We stumbled upon Logan’s on our way to camp in the islands and how very fortunate we were. This place does not only deliver incredible food, but the service was friendly and inviting! Being a vegetarian it gets difficult on road trips to find yummy healthy food. The Chipotle black bean burger was phenomenal and the older gentleman and young lady who waited on us were so incredibly sweet. My husband had the pulled pork and raved about it as well. This cute little spot is a+! They also had some sweets, wine/beer, and all natural treats for our pup. I will definitely be returning to Logan’s again!

Hands down the best sandwich in Burlington. Not even a contest. Everything from sandwiches to soup to sides is amazing. Not exaggerating one bit.

Logan’s offers a great selection of food and desserts, but what sets this place apart is the incredible service. It is run by truly friendly people that have always made me feel welcome. The food isn’t inexpensive, but you truly get what you pay for — it’s prepared fresh and everything I’ve had has been deliciously worth it. Don’t overlook this place the next time you want to eat near the waterfront. It’s quick, easy, friendly and has a great patio to sit on. Help support these wonderful people.

Delicious! Just had the 3 cheese grilled sandwich and the tomato spinach soup. The side salad has an incredible citrus honey vinegrette. The staff were super nice!

Stopped here while passing through Burlington on our way home from Montréal. Food was excellent and just what we were looking for — super fresh salads, delicious soup, great sandwich! The staff was also top notch! We’ll definitely stop here the next time we’re in town.

Great service and delicious panini sandwich. Desserts were excellent. Also has a very nice outdoor patio. Came back a second time. Sandwiches excellent, and the clam chowder was as good as I remember having anywhere — and I’m Boston originally.

It’s a really clean, classy layout in there and the staff is very personable and friendly. It seemed like it might be too upscale for me to be casual about going in and out of before I went in the first time but once you’re inside, you realize it’s just a really nice bakery and deli run by folks who have their act together. The bakery(sorry Mirabelle’s) is absolutely the best in the city that I know of. They have unbelievably flavorful baked goods that look like they are out of a magazine. The breakfast sandwich I had there this morning was enough to make me salivate every morning I think of it and it seems they make their own English muffins? Reasonably priced, too. They have some nice signature ales in there and the coffee station was excellent. I’d recommend it to anyone. It’s not overpriced and the food is not going to get any better at another place around town. 5 stars, highly recommended.

My wife and I had our wedding in August, 2013 in Burlington. Afterward, we had dinner for 20 at Logan’s on their patio. What a treat! The menu was fabulous, as good as it gets any place. Our guests, to the person, loved the food. Those appetizers were outstanding! The service provided by Logan’s was exemplary. A need never went untended, from lemonade to silverware to a clean plate. The wedding cake was Logan’s signature carrot cake which delighted everyone — even now my wife and I take out food from Logan’s and never fail to get the carrot cake. The Logan’s and staff are welcoming, warm, professional and sincere, with a lot of experience. We recommend Logan’s to locals and visitors alike.

First of all if this was a review of service alone, I would add another star. A more than friendly welcome has greeted me each and every time I have stepped foot into this wonderful establishment and is always followed up with a genuine thank you and invitation back as I walk out the door. The sincere kindness and gratitude offered by their representatives is consistent and to be honest just plain heartwarming. There a number of notable postives to be brought to light when it comes to Logans of Vermont. I personally am a fan of it’s distance from the Church Street marketplace and love the light and view from it’s lower Main street address. The establishment itself is very well kept. They offer a selection of specialty items one can peruse, as well as side a cooler that offers an array alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They offer some seating(though I admit it could be more comfortable) but, I feel it’s mostly carryout. The bakery is delicious. I have never had anything that was sub-standard. They make an assortment of delicious sandwiches that are always somehow perfectly constructed, the perfect amount of meat, the right bite to the bread… these sandwiches are good. I recently discovered they are offering a variety of soups daily. I had the Split Pea while my boyfriend had the Manhattan Clam Chowder. Both may have been the best of each kind we have ever eaten. The seasoning was on point. No salt or pepper needed. Excellent balance of flavor and plenty of complexity. Someone here has a skill and they are displaying it quite well. I eat out a great deal. I am passionate about food and am particular about quality. The folks at Logan’s of Vermont are doing a great job. I have no complaints… and I always have a complaint. I encourage you to check it out.

Ridiculously overpriced for tiny bland sandwiches. Get it while it lasts, can’t wait to see what comes next.

I only had take out here, but the black been burger was awesome… and the small side salad was well prepared. Price tag seems high, but you get what you pay for, awesome food and nice service. I’m very happy with this place I have gone back again.

Excellent place! I’ve had take out once and eaten in once. The black bean«burger» is one of the best I’ve had, it sticks together. The side salads are always a very nice touch and alternative to chips or fries. As noted in all the other reviews, the staff are really attentive and friendly. Oh… someone brought cookies from Logan’s to the office the other day for a perfect afternoon.

Logan’s ROCKS! Their food is really fantastic — made fresh and with love — and you can tell… the Angel Kisses are TODIEFOR! And fantastic soup and sammies! You’re a super addition to the neighborhood!

Had lunch at Logan’s, extensive list of sandwiches, an imaginative selection of salads and main dishes, and side dishes. I had the muffuletta and my husband had a Cuban sandwich. Both were excellent on their own baked bread. We finished by having some Mexican wedding cookies and almond raspberry cookies, good quality. Everything is made in house including the baked goods. There are a few tables to sit at and watch the street, I imagine as soon as the weather gets better they will be packed. The people are very welcoming and helpful. In our city full of restaurants and bakeries, there are three others in close proximity, it will be tough to compete, but they can be a contender.

i’ve only gotten food from logan’s once, but it was pretty excellent. i ordered salmon, brussels sprouts, and sweet potato fries to go. it was all great but what was most fantastic was the service. hands-down some of the most helpful, pleasant, nicest folks i’ve encountered. the food could’ve been terrible(which it definitely wasn’t) and i would still go back there.

Logan’s is the new restaurant on the block. Eat in or take out, it offers finely prepared foods at a reasonable price. Their variety includes fish, chicken, soups, salads, desserts, etc. The food is beautiful, fresh, and has good presentation. I believe they also have fines to complement your meals. The space is large, bright, and airy with smaller tables. While I wouldn’t recommend this place for a romantic meal, you might keep this place in mind for take out to your romantic place. Since I work across the street, I am often found here for lunch. The employees and owners are personable and welcoming. Give this new kid on the block a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Logan’s is unique and terrific. It’s mostly take-out, though now there are tables(it’s a lovely space with lots of light). In addition to excellent breakfast pastries(including rationally sized and priced muffins), there are sandwiches for lunch and outstanding(OUTSTANDING) soups. For dinner, the emphasis is take-out, and the options are varied, from fantastic(big) roasted chickens and serve-em-cold sides to heat-and-eat, all the way to stuff you actually need to cook. Breads are quite good and many are well below the ever-higher price point at the local artisan bakeries. It’s a BIG step up, quality-wise, from stopping in to the grocery store, and yes, a bit more expensive – two bucks a head, if that. But worth it. Good, carefully-chosen selection of wine(whites are chilled). Cookies are as good as they get, and wine tastings are planned for the future(soon, we hope). We are major fans.
