A Reliable Chimney & Gutter Service

We called Bill when we were looking for chimney sweeps to clean our chimney before the winter season. Not only was he the most responsive and pleasant, he arrived on-​time and worked efficiently. His company does a lot, including deck and gutter services as well. We only used him for the chimney sweep stuff so cannot speak to the other services, but he did great work. We would call him again for other stuff too. — Recommended.

Bill left his card in our door with a note that he had noticed a section of our siding was about to fall off (which it was, and I had never noticed). This prompted me to call regarding that, and also to see if he could help us clean out a third story vent that birds had nested in. Bill was able to immediately complete the job that day despite me not being home and his workers needing to rappel from the roof, and he kept me updated on cost estimates as the work progressed. They even painted the new vent cover to match the siding. He was courteous and prompt, and I would use his services again in a heartbeat!

Bill has been our chimney sweep for the past 3 years. We really enjoy working with him. Every fall, we call him for our annual chimney service. He calls us before he comes over, takes care of our chimney, and charges us a very affordable fee. He gives us helpful tips about how to maintain our chimney and other appliances.
Bill has also done our dryer vent cleaning. We moved in about 3 years ago and apparently, the dryer vent hadn’t been done in a while. Bill was able to really clean it out (which was a huge relief given that according to FEMA, at least 2900 dryer fires happen every year and about 35% are caused by a failure to clean the vents). Again he did a great job and charged us a modest fee.
He is courteous and kind and we like him very much. He is provides old-​school excellent service.
