I go here regularly for haircuts and coloring and am very satisfied with the service and pricing. The staff are friendly and there is a core staff that have been there for a few years. I noticed that the reviews here are not very recent and as for appointments, it would make sense to get one if you are going in during busy times. The fact that they tend to be busy is a good sign.

Even when calling ahead, there is no reliability to getting an appointment. I called, they said 10 minutes. I got there in 10 minutes and waited 20 more minutes and still not called.

My husband normally goes here and gets a haircut. And it’s a 20 $ haircut but whatever. Today when he went in they had just ordered lunch. His stylist rushed the end of his haircut because lunch had arrived. She never showed him the back. When he got home I noticed there were several areas where she had gone in at a different angle leaving several lines that were shorter than the rest… Giving him a hair cut that I could have done at home with the trimmer for free. It never used to bother me that they gave crappy hair cuts but when you are paying for a service you at least expect it to look like someone who had some training preformed adequately, but this was definitely far below even the standards of super cuts(do they even have any??).

What can I say, it’s a supercuts. I call ahead to make sure it’s not busy then go and get a $ 16 haircut, I’m in and out within 20 minutes with a fresh haircut for $ 20(including tip). Five star because I really have no gripes and don’t know what more I would or should expect from the experience.

I took my young daughter here to get a hair cut. Just a simple bob. My friend and I were watching because this was my daughter’s first«real» hair cut other than me trimming it. The hair stylist was clearly nervous we were watching and the cut was uneven. I think it’s ridiculous she botched such a simple cut. It seems all the inexperience staff work at a Super Cuts because no other salon would hire them with such poor skills.

The key to Supercuts is to always call in advance to put your name in. This way when you walk in and you see all of the miserable people suffering through outdated magazines you can sit with your head high knowing that you’ll be the next person called. For $ 15 I don’t know what else you could ask for out of a haircut place. Some people are better than others, but overall at this location I’ve had good luck with almost everyone I’ve ended up with.

Cathy(first chair) is fantastic. Efficient, consistent and very nice. She’s there most afternoons during the week and on Saturdays. $ 15 + healthy tip as she has been even better than my «go to» old school barber dudes. [ Edit: One star off for an hour and a half wait recently when I had an appointment and a «30 minute wait». Mostly because she allowed two kids to jump the line. Bad Form.]

It used to be very good, I have been their customer for 3 years. The new staff are very harsh, they don’t know how to treat their customers. I will never go there again.

I got my long hair trimmed and the front layered. The lady appeared tough on the outside as I apprehensively sat in her chair. No nice greeting or smile, just, «You’re next.» So we started on our journey. She spritzed, asked me what I wanted, and started going at it. She answered my questions about how to style my hair, what hair cuts would look nice on me, how to keep my hair healthy, and random other things. She slowly warmed up! Before long, I was finished & ready to go. The cut was about $ 15 and I tip 20%. My hair is more manageable, but the experience was slightly forgettable.
