Our design firm
has worked with Cre8 a Couch on multiple projects. They have good quality products (made here in USA), staff is excellent, professional and organized. You can get a custom sofa made in 4 – 6 weeks or less (which is a short time for a custom sofa). They are always a delight to work with and I highly recommend their products.

I heard about Cre8 a Couch by way of a value pack (?) mailer. I’ve opened this mysterious weighty envelope twice in 10 years, I think. So incredibly glad I chose to do so last month. Otherwise I’d have never known.
I next read the Unilocal reviews and was startled by the perfect 5-​star rating. They read like a PR piece. Had some been planted?
Well, they’re not… because here’s yet another 5-​star testimonial.
I brought Cre8 a Couch a modified design of a sectional banquette – derived from an online catalog product – for my breakfast nook. I liked the catalog offering save for a few key dimensions.
Karen, Cre8’s owner, had a look and immediately suggested a 2-​piece, vs. 3-​piece, solution… with money to be saved. Done. Let’s do it.
I acquired my preferred fabric, 14 yds in all; delivered it to the store; and perfected the details with Karen. Paid half the quote that day.
2 weeks later (!!), banquette arrives… and it’s immaculate.
No one who has seen it and sat in it can believe how affordable it was. I got exactly what I wanted for slightly less than what I would have paid to the catalog company.
This is a wonderful service by a well-​oiled machine. Thank you to Karen and everyone behind the Cre8 a Couch experience!

What a great experience we had at Cre8 a Couch in Burlingame! We just had our couch delivered on Tuesday and is it so amazingly comfortable! Karen and Gio were really patient while we decided what we really wanted. It was difficult because our lounge room is an unusual shape and we weren’t sure what would work for the space. We were guided through the process and ended up with the perfect couch. We chose an L shaped couch with a stain resistent fabric and a built in sofa bed, customized and made just for us and then delivered in under three weeks! The price was really competitive with other retailers and we supported a great small business. Go in and try them out, you won’t be disappointed!

We were in need of a couch, but time and money were limited. Came across Cre8 a Couch in Burlingame and absolutely loved their service and product. Our couch was delivered on time, delivery people were great. Have never had such a nice, comfy couch. Love it!

We bought a sectional from here. Gio, the store manager, was excellent. He patiently waited while our two kids were frolicking around in his store. We ended up getting a sectional for our family room. They were able to make modifications to our specifications. If you’re thinking of getting a couch, don’t waste your time with living spaces, wayfair etc. Go to Cre8 a Couch and get something «created» that will really fit well with your space. Their prices were very fair too. Again, the guy that you want to talk to is Gio!!!

They made me the perfect double chaise that didn’t exist anywhere. I gave them bits and pieces in photos and they made one stunning cohesive price of Furnature I will enjoy for years to come. They also delivered on time. Had great communication and was WAY cheaper than I expected. A custom piece is really with in reach.

Let’s be real here couch shopping sucks… the furniture stores never have the right color or fit. Many of them are way too modern for some houses and the thought of having to deal with 3^rd party delivery companies is just not something I want or need to deal with anymore. I would rather go in for a root canal. I had been looking for couches for the last 3 months. Our last resort was Macy’s and we all know how they work when it comes to couches they don’t. I did some research and found Cre8 a couch based on what I found and reviews I read I was sold. Walked into their showroom and knew right away that this was going work! From the initial meeting at the showroom to the AMAzing delivery and set up this was probably one of the most painless furniture transactions ever! I was quoted a 4 – 6 lead time had it in 3. Our couch is exactly what we wanted and looks incredible. This is a great company with employees that really care. I am so glad I took my time and found these guys. Keep up th good work!

Love love love Cre8 a Couch!!! Super awesome service and amazing products!!! I had a loveseat sofa bed custom made for my nursery. Needed it to be small enough to fit the space and comfy enough to use frequently. The results was beyond my expectations! The couch was delivered and unpacked flawlessly with their in home delivery. It has gotten lots of use and looks perfect ! Thank you Karen and cre8 a couch.

We had just moved into new home and needed to furnish it quickly and without spending a fortune. I was so happy to find Cre8 a Couch. We picked out a headboard, were able to choose from tons of fabrics and it was delivered and assembled in just over 2 weeks. Not to mention it was about ½ the price of beds I found elsewhere. I plan to use Cre8 a Couch for other furniture needs in the near future. Highly recommend checking them out!

We were in BAD need of a new sofa, but we couldn’t find an «off the shelf» one we liked, so we decided to walk into Cre8 a Couch. These folks were SO helpful. We got our sofa custom made: size, cushions, fabric, legs, arms, right down to the type of stitching we wanted!
They said it’d take 4 weeks to build/​deliver, but we got a call after 2 weeks saying our sofa was ready!
Pricier than an «off the shelf» sofa, but totally worth it!

CUSTOM, did you say Custom, well don’t they all. Unlike many furniture companies that say they can do custom, at Cre8 a Couch they really can. I was shocked. There were no limitations to fabrics, couch size, etc.
You know what they say, happy wife happy life. We looked all over for a Couch to for in our awkward family room and that is kid friendly. I’m not much of a shopper so what a drag. Gentlemen it’s a one stop shop.
CRE8 a Couch, delivered everything we were looking for. Did I say delivered, yep it came on time also.
I recommend everyone at a minimum go visit, don’t settle for something that is not a100% what you want when you can get 100% what you want.
The only down fall is you don’t actually see the couch until it arrives at your house, we were satisfied so I hope you have the same experience.
Oh and what a cre8ative Name.

I will admit we were skeptical at first. But they were able to make a sofa in the style of a Crate & Barrel sofa we saw with the modifications we wanted (one long single seat cushion instead of the three you would normally get and a little bit different in length). It came out beautiful. And we have higher grade leather than what C&B offered. We are very happy campers with our new sofa. It arrived on time too. We primarily worked with Elnaz (great). However, we also found even the delivery guys to be great. Definitely recommend if the need arises. The overall cost wasn’t that different than C&B, but it was a touch less and we got — I believe — a higher quality product.

We were having a really hard time picking couches for our living room. Nothing we saw in the store really fit what we were looking for, and the one couch that we did like was waaaayyyyy too large for our space. After living without a couch for almost 3months we decided it was time that we make a decision.
Ordering a «no returns» couch was really scary, but we went into cre8 a couch and the staff was really patient with us. We had to go in twice, the first time was just to feel them out and see what we were working with. Then we took a look at a bunch of new construction model homes to see what style we would like. We measured our space and went into cre8 a counch with a rough idea of the dimensions we needed. The best thing about cre8 a couch is that you can get anything made in any size. We picked a fabric, picked a style, and 6 weeks later we had dinner on the couch in front of the TV. We didn’t care to much about cost because we needed something that fit right, but it turns out the couches from here were a little less costly than some of the retailers. I waited a few months to write this review so I could make I was truly happy with my choice. Oh, I should mention they’re made in the US. That was a + for us.
The only thing I would not suggest is getting the baseball stitching, they have a french stitch (I think that is what its called) that looks much better.

Cre8-​a-​Couch is such an amazing concept! I had been searching for the perfect couch for months to fit in my living room and I couldn’t find anything that 1) fit my space 2) fit my budget and 3) complimented my other fabric furniture in the room. Then a friend referred me to Cre8-​a-​Couch. The staff was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable about the products and they helped me to design EXACTLY what I had imagined for my space. And to top it off, I saved so much on what I had budgeted for my «big chain company» couch, that I was able to get a complimenting chair from them as well. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and their products. Ten stars all around!
