I’ve had these blinds in my business for the last 2 years and they started falling apart at around month 4. The gear on the blinds are made of plastic so they will start to strip if you are not meticulous when rolling and unrolling them. Some of the blinds also do not roll up and down straight so it will get jammed and you have to hold it to the side EVERYTIME you utilize them once that happens. The connectors that connects the strings to each other have popped off on almost all of the blinds. I don’t know if it is user error on our part, but I don’t see how pulling a string requires a training manual. With that I will give the manufacturer a 3 out of 5 stars. The biggest reason for this 1 star review is that the owner, Stephen, promised us a 5 year«no questions asked» warranty. He also stated that this warranty would be honored by the company(Graber), which is false since they say that this is honored by the dealer. This warranty came up when I was hesitant on the pricing and the longevity of the products. Once the payment was accepted there was some follow up on problems and then it eventually stopped. Numerous emails and voice mails were left for the owner along with pictures of the problems. All went unanswered. The reason for this review is to warn other potential clients of unethical and dishonest business practices. Don’t make a promise to ensure sale if you can’t deliver. Don’t guarantee your service past the manufacturer’s warranty if you don’t intend on following through on your word.
