I took my apple computer to the store along with my HP to have repaired. The lady told me oh we will give you a call when we are done we need to order a part so it should be about a week. We’ll about two weeks later no word from her so I called and she said «oh the part for the Apple should be here by Friday and I will call you when it’s done it shouldn’t take 30 minutes once we get the part». Guess what Friday came, Monday came, Tuesday came, Wednesday came… I gave them the benefit of doubt. I called back «oh, they said it was lost and they are tracking it now so I will call you back friday». Guess what, you guessed it she lied again. I went up and picked up my HP because it was ready and paid for everything. She said well we have to order that part for the Apple because it is a discontinued part… no it wasn’t it was actually a recall on the bottom casing. She held it another two weeks so I finally went and got it and she said she would call me when the part came in… that has been over a month. I wouldn’t trust that lady or the company to fix a missing key on my keyboard now. The only reason I gave them a 1 was because there are no negative numbers
