Our home was sold quickly for more than we thought we would get. There were some hiccups during the process but Joe handled them very well. He’s very knowledgeable and a true go better. Joe is an unbelievable agent. He goes above and beyond and he really gets the job done. After over a year and a half searching for homes in SF and the Peninsula, going through a few different agents, we finally got into a great home with almost all of the amenities we wanted.
We first met Joe at an open house after a sort of falling out with our previous agent. Joe seemed really energetic and charismatic so we scheduled a meeting with him. When we sat down together, Joe took us through the entire buying process, from looking for homes, contracts, escrow process, etc. None of the previous agents we worked with really educated us or went to such lengths to make sure we were prepared. After about a month of working together, our FIRST offer was accepted. Joe went above and beyond to make sure he can present the offer in person and get us into that house.
During escrow Joe was also able to negotiate the price down some because of some things that needed work in the house. Nothing major, but it was nice to know he was proactive in looking out for our best interests.
All in all, this was a great experience. Joe is really in the top 1% of realtors. His customer service skills are THE BEST.

Joe is a absolutely amazing! My father and I travel to San Francisco often to visit relatives and friends so we have been exploring the option of buying a 2^nd home in SF. A friend of ours in San Francisco recommended Joe as she has purchased her house through him. We spoke with him and scheduled a time for us to meet, see some homes on the market, and discuss our plans. Here are some take a ways we had in dealing with him.
— His attire and his persona exude professionalism. Many realtors have a reputation of being lazy, or too laid back. When I’m dealing with someone who’s handling what may be my largest financial asset, I expect them to dress, speak, and act like it. Joe did all those things.
— He’s extremely knowledgeable of the San Francisco Real Estate market. He knew prices per sq ft, average sales figures, regulations, required reports, etc. off the top of his head. We really got a sense that he does his research and knows the market very well.
— He knows San Francisco like the back of his hand. He took us through back streets and had funny and interesting stories for almost every place we went to in the city.
Dealing with Joe has been one of the most pleasant real estate experiences I’ve ever had, I would highly recommend him.
