I worked with Peter on acquiring a rehab project where we took a run-down 2 bedroom, one bath property and converted it to a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home. Peter helped provide guidance in researching and finding the property, going back and forth on ideas for improvements and costs, and market insight into potential After Repair Value. We looked at A Lot of houses before finding the right one and he examined each potential investment as if he was spending his own money. I’m very grateful for his patience and being a knowledgeable sounding board. Peter has a good grasp of property valuation, the rehab process, construction, costs of materials/labor, and has a good sense of what can be done to improve floorplan, amenities, finishes, and landscaping. Most important, he scrutinizes neighborhood valuation to ensure that the cost basis and total rehab costs are low enough to support a list price that is reasonable for the neighborhood at time of sale. My project was a great success and I can’t wait to work with Peter again.
