Horrible service. The owner was not nice or helpful. He stood at the door and yelled at me, he told if I wanted to wash the Windows I needed to pull away from the gas pump. If he doesn’t want you to wash your windows at the gas pump he need to relocate his cleaner. Also his solution is dirt and too soapy. You will need to wash your car after you wash your car windows.

I love it’s location and that it’s never packed, BUT the taxi drivers that just stand out front smoking and smoking. AT A GAS STATION!
I should not smell like I just left the club, when I am just stopping to fill up my tank on my way to work in the morning and where is the city of Burbank on this one? This is at a major intersection across from NBC studios and dudes are just smoking at a gas station all day every day.

Stopped by while jogging to get a drink and use the bathroom. The cashier service was nice but the lady cleaning the bathroom had to be the rudest person I have encountered in a while. I was screamed at for opening an unlocked door and the mistress of the dirty mop told me that while she’s at it, the bathroom is as good as locked. Ok then, crazy lady…

Stopped off on the way to Sherman Oaks, from Vegas, for Gas.
Price per Gallon was much higher, from what I’m used to.
Getting in and out was so hard! It was very confusing, we got lost trying to get back to the freeway.
The only employee I came in contact with, was on a cigarette break. I smiled and said, «Hello.» I was ignored!
I probably will never return to this location again.

Few pumps, the station isn’t huge. Plus side of things is its a dual street station. It’s open to both sides of the streets off of olive and off of I forget the other. But it’s quick clean for the most part and fast. And our rewards card saved us money here ! Thank you shell!

Amazing service. Always freshly brewed coffe. Every time when I go to Burbank I try to stop at this gas station to fill up my tank and get my coffee refill.
