Digital Reflections

Kim did a great job on a large family reunion we had this summer. She worked with our crazy schedule to get in the best time for photos. We were at a rental house at Log County Cove, which she happened to already have done a photo shot at, so she already knew the good views and backgrounds. She was very accommodation in all the different combination of grandchildren and families. I also liked the fact she was not afraid to (kindly) tell us that a specific backdrop would not look good instead of just doing what we asked and it turn out bad.
She had a very quick turnaround on getting the photos to us. She sent my mom a flash drive of all the photos so we could use them for printing out whatever size we wanted and for Christmas Cards. The photos turned out really great — from the large shot of all of us (16 people including 8 squirming grandchildren in the heat) down to single shots of couples.
Some of the shots of my particular family turned out not as sharp as I was hoping. I was afraid it was a resolution problem, but she was very quick in working with me on it and was able to fix it (turns out is was just a filter she had applied to my particular backdrop since it was brighter than the other shots). She was so great in emailing me back and forth and returning my calls and helping me get the exact picture I wanted. great customer service!
I am always afraid of using a photographer from out of town since you never know what you are going to get, but Kim was great! I would recommend her to anyone in the area looking at doing photos of the family.

Kim at Digital Reflections is very professional and a great photographer. She took maternity photos for me… it was so much fun and the pictures turned out great. I definitely recommend her and will be having more pictures taken.

From maternity to weddings she does it all. The greatest thing about her is that she is passionate about what she does. She takes your family and captures the emotion, and life into your photos. I love her work!

My family flew in from all over the states to take a family photo for the last time before our ranch property closed. Digital Reflections sent a photographer and we were so excited. The photographer only took two or three pictures of each backdrop with the family. My first thought was, «Wow, this photographer really knows what they are doing.» WRONG. Putting aside the aperture and lighting being less than sub par… All of the pictures are extremely grainy. None of them can be printed at a large scale print. My family cannot have these pictures redone. I would not recommend this photographer to anyone.
