I love this place! I like every single sandwich they have! I also really appreciate the customer service at this location. They are always friendly and upbeat. If you haven’t tried this place out then you must!

Took my friend and I 40 minutes to order a veggie sub and we were the only ones in the whole place. The guy helping us was SO slow as if he was doing it intentionally. As if he wasn’t already slow enough, another customer walked in and they started a conversation for an hour which LAGGED our order even more. So frustrating. On top of that they had absolutely no selection for veggies. Literally just lettuce and tomato. He said he’ll add avocados but at the end said they’r all out. We asked for toasted he said they don’t have a toaster but he can microwave it for us. Who says that? Very bad service as well as bad selection of fresh ingredients. Never going back!

I love this place! The food is fresh, healthy and always delicious. The staff is also very nice and accommodating. I eat here once a week and have always had a good experience.

Just got a sandwich on wheat bread and the bread was definitely old. It was a cold sub so it’s not like the bread was toasted or anything, but the bread itself was very dry and hard to chew

I have been trying to find a good place for hoagies(subs) and finally found it! Delicious.

Been here twice now and the subs are pretty darn good. So far I’ve tried the Italian original which was really tasty. Choose to go with«Mikes Way» when it comes to their cold subs! I’ve also tried their hot subs: the pastrami and #56 which is a phylli cheese steak sub. They are both really good. I think I prefer the pastrami one over the cheese steak. The location is kind of hard to find. But its close to an in n out. The employees have been kinda nice, they just seem like they don’t really want to be there. So far no real complains when it comes to that. The wait time isn’t too bad. Overall I’m enjoying these subs!

Awesome tasting Subs!!! No more Togos or Subway for me and the Family. Any sub you order you can’t Lose. Place kinda small to dine in but it works!

I love Jersey Mike’s! After not having it for many, many years, I decided to try it again and I’m so glad I did. Their hot subs are so-so but their cold subs are where it’s at! The club sub(#8) is my personal favorite. Their bread is so fresh and delicious. and I just love that all meat and cheese is freshly sliced. Jersey Mike’s is 10x better than Subway because the ingredients are so much fresher therefore tastier. The only request I would make is that they offer more toppings, but the ones they have are good enough. And also this location has the nicest staff, every time I’ve been in here they’ve been very accommodating.

I’ve been to this location a few times and it is my least favorite. First of all, they are vey difficult to find the first time! Gps through apple, Google and Unilocal all lead you to ikea. I had given up searching for it but happened to spot it on my way home. It is behind the in n out! Anyway, they always seem to be low on supply(bread, chicken, bacon, etc) during peak hours as well as when the store is empty… They also skimp you a little on meat and are sloppy with the toppings. The employees are not as friendly as the other locations either which is disappointing. That being said, I still like the sandwiches and will come back if I’m in the area.

So as my first experience was not so good. The owner of this store contacted me after my first review and did his best to make things right. He heard me out and even though the situation was unusual, he made things right. He made me feel like I mattered and rectified the situation. I will make sure to give this location a 2nd chance. As I had stated before, the food was tasty, but just not what we had ordered. Everyone and everything(technology) make mistakes, but it’s how they are handled that matters to me. If you ever find yourself in a situation were something has gone wrong, it’s ok to voice yourself, just make sure that your honest and clear so that both parties gets the opportunity to rectify the issue. I appreciate the acknowledgment and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Wow! I must start off this way… I am a resident of Burbank and have been coming to Jersey since day one at this location… I normally come in to get at the very least a sandwich for myself… but often get 3 – 6 at a time Giant subs As a Philadelphian I know I good hoagie and especially the cheese steak The bread is not to be confused with an amoroso roll at all… but jersey Mikes packs the steak meat in(which is legit) and the bread for the MOSt part stays together and holds you down… I’ve watched Atleast 3 managers come and go here and the vibe changes with every change… the very 1st leader of this store was a gem and I wish him back with all of me heart… The reason for the low review is to let corporate know you are doing some very inconsiderate things… I’ve been watch you expand here in SoCal exponentially and I’m trying to figure out why you deserve more business if you can get one location together… What has prompted me to write this review is the mere fact a manager told me Jersey Mikes has no need for ketchup in the location? Really? Vinegar on a hoagie is absolutely stupid and disgusting… you make some crap up and say hey it give a sandwich tang? F off and get your minds right! Ketchup goes on a cheese steak!

Don’t buy Philly Cheese Steak since there is not enough like before. Everything else is ok. They are cutting back and they just cut back another client

I think of Jersey Mike’s as a MUCH yummier Subway. They have healthier options when you opt for some fast food. Everything is very fresh and packed with flavor. I always get their turkey wrap(lettuce, tomato, honey mustard and I get it Mike’s way) wrapped in wheat. You get a full meal for under $ 9 and you don’t feel guilty afterwards since the whole wrap is about 500 calories. Not to mention the staff is always smiling and eager to help.

My bf brought me here telling me they have amazing subs. I was skeptical because it looks«normal” – nothing special. I took a bite though and I must say it is very very good. Their meat quality is excellent. Their bread is pretty basic but there is nothing wrong with it. Their vinaigrette are excellent and that pepper spread is amazeballs. I don’t know what’s in there but it has just the right amount of heat and sourness. Usually sour sandwiches are off-putting to me but here the do it right. It is very meaty but conversely the sourness makes it airy… and it is not unpleasantly sour. Their pickles are great too. Do what we do, giant italian with a ton of that pepper relish. Amazing!

My first time at Jersey Mike’s I wanted to try the sandwich as they’d make it. So I got the #8(club sub). Everything looked delicious until the sandwich technician started to put oil on the sub. I thought he would stop after one pass. He didn’t. I really should have asked for no oil, but there’s always next time. I’m in a sandwich mood now, after writing this review.

They have booths — awesome! Best sandwiches! #1 all time best sandwich is the #9 and have it «Mike’s way»! And customer service rocks! That’s all you need to know.

What a place! Normally, I try to avoid sandwich chains altogether. I tend to find a delicious local Italian Deli and then frequent them. My eyes have since been opened. There exists a sandwich chain with a similar quality product to those local Mom and Pop spots, while providing the convenience of a Subway. This place is called Jersey Mike’s, and they are coming to a neighborhood near you. The Original Italian is really, really good! It contains provolone cheese, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. But what really makes it pop is the oil and Italian dressing. Seriously, if one could procure enough I’d consider bathing in it. Don’t bother with the Which Wich, Subway, Quiznos(Do they even exist anymore?) or whatever other dumb chain is around. Step your sandwich game up with Jersey Mike’s.

I wish there was a jersey mikes closer to where I live. The guys are great. the roast beef is a little pink… so good. I like mine without the vinegar but with the olive oil. The one thing I don’t like about this place… how they have to ring the bell when someone leaves a tip. I feel like that’s degrading to the employees.

It’s on that good sh*t. I got the Veggie Grill Wrap and it was so good. Prices are a little high but they do give you a lot of food. Only other advice is don’t go if your in a hurry – lines do take a while.
