.

This location is always clean and has good, fast, and pleasant service… ALSO, and most importantly, one of very few locations that still have an Orange Bang machine!

This subway skimps on the deli meat.
The workers were confused.

Place is clean and yes it is a chain store but most are owned independent.
This one was very clean and i enjoyed breakfast here. Staff was friendly and served everyone as fast as possible.
It is located in a strip mall like most Subways are, but much cleaner then most.

Yesterday afternoon I decided to stop in at the Subway on Hollywood Way near the Burbank Airport, and wow, was that a bad move. I ordered The Club, which was the manager special. Came with Roast Beef, Ham and Turkey, probably not the best combination, but I had it anyway. I was pretty hungry so I ate the whole thing.
Well about an hour or so later, I started to not feel good at all.
My stomach was growling and I felt like I was going to throw up.
I stayed at the office until 6:30 –7 and when i got home I felt horrible, had to use the toilet about three times and then all night, I was running hot, and when I woke up again had the runs and felt like I was going to puke.
This afternoon I am starting to feel a little better, but still not there.
I am very disappointed that this Subway seems to be serving old or food exposed to some sort of bacteria that caused me to get sick.

There are numerous Subway restaurants in Burbank, and so far I think that this one is the best one. It is really close to where I live, and the food and service have always been good here. They even greet you when you walk in by saying, «Hi, welcome to Subway!»
Parking close by may be challenging, but this location has a big parking lot, so you should find something.
This subway is quick and convenient, and so I recommend it!

CLEAN & Generous in amount…
This is my favorite Subway location. Anytime I’m around, I get their special soup of the day… usually cheese with broccoli or potatoe leak.
Most of the time, since all the subs are $ 5.00, I get the Cold Cut Combo, Meatball Marinara, Oven Roasted Chicken, Tuna, or Turkey Breast. Grab a bag of chips… and off I go with my meal of the day!
One suggestion… please do bring the machine; which other locations carry… that has Horchata and Orange Bang drinks.
