I had a great experience from the moment I approached the counter to finishing my food. A beautiful blonde lady helped me and she was very courteous. They are located on the 3rd floor of the mall. I come here regularly since I work really close and want to save money when eating out for lunch on my own. Absolute max is $ 10 but I try to keep it under $ 8 when possible. For my budget criteria this place has enough options in this price range to choose from that I won’t get bored. The gyro sandwich is delicious and filled with several kinds of veggies soaked in their delicious white sauce. There are competing Mediterranean restaurants nearby that honestly are not better than this place, but it costs more and you have to tip when dining in. I give this place five stars for a great combination of service, speed, and cost.

One of the better places for Mediterranean food that I’ve been to in the Valley, despite being at a mall food court. They have a really great selection of dishes, good prices, and they give you a lot of food. Usually it’s hard to find a combination of those three, but Mediterranean Delight manages to have them. I’ve never ordered the same thing twice here, but I love all of the dishes that I’ve tried so far. It tends to get busy, especially in the afternoon, so take that into consideration if you’re coming here for lunch or dinner. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order, though. Another thing that I want to add is that my parents loved eating from here. They are very picky when it comes to foreign food, particularly Mediterranean, but they really enjoyed the food.

The food was absolutely amazing! Customer service was awesome. I have not one compliant. Compared to the other food places next to it nobody compares to the freshness of their food. Took about 10 minutes but I’d rather wait the time and get delicious food than get it right away and taste like it’s been sitting there for 20 min.

Best place to eat in the food court. Their rice is really nice and fluffy, and their meat is delicious! Not expensive, well you know, it’s food court quality kabobs and gyros, but you won’t be disappointed with the price point and plates they offer. I’m guilty of really liking their chicken or gyro bowls. Either meats served in a bowl with salad and rice. Their eggplant, dolma, or beans sides are also quite delicious.

I feel sorry for the owner to have bad employees, I try to get in touch with the owner. but the food was very good I still go to get my food from there when the girl is off Yesinia and the other 2 girls are so nice

Love it! Don’t usually have much choices in a mall, but so happy to see this healthy choice. Lots of green choices to go with my Gyros!

Excellent fast Mediterranean food. I had the vegetarian sampler plate and it was delicious. It’s enough food for 2 people and they gave us two plates, no problem. Not a big food court at Burbank Mall so definitely eat here.

Probably one of the best Falafel sandwiches I have had in years! Mall location and seating a disadvantage but the Greek salad was great too!

The food was delicious, the customer service was excellent, the menu is simple, they have actual pictures of the plates, food is fresh made to order it’s cooked right in front, we tried the lule meat you get #2 good portions, it was tender juicy, greek salad was crunchy fresh cucumbers, basmati rice, a fire roasted tomato, pita bread and a side of hummus very enjoyable, the chicken breast was also very juicy and flavorful with a greek salad, roasted tomato and hummus along with a pita bread. I would definitely come back again!

Great Mediterranean food for lunch or dinner. Inside the Burbank Mall seating is hard to find when it gets busy. My favorite is the Lula kabob combo(Lula, basmati rice, Greek salad, pita bread and grilled tomato). The others are also delicious pork chops, lamb chops and Cornish game hen. Oh no free refills on the drinks.

I love coming to this place when the female owner, I believe is here, she’s always so sweet and gets my order right. The Hispanic lady working there can kill my mood anytime I order with her. Always seems like she hates her life. Anyways I highly recommend the #6 a chicken breast plate and #11 a gyro plate.

Mediterranean Delight has been a staple in Burbank since I could remember. However, this past Friday was my first time to this establishment. I actually had no idea this was a sit down restaurant. I thought it was more a casual place. I came with my brother and was seated immediately. They gave us fresh warm pita bread to eat while deciding on our order. I ordered the beef/lamb shwarma plate and my brother ordered the kebob combination place. Both came with warm pita bread. They also provided my brother with his ow tzatiki sauce since he liked mine, without an extra charge. The gyro was so good. The kebob was also perfectly done, and retained it’s moistness. The prices for this place was very reasonable, unlike other places. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area and want quality mediterranean food at a good price. However, if you’re in a hurry this is probably not the place for you since they do take a while with orders.

I ordered the Gyro combo which came with fries and soda. The food was delish. It did take about 5 – 10 mins to get it. It wasn’t so busy. The workers are friendly and polite. The location is on the top floor of the mall towards the left if you are looking outside. Next to Mongolian BBQ. I would eat here again since the gyro was tasty. Watch out with the green hot sauce. It’s spicy. LOL

Do not go here. Awful customer service. Fries($ 2.29) were wrongly delivered to our table. Thinking my boyfriend had ordered it, I ate a few. Then he told me that he had not ordered it. We asked the waiter and he admitted that it was misdelivered to our table. First o place I’ve been that charged us for a misdelivered order, especially a small order. At no time did anyone come by our table to inform us of the mistake, or to take the order. I’ve heard of places overseas that do this bait and switch… do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

I would hate to rate this low, knowing that the place is small and in the food court in a mall– but the food quality good. I am not expecting décor, or even a jivey-divey atmosphere. But I do expect a decent Greek salad or falafel. This rating is for food, and quality of food for price. So, the hummus is bad need lemon etc. The Falafel is a no-no. They were little round dark rocks! Not edible at all. The salad is another no. The Gyros and the fries were good. Also the service was good. Wouldn’t eat there again…

Ok ok ok… this place def has a new fan. The service was very chill and helpful and the food here was good!!! They actually had the gyro meat there turning away so nice in front of my face instead of throwing meat on a grill to heat up from frozen! The mean was either 6.99 or 7.99 for the gyro, fries, and a drink. and it was worth it. I’ll def be back. Wait was about 5 or so minutes but grab a seat it’ll be right up.

Mall food is often expected to be mediocre, but this place goes above and beyond. I’ve had food at restaurants in the surrounding area that are nowhere near as good. The reason I’ve been coming here for years? Simply put, the food is delicious and flavorful. Also love that the portions are big enough to share. And the people, who own it and work here, I cannot say enough nice things about. They’re great, kind, friendly people, all of them. So if you ever wander around the Burbank Town Center area, and get hungry, find this place in the mall, eat the tasty food, and leave happy.

Staff is friendly although they were giving each other looks as I was taking pictures. Whatever… I’m one of those annoying people who takes tons of pictures of food and restaurants. I’m too old to care. We ordered the gyro sandwich combo for $ 7.99. I don’t know about the fries-some of them were under cooked. But the gyro was delicious.
