The food was really good. It seemed to be a slow night, but the atmosphere is great too. I liked that the waitress gave us recommendations for our beers based on the burgers we had!

On the pricey side but the portions are very generous so no complaints. I was yearning for lobster and the lobster roll was amazing. 8 full ounces for like $ 17. The large sandwich also had avocado and bacon. The lobster was wonderfully seasoned. The sandwich Came with really excellent cheesy potatoes(with your choice of cheese). I would recommend the lobster dishes over the shrimp dishes. My friend ordered the shrimp salad. There were plenty of shrimp but they were fairly bland and the salad was mostly just shrimp and greens with a little bit of avocado and a few pieces of tomato. I think we saw a few pieces of bacon. But the salad was large and the shrimp plentiful. I don’t know if I would pay their prices for burgers… Even generous ones… But I would get one of their lobster dishes again

Hubby and I were driving around looking for a place to eat when we pulled over in front of Wild Carvery to look up places on our phones. We glanced over and thought the place looked nice and sounded interesting, and after pulling up the menu we decided to try them. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp and a couple beers to start. The shrimp was delicious and the beer was ice cold. We each tried the bacon bleu burger and fries and were very happy with our choice. The patty was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. The toppings were quality and we were very happy with our choice. The staff was friendly and very attentive and the outside patio was a perfect place to relax and have some beers on a Sunday afternoon. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent! If you’re looking for nutrient dense good eats this is the place! I’m here from out of town and was walking down the strip with all the restaurants wondering where I could get some nutrient dense good food! When suddenly I Saw the Sign saying Wild carvery no GMOs organic no corn syrup excetera excetera, just like i I cook when I’m at home. I couldn’t decide so I got the beet salad and the barbecue chicken sandwich. I’m pretty sure I will have enough for the next two dinners. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a healthy alternative that taste great!

All we knew going in was that there seemed to be a lot of different options, but not only are the portions generous, they are delicious! They don’t use preservatives and there are a lot of GF options. The fries were incredible! Great turkey burger! Kale salad, yum!

I had driven by this place many times and today I finally decided to come try it out with my mom and sister. It was 3pm so there was no line. The inside is very nice and they have a wide selection of interesting drinks which was nice. After looking over the extensive menu, you give your order at the register and get a number before you go sit down. I ordered the vegan veggie burger with a side of fries. The fries came out before the veggie burger because I think the cashier overheard us saying we wanted to share them. They were a bit oily and came with a delicious ranch dressing sauce and another yummy sauce which I don’t know the name of. After about 10 – 15 minutes, we got our food. The burger was presented very nicely! Unfortunately, the burger itself did not meet my expectations. The patty was pretty flavorless and had a mushy texture. The bun was a tad dry and there was a lack of sauce. $ 52.50 for three people at a place like this is ridiculous. I didn’t expect the price to come out to that much. This would be a good place to come if you are just getting food for yourself. I would love to give this place another chance and come try something different.

This place is great for a hefty meal. I always come here after a work out. Protein say what?! Also the drink selection is superb. Smoothies, sparkling water, fresh juices(for you la peeps), CRAFTBEERS, yes they have everything! The portions are the perfect amount and the service ain’t that bad.

This place was a pretty tasty find. I ordered the turkey cranjam and it was wonderful! Reminded me of a thanksgiving leftover sandwich. The fries were delicious, too! They’re just the biggest portion, we had to take them with us. One side could feed two people, easily. It was a great find!

I was shopping nearby and I wanted to grub. I used Unilocal and found this place. What I ordered: turkey cranjam. It has sprouts, cranberry and mayo. The good: a lot of meat than bread. The bad: nothing special. If you’ve had the earl sandwiches in dland or Vegas, the cranberry one… the earl was better. This sandwich may have been better if I asked for it to be warmed. Totally my bad. Another negative: 14 bucks for fries and this sandwich :/a little steep. I also orders a watermelon mint smoothie. Very refreshing and on the minty side. Good stuff: they have a lot of drinks! Different waters, drinks. Read, beers, and wines! So I think on the drinks alone it’s pretty cool. I’d come back just to try another sandwich

After multiple good experiences here, I’m disappointed to say that our last experience(on 5÷21÷16) was bad enough to never go back. Everything started out fine. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. It took us a while to decide what we wanted, so we told her we’d let her know when we were ready. She was great, but unfortunately she got busy and we were then served by three other waitresses throughout the rest of the time we were there. At this point, the service became horrible and basically non-existent. For the record, there were only a couple other tables there the entire time we were there. We were there a while, and I would say the most tables they had at any time while we were there was 6 or 7. Had the restaurant been very busy, the spotty service may have made sense. But instead, the waitresses would walk past us to help other tables and completely ignore us, even when our drinks were completely empty and we would try to catch eye contact. We were drinking alcohol and had ordered lunch earlier in the day, so it’s not as if we were sponging off of their space. In fact, if we had been waited on more consistently, they would have made more money, as we would have been able to buy more drinks. Since we were being ignored, every time we wanted a drink, we had to go inside and ask for a waitress to come help us. After our first waitress left, they legitimately never came over to help us without us requesting it first, despite the fact they were more than willing to check in on the other tables in the restaurant. It was incredibly bizarre to be completely ignored as paying customers that were more than happy to keep paying for more things as we sat there. We weren’t loud or off-putting at all, and we had ordered lunch when we first got there, so I don’t know what possibly could have made this happen, but it was incredibly frustrating. I used to recommend this place to other people. Never again.

Let me start by saying the presentation was perfect and food LOOKED amazing. Ordered the blue burger w/bacon medium and side of fries. Food arrived and looked absolutely amazing. Took my first bite and here’s where I was a little bummed out. Apparently they tend to over cook their burgers even though I asked for a medium. So if your planning on spending $ 15 for a burger make sure to EMPHASIZE how you want the meat prepared. Fries taste like seasoned cardboard(what I imagine cardboard would taste like).

I can eat there every day! Yes, that’s how much I love this place. The food is great, the place is Clean ant the service is wonderful, what else can I ask. I always thought that all this organic food is BS until I started eating at wild car very, and wow what a difference, the taste of everything is different much better and fresh. After a few times eating there I can tell right away the difference in the food quality when I’m eating in other places. I will and I am definitely recommend this place.

Ok… I am not sure if it is because it is «organic» or not, but the pricing here for the average sandwich seems excessive. I ordered a side salad and a grilled chicken sandwich. The side salad was basic, spring mix, tomato, and pineapple. We got it to go, and I did not get any dressing with mine. The chicken on the sandwich was good however the piece was so large you couldn’t eat it as a sandwich and had to take it apart. The flavor of the chicken was unique and really well done. Aside, from that, there is nothing notable about the food. The service was lacking a bit. I ordered my food before my friend, and I got mine after she got hers, and the person behind me got theirs. I ordered the same thing… not sure how that happened but it seems a little unorganized. While I appreciate the options, the menu it so large it can be a little overwhelming. It looked clean but I did not eat in the restaurant. The location is nice and I imagine sitting outside on the patio would be pleasant.

another yummy meal in little ol’ burbank… this place has a large variety of fresh, well-crafted menu items to choose from. in fact, so many that it is difficult to choose just one. generous portions and quality ingredients made it a no-brainer for a mid-afternoon lunch yesterday. they even have outdoor seating that is well-shaded = yay! and they allow your four-legged«kids» that bark to sit with you outside. and that is, wait for it… really something to «yelp» about! imho. the servers are attentive and it is just a pleasant experience to come here. it was just my second time there, but, i know now where to bring that friend who doesn’t want same o’, same o’. and by friend… i mean, me too!

My favorite restaurant in LA so far. HUGE, BEAUTIFUL, DELICIOUS Good pricing, nice ambient and helpfull staff. It’s the second time I go there, and I just don’t make it a habit because I really like meeting new places. All their food is organic and comes in a beautiful massive plate, they have a incredibly long amazing menu(I always take like 15 minutes deciding what I want). They are also THEBEST in replacing ingridients, so anything can be adjusted to your taste/restrictions. I ordered this last time the Turkey Patty Salad, I can’t remember how it is called. But I replaced the Jack cheese and Bacon for Pecan and Dates. U$ 15,00

The salads are AMAZING! Had the chicken and tuna salads and they rocked my world. The staff was all really nice, so no issues with the service. I got three drinks; cilantro lemon(interesting,) hibiscus tea(good,) and iced chai latte(flavorless.) The Hawaiian burger is massive. I cant fathom taking a normal bite. It lacked a lot of flavor and the proportions are just awkwardly large. For me it made it less enjoyable because it’s not like you can have a burst of flavors when your’e battling a massive chunk of meat or pineapple. The fries are pretty good and I will say the leafy tomato parts of my burger were EXCELLENT. So I imagine their sandwiches and salads are probably the best items. I had the apple dessert and it was very strange… It almost had an Indian spice flavor but imbalanced in a mushy mass… Love the ability to select which fruit you want for a fruit cup instead of a premixed medley(bc they normally have melons and I can’t have them.)

Came here tonight for the first time to celebrate a birthday for a family friend who lives in burbank. She recently moved to the area and wasnt familiar with any restaurants so i went on Unilocal and thought the Wild Carvery seemed like a good place to try, and I am glad i trusted my intuition! This place offers wonderful food, HUGE portions, and a large menu. The ambiance is lovely both inside and out. It was too cold to eat outside but they have a patio with heat lamps. The tables inside had extremely comfy chairs, they actually almost put me to sleep thry were so comfy. The waitstaff were very nice and the service was as it should be, no complaints. We stayed for a while and didnt feel like we were being rushed at all. They were very accomodating with substitutions and let me add cheese and avocado to my sandwich for only $ 1 each. the sandwiches are HUGE. i have a decent appetite and could barely finish half my sandwich. I ordered the turkey cranberry sandwich, took of the red onions, and added cheese and avocado. Everything was very fresh. I normally dont like white meat turkey because I find it dry but this turkey was very moist(i hate that word) and delicious. I couldnt actually fit my mouth around the sandwich it was so big. I am thoroughly looking forward to eating the other half tomorrow. With the sandwich came a side choice, i ordered the shredded cheesy garlic potatoes. imagine hash browns with onions and garlic and cheese melted over then with a garlic aioli for dipping. You get to choose between cheddar, mozzarella, pepperjack, and swiss. i went with mozzarella as i felt it was a bit lighter than the others. i was shocked when they brought out an entire plate of them. i shared some and still had half a plate left to take home. my mother had the beet salad with chicken added, it was absolutely delicious. my aunt had the patty melt, i did not taste it but she did enjoy it. our family friend had the short rib entrée. i tried some of the meat which was extremely tender, almost reminded me of brisket. she said she did not like the vinaigrette that came with her salad but other than that enjoyed her meal. their desserts all sounded delicious but we were too full to order any. we definitely plan to come back again in the future. we live in northridge so we dont generally come to burbank for dinner, but we often come here to pick up/drop off my brother at the burbank airport and have dinner when we do this. When he visits for the holidays in a few weeks, this is where we will be going. Highly recommend this place. Total for the 4 of us with tax and tip — 4 entrees, 1 side($ 4), and 1 iced tea — came out to about $ 80. Very reasonable for the quality and portions of food. Really wish this place was closer.

Not a bad spot to have a quick lunch. It can be a bit pricey. I ordered the grilled chicken salad which was pretty good. Not a big fan of their seasoning on the chicken, but the salad was fresh. Also ordered a glass of iced tea. My lunch came out to about $ 18 without tip. They have inside and patio seating. Very nice and clean. There’s street parking. Being that it’s on SF Blvd, you may have some trouble finding parking. Staff are pretty nice and cordial. I was told they’d come around offering a refill on my iced tea, but no one ever did. I’d come back and try their beef salads or sandwiches, «next paycheck.»

Wild Carvery is nestled in downtown Burbank on a corner where other great restaurants are around. The reviews brought me here, but the place itself might keep me from coming back. Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with the service, or the ambiance. I just felt that it was ok. Prices seemed just a touch high(especially for the salad), and the food was just ok. The burger was a little overcooked for a medium rare. The chicken was tender, but the rice and spices they marinated it in had a bit of a bitter and bland taste. The«happy hour» is a strange attempt to mark drinks down by a measly dollar, and all the beer was bottled. Overall, it may be a good place if you’re in the area, but I wouldn’t make the effort to drive 30+ minutes to try it out.
