Cold Stone Creamery

This location was ok. After visiting today I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I went here with family to celebrate my birthday with a small dessert after lunch. When we walked in my mother in law went to use the bathroom, and when she came out she said there was no toilet paper and that the bathroom was completely filthy. Tables and chairs were pretty nasty as well. We walked up to the ice cream case and sampled one or two. My mother in law asked what was in the sugar free ice cream to sweeten it and the lady behind the counter did not know (She asked because she has had bad reactions to Splenda in the past) I ordered the seasonal dark chocolate peppermint specialty. Apparently they were out of whipped cream. Okay, no big deal. My husband tried to order the apple pie signature, and they were out of apple filling. He tried to order two other signatures and they were out of graham crackers, peanut butter ice cream, and whipped cream for his ice cream. They seemed to be lacking a lot for a Saturday afternoon. The only positive was that the staff seemed friendly, though there seemed to be no management.

The ice cream is great but the cakes and cupcakes are what really stand out here! They have some of the best ice cream cupcakes I’ve ever had!
