I had a bagel and lox here on August 14, 2014 which was terrible. I had high hopes since this is in the Chicago area (I was staying at a nearby hotel). The bagel which was pumpernickel was bad and the lox was low quality (dried out).

I got a few dozens bagels from here for my daughter’s teacher appreciation week. They are running a promotion with Groupon now so I made a bit detour to visit this location.
Two guys behind the counter were very friendly. One of them helped me carry the big box to my car.
Very Good decaf coffee. I really liked the Strawberry bagel with plain cream cheese and Sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese.
Will come back to try some items on the lunch menu.

The food preparation is inconsistent. Half the time I get a bagel with cream cheese there is too little cream cheese. Have also had a couple of visits where my sandwich was missing an item or two. Before I figured the problems were because it’s a newly opened restaurant and they are working out the kinks. Now it seems to be a trend.
