Again echo others, would give 0 stars. Owner smoking outside the one time I came to use a groupon, week later returned and place was gutted, no sign no notification to their customers, even though they have my cell phone and email address. Seriously horrible service, hope groupon will give me my money back.

Terrible that the place closed, didn’t inform its customers, and they have no place to tan… I found Palm Beach Tan off 83 and 63rd by the Dominck’s! Love it! Better lotion and beds for sure!

Really annoyed with this place. Bought a Groupon and have used it 3⁄6 times so far. First 3 times, it was mostly a pleasant experience. Nice facility– but they had no lotion packets to buy… and I’m not going to pay $ 60 for a bottle… I also was never asked if I had eyewear. Over the period of a week they were«waiting» for the packets to come in. Truth? Idk. anyway, last Friday I checked online to see when they were open until, and they were open for a few more hours, so I drove over there before I was going to meet my friend. I pull up– it’s pitch black– I walk up to the door and there’s a hand written sign that they are«closed for maintenance and upgrades to better service you– thanks» …something like that– so I’m like okay. I call them to ask if maybe they were opening back that night. but no answer… rings forever and I get a voice mailbox that is full. Okay? Good business tactics… I call Saturday– no answer– same thing– so I go there– STILL pitch black with that stupid note on the door. How are you upgrading your services if it’s pitch black and no one is there? And how are you supposed to run a business and just shut it down for a few days and not have an email system OR answer your phone to notify your customers ??? I am in their system with my email. It’s beyond annoying. So then I look them up on Facebook to ask them when they are reopening… They don’t have a Fan page but instead are under like an actual person… so I message them. and it’s been over 2 days and I haven’t heard back. I wanted to fit in at least 1 more of my 3 sessions left of my Groupon before I start a medicine that makes me sensitive to the sun. OBviously that’s not happening anymore and I don’t think I would ever want to go back there simply because it’s B.S. the way they are operating their business. I hate negatively reviewing companies on Unilocal because I don’t want to hurt anyone but maybe this will bring awareness to the business owner that you need to step it up… a couple of notches.
