Vaqueros Auto Sales

Let me start off by saying this has to be the WORST car dealer ship I’ve ever seen. All the cars they have are a piece of shit.
My husband and I went looking for a car. And we found a nice durango they had there. Only thing that was missing was a radio. Which we thought was a easy fix. We asked them questions about it. Like does it have alarm system. They replied no. Will we have problems with it in the long run? They said no. They had told us EVERYTHING had been replaced and was brand new. So we choose it. And we took it home. Everything was running fine. 3 weeks later the radiator starting leaking. the car wouldnt start. the reverse lights did not come on when. And the alarm. The one I was told it DID not have woould go off when you locked yourself in and try to get out. We took the Durango to get its radiator fixed (we paid) and we didn’t mind the alarm going off. But we took it back to Vaqueros because the car would spontaneously not start all of a sudden. So we went and talked to them. They told us it had no warranty on it so they really couldn’t do much about it. But they still had their «Mechanic» look at it. We spent the ENTIRE day at vaqueros hoping they would fix our piece of shit car. But not only did they NOT fix it. They fucked it up even more. They broke the brand new radiator that had just been put in a few days prior. They fucked up the starter so you could only turn the fucking car on when your turned the car over, pop the hood and touch wires to the starter. We stayed there until closing and the car was still not done. We were told to come back Monday when the mechanic would be back. And we did. But it was to return the car.
We then got a 2^nd car from them to replace the durango. Which was the Mercedes. Ml320. We were assured that we wouldn’t have ANY problems with it. The problems we had with this car was random fuzes would blow out. The 2 charger ports we had blew out along with our tail light, the mirror lights. The trunk lights. Cruise control, and the radio would randomly cut off. Then we found out that this car was missing some parts. And not only that the part it was missing caused the fan to hit the radiator. So we had to get that fix. And the fucking transmission was going out. When we told them about it. They said «when we got the car it seemed fine. So we thought we didn’t have to check it out.»
I could go on and on about my experience with this fucked up ass «company». Like the fact they know they are selling unreliable cars. But I’ll just leave it at that.

Worst auto buying experience of my life. Everything seemed all fine and dandy at first. Nice, pretty, average cleaning job (there were blunt roaches in the ashtray and a juvenile court date notice in the back, but I digress.) after a several hour year drive, I waited around for the receptionist to get to work for the day, to do the paperwork. All the t’s were crossed, i’s were dotted and I’m out the door.
Of course the next day my check engine light comes on. I naturally go to oreillys to get it read, and it’s the catalytic converter sensor. So I arm myself with that info, call the Kerrie and he says to bring it in. Swears it’s the gas sensor and he’ll fix it. I pick my car up that same afternoon. No light? Check. Next day? It now blinks EVERYtime I drive the thing. Smh. I’ve bantered back and forth with the owners, and he won’t budge on allowing me to trade it in, get my money back, nothing. Lovely. I’m paying on a car that I’m scared to drive and am taking the bus in the wintertime.
I gave them one star just for the receptionist and her bubbly personality. She seems nice enough, but even she gripes about her boss and job. Dually noted.
Would I trimmed anybody come here? No. I would likely give them a bus pass and tell them save their money.
