Rarely do I eat fast food breakfast but the food and service here were great! This McDonald’s has everything you can ask for in a fast food joint; an easy-going staff, great food and a clean comfortable eating environment. There were three people in front of me but in the short time it took me to log into my Instagram I was next in line. I approached the cashier and she was extremely friendly and helpful. So much so that I even decided to dine in and I couldn’t have enjoyed it more. My table was clean and so was everything around me. It was a pretty peaceful environment considering it was a busy breakfast morning. Heck, I went back to the front for strawberry jam and I was back enjoying my Sausage and Egg Mcmuffin within a matter of seconds. Definitely coming back, The rare times I do eat fast food breakfast I mean.

This morning I decided to get breakfast here because of the monopoly game… The lady who is taking the order does not understand english lol. I told her I want sugar free vanilla coffee but less sweet… she’s like less sugar… It’s god damned sugar free! I want less syrup!

Ive been coming here for almost a year, i work right down the street so for a quick bite to eat, its coveniant but the other day betwee 9pm and 10pm i came through the drive and there was two people ahead of me, but for some unknown reason, it took almost 45mins to reach the window. The person in front of me was getting very frustrated and was honking his horn, and reving his engine at the matter, after the 45mins of waiting i finnally reached the window, and i never even got a hi how are, or for the fact sorry for the wait, instead i got this really rude girl, that barely said anything to me and then quickly gave me my food, and after i said thank you, she did not even reply with anything just turned around and walked away. Im sorry i know mcdonalds is not your dream job or career, but be somewhat thoughtful when you or someone that you worl with keeps the customer waiting almost an hour to get there food, and say sorry for the wait we had some issues, don’t give them a pissy attitude and not say anything, just straight up rude.

This is the WORST McDonalds ever!!! This is my first review I’m writing on Unilocal and for good reason. I work down the street and I work night shift. So, when I don’t bring my lunch there’s not much options other than 24hour fast food joints. A couple months ago I came here and they say CASH only(this was around 1am). With NO signs just tell you when you drive up to the drive thru. I complained about that to upper management because I work nights and don’t carry cash. They finally fixed that problem and now take debit cards at night. Now went there today and ordered the chicken nuggets meal and I’m eating it at work on my lunch break and I notice something wrong with the texture of it. I take a close look and it was RAW!!! Raw chicken!!! Ugh!!! I ate about 3 – 4 pieces out of the 10 and was so disgusted. I went back to the drive thru after work to let them know. They only refunded the nuggets and not the whole meal. I got $ 4. And it was $ 6.69 for the meal. He said Sorry. But it was a whatever attitude. I will never ever go back to this McDonalds again. I don’t care how close it is to work or if I’m starving. Never again. Please go somewhere else you might get food poisoning here.

I generally don’t like to review fast food restaurants because they are all basically the same and you should know what you are getting yourself into already, but occasionally there is something special(good or bad) about a place that warrants a review. Hence the McDonald’s at the Burbank Airport gets a review. I have had more bad experience at this McDonald’s than I have at any other fast food restaurant. First of all their drive thru is so slow than I usually end up going inside to get my food, even when I am taking my food out. I can spend 5 minutes going inside or 10 minutes in the drive thru. On the occasions when the drive thru isn’t backed up they have gotten my order wrong about 25% of the time. So if you do go through the drive thru make sure you check your order before leaving. Yesterday I went inside because I was actually going to eat there. It was not particularly busy. People were coming in intermittently but it definitely wasn’t busy. Yet, every single table was dirty. Literally, every single table. I picked the least dirty table and wiped it off with a napkin and ate my food. I was there for a good half hour and not once did anyone come out to clean. When I left I went to put my garbage in the trash, and every single trash can was over flowing. The food is usually good(when they actually get your order right) which is the only reason they get a second start, but seriously, this McDonald’s is an embarrassment to the chain. I just wish there was another McDonald’s closer to my house.

Food was good. Service was friendly. The booth seats are cracking and can use some repair.

YEP, I just gave McDonald’s a review. But really, their fries are very hot and fresh. The drive through is quick. So for a McDonald’s craving this spot hits the bill.

I don’t really have pleasant experiences with the food and service here. But once you take those things out of the picture, it’s a decent hangout joint. From what I can tell there is only one real place to lounge at. You’ll be able to tell where it is since it’s a pair of couches at the corner. I’ll end this review with a few important points: –It was very difficult redeeming those Living Social vouchers a while back so I won’t do that again if the chance presents itself. –They don’t really double check things like the sticker says. Unless it’s just a «yep, there are fries in here» –You don’t get ketchup unless you ask. If you ask, you get 3. –Free WiFi

As far as Mcdonalds, this one is good. Always friendly and nice. Service can be a bit slow but that can be typical for many Mcdonalds.

I go here after hours because this place has a 24⁄7 drive thru! The service is a bit slow when its really late, but what can you expect? Not a lot of people work at McDonald’s for an overnight shift. Other than that, its just like any other place. Note: Make sure you have everything AND your condiments. They always seem to forget to ask if I want any ketchup or sauce. Oh and make sure you have straws! There has been plenty of times where they don’t give me a straw, ketchup, or my sweet and sour sauce. =/

This McDonalds is a little better than average although I have had issues in the past several weeks. While the staff is usually pretty friendly there are some who are down-right rude. They are also usually«understaffed» and that surprises the hell out of me seeing as there are so many people looking for work. They usually cook the food as well as can be expected and I have only had a few times where it has been cold and unacceptable. On a side note, if you do plan to go inside to this McDonalds be prepared for there to be plenty of weirdos. Everytime we have gone in there is either an incredibly OCD dude cleaning his table to the point of frenzy or stinking homeless people. The management hasn’t made this a good McDonalds to «dine in». Could be better — could be worse.

I really like this McDonalds. I actually walked about 30 minutes to this particular McDonalds from a friend’s home last Sunday morning. When I arrived, I really wanted just a hot, black cup of fresh coffee. To my surprise, I was greeted by a friendly, young team member with dark-rimmed glasses, and she took my simple order immediately. My fresh coffee was served within a couple of minutes and I was happy with that and I was on my way. Thanks!

This McDonald’s restaurant is very clean inside in a great location. I don’t go to McDonald’s that often, but when I have a craving for a hotcake breakfast, then this is the place! Today it even looked very festive inside with the Monopoly game they have going on. Not only does this place have free Wi-Fi, but McDonald’s also serves some pretty decent coffee drinks that are cheaper than Starbucks. And I usually get my order reasonably fast, as well. I used to dread going into McDonald’s restaurants because they tended to be dirty and fully of whiny-brat kids inside. Not at all the case at this location. Check it out!

Customer service tops the list for the most terrible. I have visited impoverished foreign countries where the water is brown and received better service. The staff at this location was indifferent, insensitive and would not appropriately accommodate space for my two children to sit and eat. This was my second visit to this site and I went because I remembered how this place was clean and well maintained. However, after this experience I would rather eat in a stinky trash dump with quality customer service from junk yard attendants, than eat in an establishment with staff members so numb to the basic needs of patrons. Two thumbs down; IMHO eat at the Del Taco or Panda Express nearby instead of this place… unless dining in the company of apathetic servants suits your taste.

5 stars for the sugar-free vanilla iced coffee. $ 2 for a «venti» sized crack-in-a-cup… This stuff will get you wired. Starbucks beware, even your new«pike roast» doesn’t come close.
