I would give this company zero stars if I could. Unfortunately, I can’t review the quality of their work etc. because I couldn’t even get them to come to my house. I called to have someone come out to give us a quote on windows and a patio door and was told by their scheduler that they would be able to come on Friday at noon. When asking about their windows we were told that we would only pay cost on the windows because this is their slow time of the year and they just need to keep their crews working. Mmmmhmm. Something stinks! So Friday at 12:05 pm someone calls and says that they can’t find anyone to get to our home because they are so busy and the scheduler double booked appointments. Slow time of year and double booked? Ooook. They asked if they could come over on Saturday at 4 instead and we said yes. The next day at 2 the phone rings and guess who it is?!? It’s «Bob» from Avery saying that they still can’t find anyone that can make it to our house and after apologizing profusely, had the nerve to ask if he could call sometime next week to schedule another appointment. He was being what I call«condescendingly professional» and even pulled this stunt«I know you are really serious about getting new windows… and I really want to get someone out there ASAP because you’re so serious…» The thing he didn’t anticipate is that I’m in sales and I know the tricks of the trade. I’m sure these guys go to people’s homes all day and waste a lot of time with people that aren’t serious(and I sympathize because I deal with a lot of rejection with my job,) but I really don’t like it when I am ready to spend thousands of dollars on something and my time isn’t respected. This company is a joke… honesty above reproach… my ass!
