I’ve known Jen for years, and when I opened my yoga studio in DC in 2008, she was among the first yoga instructors I approached to teach for us. In fact, she taught the very first class, which set the tone beautifully for the studio. What I did not know at the time was how versatile Jen’s healing repertoire really was, and when she became certified as a craniosacral therapist, I was first in line! I have referred many people to her for craniosacral sessions, and she always receives rave reviews. In addition to her healing gifts, Jen is extremely warm, kind, wise and funny. She can make *anyone* feel comfortable. Even my mom — who has expressed skepticism when it comes to energy work — can’t get enough of Jen! That says everything to me. I’m part of the choir on holistic healing modalities, but when I see skeptics take to her immediately… that’s the proof in the pudding. Enjoy, you lucky people who get to have her near you!!!

No matter what was happening in my life or in the world outside, coming to a yoga class or workshop with Jen is entering a peaceful, sacred, healing space. She is an amazing teacher and one of the most compassionate, down-to-earth people I know. Find her — she ROCKs.

Jen is one of the most beautiful, spiritual, intuitive people I know. I did a few sessions with her, way back when she was just getting certified. She helped me to heal, purge, get rid of baggage that I was ready to get rid of. She’s fun, kind, and the best part… authentic. She walks the walk, has been on an adventure of her own and knows the courage it takes to follow intuition, and live your truth. I can’t imagine the magnitude of her skills now, years later. Go check her out.
