We have a plum tree that was damaged during an ice storm. I called a few different tree trimming services before settling on All American. Rich Shanegrove quoted us $ 150 to trim the tree or $ 225 to top the tree. We agreed to have the tree trimmed and topped. Shanegrove showed up at the agreed upon time and trimmed the tree. He took some off the top as well, but we were not pleased with the topping.
Anyway, Shanegrove had said he would send «his men» around later that day to remove the large pile of brush that resulted from the trimming. It has now been two weeks, and we have called between 10 and 20 times both numbers provided by his company and received no response. We have a huge unsightly pile of brush he left in our yard, and it’s probably going to cost us $ 200 to have it hauled away. I am bewildered by the total lack of response. Perhaps they have more business with other customers? Regardless, it’s totally unacceptable and I advise avoiding this outfit.

These guys are fast but we were really disappointed with the mess they left and they destroyed some of our shrubs taking out a tree. They were not the cheapest quote either.
