Bill was trustworthy and professional throughout our exchange. He called me back within 4 hours when I called to make an appointment for an estimate. His rates were below those of other chimney cleaning services in the Northern Virginia area. He called to let us know when to expect him, worked around our schedules, and showed up on time. As he was working on our chimney, he would tell us what he was doing and answered any questions we had. Our chimney works great and I look forward to calling him again in the future if I need gutter, deck services, or to have the chimney swept again. I would recommend him to a friend any day.
