Worst office and staff EVER!!! The office receptionist was rude, made me wait for over 35mins with only myself in the waiting room (guess that’s what happens when there is only one doctor) then Dr. Wong doesn’t have the proper equipment for a women’s check up– tries then fails several times– then said she had everything she needed. It was my yearly check-​up. Then i go to reception to pay and lady says my insurance covered it. Great– leave then receive a letter in the mail saying I needed to come back b/​c the Dr. wasn’t able to get what she needed! Seriously. Then another letter came saying that I owed $ 30 (3mths later) for my visit! I mean UNREAL!!! Never EVER coming back to this place and Be AWARE of the rude staff and a Dr. that really didn’t care!

Dr. Wong is wonderful. She’s pleasant and professional and I appreciate her calm demeanor. I always walk out of there with my questions answered and concerns handled. One thing that really amazed me was that when I had my baby in July she came to the hospital to visit me even though there was no need since I was currently under the care of a OB. My husband was so impressed by that he switched doctors and now sees her as well!

Her office isn’t open regular hours. She doesn’t do same day appointments. Calls regularly go to voice mail. On my first appointment she took my history and seemed to make a lot of notes. After a couple appointments she didn’t really pay attention to me. Just blowing me off with «Diet and exercise & you’ll be fine.» instead of taking my concerns seriously. Her office doesn’t return my calls.
After 2 months of not being about to get a hold of anyone in her office I am switching doctors. It’s surprising to me a doctor could be so neglectful of their patient in medical need.

Dr. Wong was pleasant, informative, and thorough. The office is clean and the admin staff are nice and thorough as well. It was an overall painless experience.
