I can see why this place lacks in stars… Lazy workers and bad service. First off, I have a child… Server completely walks away knowing I’m pushing a stroller and doesn’t even bother to help open the door! Wtf loser. Anyways the food is whatever’s. Typical American Chinese food … Our server came and brought the bill while I’m eating before I was even done so I thought that was rude as hell. Lastly, I left my credit card here and had my daughter in the car waiting for me. I come and they make me wait when I specifically called prior to returning back to the restaurant so they could have my card at the front so it would be quick… Obviously didn’t happen. Just not going to come back here

Tried the vegetable lo mein and honey chicken for lunch today. It was light and delicious. Truly appreciate having so many options.

when you walk through their long walk way you get this horrible crap sewer throwup smell. I cant believe they don’t fix this. I wonder how many people turn around and go the other way. Service was good, we had a large party. they forgot refills. The food was just ok, I got dry rub wings and they gave an extra tub of rub on the side, not sure why. They are ok. one of the wings was really over cooked. not my favorite and hope I don’t have to go back with family here.

One star for sitting us down quickly(yet it was by the kitchen) whatever… another star for our nice server… However it took forever for her to come… So deduct a star… A star for yummy food… Deduct a star for her not knowing how to open up a bottle of wine with a cork and needed assistance by her other coworker… Sums up the night. I will add one more star since they still have the 2 for $ 40 deal after all these years but seriously every waiter should know how to open a bottle of wine. I recommend ordering their sweet and sour soup, the Mongolian beef and chicken lettuce wraps. With all the ups and downs for a night that didn’t look all that busy I would just say 3 stars. Not a great experience… Not the worse just down the middle.

I had the beef broccoli Sunday around 4 pm. By nighttime I had horrendous cramps and I was sick ALLNIGHTLONG and have been ill all day. I got severe food poisoning. My head is killing me, I can’t hold down anything. I’ve been to many PF Changs locations and this by far is the worst. The service was bad and I got terribly sick from their damn food. I’m never going back to this place ever again.

Usually you can count on P.F. Chang’s to serve a quality taste across the board at its various restraints; however, I have been to the Burbank location several times, and the atmosphere as well as food quality are worthy of a 4 star rating. What brings it to a perfect 5 star rating is hands down the service from hostess to servers. By far, one of the most pleasant experiences dining out in a really long time. Spot on service — never felt rushed or bothered. The tea, soup, and entrée all delicious. If available, ask for Desarai! Thank you P.F. Chang’s Burbank for a wonderful holiday dinner this evening!

This place has screwed us not once, twice, but three times.(Last Time) They sat us down and didn’t take our order for 15 mins, then when they did take our order they took a long time as well, and then the food was cold/dry. I didn’t even mention the disrespect we received when we left $ 0 for a tip. I am sorry, but you want customers to return; not have to worry that they will get something«extra» in their food next time they go there. So no thank you and if you are reading this PF Changs Burbank in particular know I don’t want an apology, a coupon, or some sort of cutesy comment. All I want you to know is I have no interest in your Resturant. I have even gone to the one in Sherman Oaks, because that one is a Resturant.

We met for happy hour. Ordered everything on the menu. Everything was delicious except for the edamame. It was too bland. We got the Asian pear mojito which was also yummy. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive.

I came here last week for dinner with girlfriends and couldn’t wrap my head around why they chose PF Changs. I had been several times a few years ago and was never pleased with anything that I had ordered, except for the chicken lettuce wraps. BUT boy oh boy was I in for a treat b/c they totally revamped the menu! I was pleased to see a plethora of modern Asian-inspired dishes. :) Appetizer– ahi tuna with little wonton chips. Delicious, savory, and packed with flavor! I also tasted my friends appetizer which was some sort of a seasonal butternut squash dumpling. beyond delicious! Dinner– lobster fried rice. Spicy and flavorful, not as impressive as the other dishes but definitely decent. Dessert– apple chai crumble cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Heaven! I couldn’t help but continuously express how pleasingly surprised I was with the makeover of the restaurants menu. I also loved the wine list, a lovely breakdown on all of their selections. I had a creamy white wine which was nice. Our waiter was friendly and prompt. The ambiance was the same as it’s always been; chill, somewhat modern, and Asian themed. which was never the issue anyway. Seriously love the new food here. I’d give it an extra star if my entrée was a bit better, but overall very good. I’ll be back!

Ew! I hope that it’s just the happy hour menu that isn’t good but food here was so bad I’m not willing to try it out ever again. I questioned what the Calamari was because it didn’t taste like calamari. The chicken lettuce wraps with some sauce was odd tasting. Salty but forgettable. The spicy tuna roll tasted like nothing with a hint of salt. Sticky rice and salt with seaweed describes the spicy tuna. Everything was lacking in flavor. I wonder if there’s a frozen bag of Calamari in the freezer to microwave and serve to guests because that’s exactly how the food tasted; straight out of the microwave.

As a Chinese-food-loving celiac, I eat at PF Changs way too often. I’ve been to different locations across the country in at least six different major cities — THAT is how much I’m addicted. And this location? It’s by far the worst I’ve ever been to. And I will absolutely never ever be back. I’ve come here numerous times and the meat has been consistently dry and the food consistently cold. On my most recent pick-up, I got home to find my order was partially incorrect and despite asking for extra sauce, the entrée was again super dry. I’m not one of those picky people. I swear. And pathetically, I know what the food is supposed to taste like. When I called about my order being incorrect, I was hung up on. When I called back and finally reached a manager, I was told that the charge would be reversed on my card, bye. What about making it right?! I was without a dinner after driving there and back, and the rudeness was just unnecessary. The woman belittled my words as I explained how the food was when I got home. Also, the head honchos at corporate must have realized they’ve successfully cornered the market on gluten free Chinese, and prices have skyrocketed. And if you’re willing to spend $ 20 for an entrée, go to a different location. Because personally, I love PF Changs. I hate this location.

Great food. Great service. We ordered egg drop soup — very good! We also ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, and the Mongolian Beef and vegetable chow fun — everything was great! Highly recommend P.F. Changs.

I’ve often dreaded going to PF Changs because I didn’t believe it was«real» Chinese food, instead some bougie alternative… but after my recent visit I must say I am quite impressed with PF Changs. Let me start with their drinks… I ordered a mai tai and it was strong! Love at first sip! Even if you’re not into their food here, I think you should stop by for at least the drinks. $ 8.75 for a mai tai, and it WASN’T water downed. Orange chicken — if you’re looking for the type of orange chicken you get at Panda or your corner chinese restaurant, do not order this… you will be disappointed. It was battered and lightly fried, and had a strong citrus after taste. We told our waiter we weren’t wowed by this, and he said if we were looking for the orange chicken you find at Panda to order Chang’s Spicy Chicken. Combo Fried Rice & Lo Mein. 5 stars for each. Personally, it was overpriced in my opinion for Chinese food, but that won’t prevent me from coming back.

Nice location! The service here is spectacular and it is never busy. The food is like any other location. The food: Garlic noodles– 4/5, I love the flavors in this dish! The garlic and the cucumber work together amazingly! Only thing is sometimes the dish’s flavors are not consistent. Kung Pao chicken– 5/5, I love spicy food! This could be a little bit spicier but it was still so good. It is always cooked very nicely, and the flavors work so well together. It’s my favorite dish here! Orange ginger edamame– 2/5, it didn’t taste like oranges or ginger at all! I wouldn’t have known it was orange flavored edamame. Extremely disappointed with such a hopeful dish! Handmade shrimp dumplings-4/5, pretty good! I feel it could have been a bit more flavorful, but the shrimp was cooked nicely and so was the overall dumpling. Service-5/5, superb service! Unfortunately I do not remember our servers name, but she was so sweet! The ladies at the front were also very friendly. Overall I love P.F. Changs! Their food is tasty and simple. I’ve never had a problem with service at any location, and in particular, this location’s service is always spot on!

I ordered coconut vegetable curry and it wasn’t good at all. I have had this curry before in santa monica location and it was very delicious. Im a picky eater and don’t experiment on food usually. I eat what i liked before. I ordered this entrée without spending much time looking at menu. It was a bad choice. It even upset my stomach. It didn’t look like a curry. It was containing vegetables only. Hardly there was a coconut gravy. I asked for some gravy on side. It didn’t taste good either. I was very disappointed. My friend also had same complaint. He ordered ma-po tofu and it wasn’t same either. He didn’t like his food as well. Very disappointing.
