My wife expressed that «since we have a Hybrid, please do not remove the plastic housing that covers the engine area. It is held by plastic rivets that only Lexus has.» The person «Jason» was told not to remove the air filter or do any additional «inspections». Simply told, «Just change the oil, do not remove the air filter or the plastic housing». He assured my wife that it would be done that way.
He damage my car and I got, «I am sorry». I will pass that on when I trade my car in, «The Pitstop guy says, «Sorry».
Anyone can change oil, and they offer no service that separates them. Plenty of options that are better. You lost a customer for life.

Prompt, courteous service. They have a $ 25 special now and check everything. They worked with me with price on extra services. Clean waiting area with coffee. Thanks men!

Got in and out quickly on a Saturday afternoon. Got a coupon off their website for $ 25 change. Will be back.

Good service, went over everything and no hidden fees. Helped with a stupid problem I probably did myself. Enthusiastic about doing the work correctly.

This is a follow-​up/​rescind of my review of ¹²⁄₁₄. Despite my saying that I would never go back, I decided to take in my wife’s car (I like the location as I can run a few errands while they are changing the oil).
Not only did they do a quick, efficient job, but to my very pleasant surprise, Troy the manager, came out to the lot as I was leaving to discuss my previous Unilocal review. He first thanked me for giving them another try, then explained that my situation had been discussed with the staff and they were focusing much more on customer service in an effort to avoid this sort of situation happening again. He said he wanted to contact me but had no way to do that, so he was glad I returned.
Have to admit, I was very impressed, not only with the fact that he was aware of the review, but that he was concerned enough to remember me after 5 months. Kudos to Troy, and his crew. That got my business back and I certainly recommend you give them a try as well.

The prices are absolutely ridiculous I can’t believe they’re still in business $ 85 for an oil change are you kidding me!!! The staff is unprofessional and incredibly rude, plan to be there all afternoon. Go to Jiffy Lube pitstop is truly horrendous.

They always treat you right and never pressure you into getting other things done. They let you know what is recommended and print it out as well. While you wait if there is a wait there are places near by walking distance to eat and shop.

I came in for a simple oil change and that’s exactly what I got. No upsells, no pushyness, and no trying to take advantage of me because I’m a woman. The guys here were extremely nice and extremely quick. I came in on a very busy Saturday (each garage had a line about 3 cars deep) and was probably there for only about an hour. Prices are comparable to probably any other oil change place in the area, but these guys regularly send out coupons in the monthly Value Packs. Keep an eye out and save about $ 10!
I haven’t tried the coffee stand here, but I’d like to mention that their sign is always hilarious. My favorite so far «Coffee so good, we don’t have to take our clothes off!»

The guys here are laid back and professional. Their waiting room is clean. I never have filters changed when I get an oil change but the fact that they weren’t pushing anything on me had me changing all my filters today. Good job, guys! Bringing chairs outside for waiting customers sealed it for me.

My first review on Unilocal ever, almost a year ago, was the Pit Stop Oil Change Center in Burien, WA.
I am here to write about my second encounter here. Guess what? It was equally as flawless. I have a hard time trusting mechanics because a) I’m female, which means I am apparently a moron when it comes to my own vehicles, & b) I’m not from around here. I just moved to WA from a small town on the east coast called York, PA. I had a personal mechanic out there, never deal with chains before, but these guys at Pit Stop are amazing.
Quick service, I never had to wait more than 15 minutes, & they don’t try to sell me shit I don’t need. My last visit (1÷23÷13) was just for an oil change, & the guy mentioned my air cabin filters were filthy. They probably were, I never changed them since owning the car for 5 years & I had just drove through the entire USA in 11 days. Including the desert in Arizona. Fast forward to last week when I went in for my next oil change & they told me again that my cabin air filters were filthy & this time took them out to show me, & also showed me what a clean one should look like.
They WERE disgusting, they didn’t try to shame me for not getting them taken care of the last visit (again, almost a year before!) & they didn’t add that a whole bunch of shit was also wrong with my car.
I appreciated that so much that I told them to go ahead & change the air filters (another $ 40 on top of my $ 37.95 oil change/​general tune up checks). Sure, I could have gotten my own air filters online or at an Autozone for cheaper & just had them install, but I don’t mind spending a little more for convenience or supporting a bunch of honest dudes.
Not to mention they are very clean guys (I don’t want my seats/​inside car all oiled up or dirty/​smelly) & quite friendly. The office is incredibly high tech (flatscreen HD TV with cable, public restrooms, coffee bar, magazines, comfy seats, etc) but they face a huge bay window area where you can see them working on your car.
I would recommend these guys to anyone, I just wish they did more extensive work on the vehicles so I could go here for EVERYTHING. Who knows, maybe they do, but I have never needed intense work done & they claim to get the cars in and out at around 10 min a car, so I doubt they do real mechanic work there if they deem the car is jacked up. Gotta ask them!
Location is great btw & if you don’t like their coffee, there is an espresso stand in their parking lot. They also drive the car around for you for pick up.

These guys are great! Fast service, honest employees and I’ve never been up-​sold, sold crap I don’t need or told things were broken when they aren’t like so many other jiffy or speedy places I’ve been to. They are truly top notch. And they even let me write a check the last time I was in. This place will be my go-​to for car maintenance as long as they are in business.
