Jens Corporation

I never lived in one of these properties, just had a very strange and hard time getting any information.
After finding this listing on Unilocal,I called the # provided and a very strange phone call ensued.
I called to ask for a website so I can look at their properties, but instead of an answer got more questions.
When inquiring about the apartments, the female person who’s name I never got said they have many properties, which one am I referring to?
After a strange back and forth exchange, I had to narrow it down to the specific address, to which she responded those are corporate offices. Then I continued to explain that I am looking at Unilocal and tons of pics and supposed reviews they have in relation to this address. I told the person they should update their Unilocal listing, to which she said she doesn’t deal with Unilocal.When I said, well then tell the people that do (this is the only # provided and you answered), she got offended and proceeded to abruptly end the conversation.
Never got any info on those apts they apparently manage, nor their website that I inquired about.

Shiraz, the building manager at the Jens Corporation building, EL Capitan Apartments, 575 O’Farrell St., is the best building manager I have ever had. Anything that was requested for repair was always fixed very promptly and he kept everyone in the building up to date on any issues that were happening. He’s a fantastic guy with an amazing work ethic.
