Jack In The Box

I had an excellent service today… Two people handed me my food with both hands and eye contact… Wishing a great night… They’ve included all condiments I needed ‘cuz I forgot to ask… They didn’t have Coke but they had plenty of other choices. The only thing that was forgotten is the straw but it’s OK.

Every time I come to this location I must wait for the cashier. It is now 0900, no one in the restaurant but me, all employees talking behind in the coming area. I clear my throat to get their attention. 1 employees peaks, but doesn’t come out. I continue waiting. After about 2 mins, finally someone comes out. She’s looking at me, doesn’t say anything, refilling supplies behind the counter. I look at her svc finally she says are you ready? I said «are you ready?». She says yes and took my order. No hello, no welcome, no good morning, no how r u today. This place needs alot of improving on their customer service skills. Finally got my order 10 mins later. So if you have patience, this is the place.

Ok, a couple of nights ago as we usually do with my coworkers we went to jack in the box to buy something to eat, my friend asked me to bring him tacos, i didnt know what kind so I asked the employee for chicken tacos and she said they didn’t have chicken tacos only soy tacos, I was sorprised because I am vegetarian so I asked her if that means it doesnt have any beef or any kind of meat? She said its a vegetarian taco it DOESNT HAVE ANY KIND OF MEAT/​BEEF. so I ended up buying tacos for me. A couple of days later I read the ingredients on the jack in box web page that those tacos DO HAVE meat/​beef. So that means your employees are lying to us so they can sell. Sorry but for me thats Fu… up!

This is probably one of the worst restaurants in terms of cleanliness. We went there as part of a stop over in going home. I went to the restroom and there were two ladies before me. When my turn came, there was no toilet paper and paper towels. Sad to say, it was despicable. The crowd didn’t help as the people there looks like they didn’t tell the servers that the women’s bathroom needs to be cleaned and the toiletries need to be replaced.
We end up leaving the restaurant. How does the servers clean themselves if their restroom don’t have toiletries. This has to be brought to the attention of the business owner. Please have your associates check the restroom in an hourly basis.

Wrong drive-​thru order at least 50% of the time. Do you know how irritating that is when you’re in danger of being late to work!!! They really need to stop rushing so much and take the time to get peoples order correctly!

Jack is usually one of the better fast food chains if not the best when it comes to getting what you want the way you want. Unfortunately this specific location doesn’t meet par. We ordered several chicken and jack jr. Sandwiches one late night. We were so hungry but left so disappointed. They had slapped the sandwiches together, the cheese was solid and hadn’t even been melted. The lettuce seemed old and wasn’t crisp. Just a really back experience. We just ended up tossing everything away and went to In n Out where they don’t skip on quality. Wouldn’t go here again.

The food is at least not bad and the service is fantastic. My first day in LA the guy at the counter gave me a free large soda because it was the first time I ate there. The second time I got breakfast and the cashier I spoke to gave me extra bacon because she felt they didn’t give me enough

Just picture a long line in that cramped drive thru, and parking would be a nightmare during that time. Nice dine in area inside, but horrible parking area.
Food is still great and the staff is always nice at the drive-​thru!

I used to come here more often than I do, but those coupons I get in the mail pull me back in. I like this place better after they remodeled it, but I wish the parking would have been moved around a little more. I always worry my car will get hit when parked and it’s always a struggle to get out because the drive-​thru is about 5 feet away from parked cars. There’s no divider.
There was a few times that I’ve been here where I have had a bad experience, but it wasn’t until this one day when I complained on the surveys they print on the receipt. I got called the next day by a manager and she had me come back. So I came back and she did take care of things but one. I didn’t get a number so the wait was long and awkward when waiting for the food.
Still, don’t let it be said they don’t read those reviews! All in all I still enjoy coming here because I know Jack has my back.

As fast food chains go, service was fast and friendly, and food was decent. One of my favorite on-​the-​way-​home stops. I have never had anything negative happen here-​very consistent. ’nuff said.

Just had a breakfast burrito. Cheap and tasty.
Hit the fucking spot.

Ugh. I actually feel sick after eating here. The tacos were OK, the sausage breakfast sandwich was OK. The spicy chicken sandwich has nothing on Wendy’s. This thing was terrible. Wet, wilty, soggy lettuce, crappy tomatoes, horrible tasting cheese. Never again. Sorry JITB, I’m just not on board.

The best deal in fast today is also one of the oldest. For many years, Jack in the Box has offered 2 tacos for 99 cents, and you really just can’t beat that.
If you’ve never had Jack’s tacos, they are fried taco shells with beef lettuce taco sauce, and cheese. Make sure you ask for some hot sauce at the window too, which make those tacos twice as good. And by the way, there’s no limit on how many tacos you can get… I tend to get 4… sometimes 6…
Conway has great Taco tips at Jack In The Box — order a small fries with your tacos to use as a heat source to keep those tacos hot in the bag! and if you’re gonna order 4 tacos, order 2 first, then go back in the drive thru while eating the 2 and order 2 more!
Jacks tacos are also responsible for my favorite Jack in the Box commercial EVER! I’ll leave you do decide why…

Yes, It’s true, the parking at this JITB sucks. Don’t bother parking here during your lunch hour or you’ll have problems getting out while the drive-​thru traffic is in full force. Who’s brain child was this parking setup? I’ve never set foot inside as I’ve seen the frustration of customers trying to exit the lot.
If I’m running late for work & rushed out of the house without having breakfast (which doesn’t happen all that often), this JITB drive-​thru does not disappoint. It’s right down the street from the office & I’m in & out in mere minutes!
I just finished my Breakfast Jack w/​bacon. This will definitely tide me over till lunch.

I have been coming to this same JitB since I was a little kid. It used to be all rundown and dingy and it had some questionable characters from the motel next door, but now it’s different: it’s cleaner, more modern, hip, it has tv’s, and there are less questionable characters from the motel next door.
All in all, this is a fast food place that has a lot more than your usual burgers and such. I strongly recommend the tacos: 2 tacos for $ 1! Take that, recession! Pretty much everything here is delicious and on the cheap.
The only downside? Parking here is the worst.

I guess it depends on the day /​time you go, but sometimes, even when there is only one car in the drive thru, it takes them FOREVER to get your meal out to you.
Parking is horrible. The lot is tiny and cramped. If there is a long line at the drive thru, it is pretty much impossible to maneuver you car to leave the parking space. But it is what it is for such a small space.

The reason I gave it 3 stars because the parking spaces and in general the way the parking is built sucks. It hard to get out espeically when the drive thru is packed with cars.
The food is good, I really like JITB, its not the best but the prices are very good. The two tacos for 99cents ROCKS. Pleae fix the parking!!!

Jack in the Box is a popular fast food restaurant on the west coast, yet surprisingly this is the only one in Burbank. This location is pretty convenient, although getting through the parking lot can be challenging at times.
This is one that has a self-​serve kiosk, which is easy to use, but does not take coins when you pay. The kiosk blocks one of the cash registers, which means that there is only one available register now for employees.
Food has always been good for me here, but I avoid coming here often because it is very greasy. The menu has some good variety, as well.
This is a typical fast food joint, and it works in giving me what I expect.
