Frenzi

Frenzi is a really fun thrift store with some high quality merchandise. From formal dresses to work wear to casual clothing to accessories, Frenzi has a great selection at an affordable price. Although most of their clothing is pre-​owned (and some items really show it), other pieces are actually new with tags on. For instance, last time I stopped in they had some nice, brand new Calvin Klein work slacks for $ 4! Can’t beat that! Although I had trouble finding clothes that were my style and in my size, I did find an awesome, new-​looking scarf. Since it wasn’t priced I asked one of the employees how much it cost, and he just shrugged and asked «does a dollar seem fair?» I love it!
If you’re big on thrifting like me, add Frenzi to your list of stores to check out!

Great clothes at a great price! The store is cozy but not too small, staff are nice, and you can definitely find some amazing stuff for an amazing price. I ended up coming in on a half-​off day and got a stylish skirt, pair of leggings, and vest for just over $ 5. Will definitely be coming back when I need new clothes again.

Great thrift store with a decent amount of options, and great prices, especially during their sales. My wife loves it here and keeps coming back when she can. She finds out about their sales via their Facebook page. I’ve gotten some good quality clothes (shirts, pants, shorts) here that have lasted me longer than I expected.
One downside is the changing rooms are more like curtains that cover a small space, but it works.

This is a darling place, and I echo the reviews that appreciate the flat pricing — which means that all tops are X dollars, all dresses are X dollars, etc. etc. Though, I can’t remember the pricing off the top of my head so can’t quote it here. You can find some real treasures if you spend the time to look through. There were a lot of Forever 21 and H&M products, so fast fashion at discount prices type of merchandise, but I also found a few coveted brands such as Alice & Olivia.
If you buy something, they will give you up to 5 children’s items for free. This floored me and of course I took advantage of the offer, though just a note that they don’t have a ton of children’s items.
The person working here was über friendly and super helpful.
I did browse their sister store and didn’t like it as much, because the prices were higher. They claimed that the merchandise was more higher end products, but they were more middle of the line labels.

Loooooove this place. Clean! Color coordinated. And amazing prices. Great selection. I got a pair of red brown nike airforce ones for 3.00! In nice shape too. hich would a been easy 12.99 at goodwill. A hoodie for 5. And vintage adidas workout jogging pants for 4. That’s came to 13bucks!!! I ll Def be back! It would been an easy 30.00 at goodwill!

Came here because of the reviews, stopped by to check it out and I was pretty impressed by the quality, and items. Mainly clothes but for the size of the place which was fairly small but I can’t complain. They also had the clothes color coordinated which was awesome! The prices are also unbeatable compared to other thrift stores I’ve been to! Good stuff. 5 stars

I remember when going to the thrift stores meant you could find great deals at great prices. The big chains all think they’ve become ebay, but Frenzi is keeping it old school simple: all sweaters one price, all jeans one price, etc. And the prices are AWESOME! With frequent sales too how could I not fall in love with this new Seattle find. Well organized and easy to shop by size and color, this place is a gem. And don’t forget to also stop in Secret Closet, their sister store just 2 doors down. You will not be sorry! Thank you Frenzi!!!

I came here for the first time and left with waaay more than I could ever imagine! The store is very clean and organized by color. Bring your patience because it may take awhile to find your treasure in your size! —
I left with a sundress, Loft lace blouse, floral lacy dress, a pair of CL Laundry silver flats, yoga pants, sports bra, cute hair scarf and an amazing pair of jeans that would cost $ 60 – 80 bucks at Buckle (BKE) for $ 4.99!!!— I spent less than $ 20 for everything! Can you believe that?!? …I’m still in shock!!! —Everything fit great and was in superb condition. The employees were extremely friendly and seemed so excited to work there. I’m looking forward to coming back!!!

By far my favorite thrift store. Owned by one amazing woman! My go to place when searching for that little something.

This is the type of thrift store I’d have if I owned one.
The prices are CHEAP. The items are higher quality (probably because the owner culls through the crap). They also have an entire room of women’s vintage clothes and purses, which is just lovely.
My only complaint is that, being a small store, they don’t carry a lot of plus size women’s clothes. I would love to see them have a dedicated plus size section.
Meanwhile, my boyfriend found a few quality items (Banana Republic sweater for $ 4, etc.) in size small. I’ve noticed that most thrift stores don’t carry a lot of men’s size small items so this is a good place for that.
They do accept credit cards but offer a 10% off cash discount.

Frenzy is the bomb. Excellent prices, well organized, I always leave with a bag full of stuff. Great jewelry too.

A true hidden gem in the greater Seattle area. The prices are unbeatable in comparison to all other thrift stores — anywhere from 25 cents to $ 5 for regular items. They also have a cute little sister store, Secret Closet, which offers new and higher end items for women. Burien seems like a long ways away, but trust me, it is DEFINITELY worth the trip. The only reason why it hasn’t blown up is because everyone wants to keep Frenzi a secret!

Not being a huge thrift store shopper, I wasn’t expecting too much when I walked in. However, I’m now a convert after finding two tops (one was a nice one from Outdoor Research), a cute belt and a scarf for $ 4.75.
Crazy. Awesome.
Also, the staff were super friendly and it was pretty nice inside. No musty smells or whatever that mystery smell of other places.
Go check it out if you’re anywhere in the area.

Beware: Frenzi will ruin you for all other thrift stores! I’ve been shopping at Frenzi for over 6 years and now I get sticker shock at any other thrift shop.
Great selection of high quality clothes and the prices can send you home with 2 or 3 bags for the cost of one retail shirt! I’ve had some of my best shopping trips ever at Frenzi.
What’s more, the small staff is friendly and support the community.

This place might not have the most clothes or a ton of housewares but you can’t beat their prices. Just bought 4 records for $ 2.
No big pieces of furniture or tons of jewelry. Instead it looks like they cater to the clothes buying thrift shoppers.
Dude behind the counter gets points for letting me use the restroom even though it wasn’t for the public and for being a nice guy.
Apparently the other clothes store they shared space with has moved out to two doors down.

As others have noted, I’m reluctant to review Frenzi because I want to keep it a secret. When a friend told me about it, his girlfriend almost DUMPED HIM because she was that enraged that he would divulge the location of this spot. It is that awesome.
The hours are limited, but it’s a small shop and the same people are always in there so I don’t blame them. Every time I make it out to Burien and Frenzi’s open, I consistently find like one thousand things I am really into and somehow end up paying like $ 17 for everything. How is that possible?
They have a secret vintage room in the back that I’m too lazy to make an appointment to see but I have dreams about based solely on what I can see hanging on the walls above the dressing rooms. Their records are a hundred times better than the selection at any Goodwill and when I start looking I know it’ll be an hour before I get back up again with an armload of vinyl I’ll end up getting for next to nothing.
The staff are super friendly and cool. You don’t have to dig through a hundred thousand things to find something you want here. You should go here, but… don’t.

Absolutely amazing! The prices are phenomenal. All my new clothes are from here lately, and I do not take fashion lightly.
Secret Closet is good, too, not quite as cheap, but cheap for the brand names.
I come here about once a week to keep my wardrobe fresh and updated. I even ended up with two amazing plaid winterish coats – which is very nice, considering they were under $ 10 each!

A small boutique thrift store, with a somewhat limited selection of goodies.
That said, everything is SUPER CHEAP and in great condition. And the woman who owns it is one of the more lovely people I’ve ever met. Friendly, intelligent, generous, the works. Just lovely.
Will return next time I get back to Seattle!

Say no to the mall, say yes to the small!
Digging through bargain bins anywhere (the mall) does not produce that sense of a rush from finding a adorable, unique steal from a boutique who does the fashion footwork for you.
I have recently become a fanatic about consignment shops and boutiques that bring one of a kind pieces your friends couldn’t find another one of unless they went back in time or made it them selves. Let’s face it Burien is not exactly a style mecca, but I am still out on some of the new styles I see coming down the spring and summer runways that… and lets just be blunt. remind me of the first time mommy let me dress myself. Freaky thrift store «inspired» mess is not going to be found in my closest. Sorry Fashion world… you loose.
Finding a store like Frenzi is like finding that pair of shoes you wanted… that are now 70% off!!! They have two sides, literally. The smaller name brand only boutique is next to Frenzi and called The Secret Closet (and very much deserving of their own review).
At Frenzi I couldn’t find a pair of jeans over $ 4… that’s not a typo. Shirts appear to be priced by sleeve length and all under $ 10. To put it plain and simple nothing i found was over $ 20 and I looked.
I would normally only give them four stars but this place really earned the fifth. Their décor is full of personality and flare and above all CLEAN!!! that’s right folks a previously loved clothing store with adorable things that is not a mess.
I hesitate to write the level of glowing review here … in fear of loosing the satisfaction of my exciting find, but I just had to share with you Unilocal.But let’s just keep it between us, Okay? ;)
