i have been to alot of subways but this one by far is the worst subway ever! employees suck except for the hispanic guy all the women are rude and literally put 3 pieces of anything you ask for. i had to even ask for extra spinach because they only put three leaves of spinach like who does that?! is the veggies really that expensive that you can only put three of each? idiots! and if you are miserable with your job then quit, go work some where else no one needs to see your negative face when walking in to get their lunch! im usually not the one to write bad reviews but every time i walk into this subway its the same shit and its so disappointing! it sucks that this is the closest and most convenient place by my work im already at the point where all my co workers dont even come here anymore just because of the fact that the workers are horrible at customer service and cant even make your sandwich right! honestly the owner of this place needs to fire the employees that arent even giving an effort and hire a younger staff to actually do their job right. with that being said if your thinking about going to this subway dont unless they change out the employees trust me your better off!

This place gets 4 stars after all the employees have to deal with a sorry ass manager. She’s the Indian women, I dont know her name. But she is such a B#!?h to the employees. Ive seen it with my own eyes. I feel so bad for them. She talks to them so rudely in front of customers. I dont know if she owns this store or is just the manager. But I will find out and complain. No one deserves to be treated like that. And I don’t think Subway wants to be known as having rude ass managers. To the manager I have a message for you. F_​_​_​Y_​_​! Because i know thats what the employees are wanting to say to you. And the employees, sorry you have her as a manager. I feel bad for you.

Hey Juana and Shelly, if you hate your life working here why don’t you just quit instead of half-​assing my sandwiches and pizza like I’m a dog. Very rude and inappropriate, I’m usually not one to be so rude but how many more days can people treat their customers like they’re shit. Wow. Thanks for the giving my nasty to-​go bags covered in sauce too, zero stars if I could. Hire and train your people right.

I’m a big fan of Subway and I have to say that this one in particular is on my top three. I never ever get bad service and the food is always fresh and tasty. I don’t go in ordering sandwiches minus a key ingredient then asking how much said sandwich will be. If I order, say a sausage and egg sandwich, and ask them to hold the egg, I don’t expect the sandwich to be any cheaper just because I didn’t want the fucking egg nah mean?
I never get shorted on ingredients, especially veggies, but I’ve read some bad reviews where the reviewer is upset that he or she had to «ask for more.» Look I get that veggies are free at Subway, but exactly how much of that shit can you stuff into a sandwich without either making a mess or feeling like a demanding douchebag glutton that wants a five star meal on a five dollar budget? It’s a sandwich not a fucking Cobb salad wrapped in paper.
I always get treated well at this location. If I order two 6-​inch sandwiches I almost always get charged for a foot long instead of separately (unless it’s some sort of premium sandwich), which would come out to more. I’ve never been shortchanged, overcharged or treated shitty-​like. So in closing this location is pretty good, the food is good as fuck and the prices are a-​ok.

Good place to go to. Got me a good six inch buffalo sandwich to go. Can’t complain looked good, tasted good, and it filled me up.

I’m giving them a 5 for having juana, she makes the best sandwiches! Every time I go into a fast food restuarant around 3 – 4 in the morning I expect them to have a few things off, I like the feeling of knowing that they keep their equipment clean, not running 24 hours a day.

The sandwich I had was horrible. I don’t know if it was the stale bread or the veggies but that didn’t taste like the standard subway sandwich at all!

Every time I come in here the employees are miserable and talk trash about other employees. Sandwiches are not good. For a better sandwich around the same price, go to Sub King across the street. Support local businesses.

Typical subway, to be honest this only gets 4 stars due to them being open 24 hours. I love that I can come by and and with my cookie cravings at 2 AM.

The Subway of Last Resort… I like Subway in general and the fact that this one is open 24 hours is a big plus, but it seems that every time I come here there is some issue. «We’re cleaning the toaster, but I forgot to tell you, so you can have a cold sandwich», «we’re out of this or that» or just the less than enthusiastic staff… it always something. Never had issues at some of the other Subways in the area, so it’s a big disappointment with this particular one. I try to avoid this one if possible.

Have another bad review, subway. Who are the people you guys are hiring here??? I call and ask if the manager is there, chick tells me «no hes not here right now, were very busy right now okay bye» AND HANGS UP ON ME. I call again and say «i wasnt done talking, i was gonna ask WHEN hed be there but you hung up on me.» She says «we dont know when the manager will be here were very busy right now bye.» And hangs up on me again.
DO NOT take your service here. Go to another subway theres plenty around Burbank.

The Worst SubWay Ever! You Would Think There Was A Grated Cheese Shortage With The Amount They Give You. Hate This SubWay But It’s Next To My Work, So It Is What It Is. Two Middle Fingers!

I like Subway every once in a while. However, this location has very poor service
–For Starters, It is very cramped inside. That’s understandable though. There is not much space in that plaza.
–All The employees seemed to be in a zombie state, didn’t make much eye contact, didn’t look up from the counter, and I had to repeat most of the things I said to them because they weren’t paying attention.
–My Sub was very sloppily made. They got the condiments all over the bun & they did not fold everything into the sub like they usually do. When I went to eat it, minutes later the ingredients had all fallen out of the sub. It was a mess.
–Lastly, The person that rang up my order short cheated me my change. My order was $ 5.18 and I paid $ 5.20. She rang up that I paid $ 5.18 and didn’t give me any change. When I asked about it she insisted that I had given her $ 5.18. A dime and two nickles do not make up $ 0.18. I don’t care much about $ 0.02, It is NOT ok to keep any amount of change that belongs to the customer. Sleazy Business Practice.

Wow, super negative reviews for this subway. I just started going to this Subway about 4 months ago. They MUST have made a lot of changes or something because a lot of the stuff people say in the one star reviews don’t make sense now. There IS a toaster; I don’t eat sandwiches that are not toasted. I seriously doubt that any of the employee’s talk about the customers behind their backs in Spanish. I have never seen any employee’s that appear to be Spanish-​speaking (Mexican) working there. So far the service that I have received is about the same as most other Subways I have been to.
A major problem with this location is of course the same issue I have with ALL of the subway locations I have been to in Southern California. For some stupid reason they do not have Sourdough bread as an option like they do in other locations. Seriously Subway, fix this NOW!
A major plus is that they have a great AC that keeps this place nice and cool. Also the whole 24 hour thing is great.

I really hate this subway .The two older women working in the morning are the rudest people. (I think even one of them is the manager!) They’re so bitchy and irritated that it makes me feel so uncomfortable every time I go there. So much so I haven’t been to this location or any subway for a while now and I am happy to spend my hard earned money at jersey mikes or Santoro’s instead!

I personally am not a fan of Subway for sandwiches and when I come here, it’s generally to pick up something for my daughter. This particular location is very close to me, so it is convenient and I believe they are open all the time now. They have breakfast too. So I will give them 3 stars for proximity, convenience and speed.
I suppose the taste is good too, because she usually finishes the sandwich.

When you’re hungry and drunk, you make bad choices, and this visit to the 24 hr Subway in Burbank was no exception!!!
We rolled in at about 3am and found this restaurant completely abandoned, but before we got into a crazy food fight, two zombies suddenly emerged from the back. errrr. maybe they were just two guys that really hated their jobs, and possibly their lives.
Halfway through building my sandwich, I ask him to toast it and he tells me, «the toaster’s not on.» Ummm. okkaaayyyy… Can you turn it on? «It would take too long,» he says. Ugghhh. Okay, who wants a cold sandwich on a cold windy night? But, I ate it anyway and it was a complete and utter disappointment!
This Subway, in a word, is dreadful. DREADFUL!!!

They clearly don’t know how to function as a 24 hour joint. It pains me to say this but most McDonalds function better than this place.
Maybe this Subway is passable during the day but if you’re rollin’ by this place in the wee hours of the night, thinking about making the «healthful choice», keep driving. I repeat, KEEP DRIVING!!!
