One of the best outlets in the COUNTRY. true designer brands, lots of them. Plenty of parking. The Morongo casino is next to it, if you want a casino buffet after shopping. I would compare the outlets to San Marcos TX, but better.

This is pretty much the only outlet I’m willing to go to. There is plenty of stores that are high-end and worth actually looking at. There is plenty of parking and they have the lights on top to let you know if there’s any spots. It gets very crazy on holidays and weekends so if you can avoid it then do it.

Unilocal challenge 1⁄365 Cabazon used to be the spot. What happened??? Cabazon was the first black friday i ever did back in 1999. The drive was worth it!!! Buuut over the years, something funky happened… Its like cabazon and neighboring outlet advertised in china and asia… And bam now its a tourist attraction. The tourism i reckon, inflated the pricing strategy and is no different than citadel(law of supply/demand). Actually i found the block to be cheaper especially for pricier brands at neeman, rack and saks. Just an fyi. Cabazon does have a lot stores. It is convenient for shoppers with various brand needs. Unfortunately cabazon is becoming a place to stop by on the way back from phoenix…

Visited 1÷1÷2016 Love coming to this outlet when I am in the area! Many stores to choose from. You can spend a whole day here! Some stores have better sales than others. A lot of the high brands are here like Coach, Kate Spade, and so on. Prices for the purses here are great! Eating area kind of small, especially today. A long line at Five Guys and the other eateries. Restrooms pretty clean which is impressive. Large parking structure which is free. Valet parking available.

So went here a few days after Christmas, and it was still pretty busy… There was plenty of parking in the structures… But several stores still had lines outside you had to wait to get in, But those lines moved fast. This outlet has stores in all price ranges… But what sets them apart from other outlets is their high end stores.(Gucci, Burberry, jimmy choo, Prada). They also have Tory Burch, Kate spade, Marc Jacobs. A nice outlet to walk around at, very clean. And insanely good deals this time of year! Lots of stores offering 50−60% off. Plus additional sales off clearance!.. I’ve come here off season a while back, and I was still able to find some good deals… The food court area has a very limited selection… They could also use a few more restroom locations. This outlet is worthwhile.

There are only a small number of stores here but it’s definitely worth a stop by if you’re headed to the Premium Outlets located right across the street. They have Puma, Reebok, Brighton Collectibles, Le Creuset, Auntie Anne’s, Starbucks, and more! Nice clean restrooms too! Parking lot is super small so try the premium outlets structure instead before coming here. Love the check-in deal – BPA-free water bottle and a Chapstick :)

So there are actually two outlets in the Cabazon area. This one would be the original. However, since Cabazon and Desert Hills are across the street from each other it would just be easier to call it the Cabazon outlets. Do not forget to check in here for Unilocal and visit the Customer service area behind Starbucks! They give you a free Unilocal check in gift as well as a coupon book with some discounts. There are still some pretty good stores and the outlet prices are still great. If you are lookin for parking there is a valet area at the end. I would recommend starting here so you can walk both outlets. You might not save the money in your wallet… but you might even lose some calories in the process. ;-)

I’ve been coming to this outlet for the past 10 years. It’s about 30 miles from Palm Springs and right next to Morongo. They recently renovated and added a lot of high end stores such as Gucci, Prada, CH, Burberry, etc. The outlet is huge and has endless stores to visit. They have many parking spots but it gets crowded on the weekends given the number of visitors that stop by(sometimes by the bus load). They have a small food court but you are better off eating at In-N-Out Burgers close by or Blaze Pizza near Burberry. Their sale prices are a hit or miss but the high end stores in general don’t have great discounts(10−15% of retail value?). Tip: if you have a AAA card, you can get their VIP coupon book for free(otherwise I think it’s $ 5).

I have stooped here a few times. I find it to be very crowded and extremely insensitive to me as a person. I don’t enjoy huge bus loads of people being dropped of either. It’s just way to impersonal of a place. I am just not that into shopping. just me. The few stores I went into did not seem like a big bargain in any way. I think they might Jack up the price then slash it down to make you think it’s a deal . I also am worried about my car In the overly crowded parking lot. The vibe I got here is just not for me. I bought a few items and they were from a high end store. Service was eh. –ok. I don’t like the old one of signing u for a credit card in the store. It was pushed on me pushed back and did not get one. Last thing I want is another credit card, The thrill was gone

I’ve passed by these outlets a number of times on my way to Palm Springs or Arizona. The outlets look really nice from the freeway and boast some pretty nice stores. Coming back from a holiday with the family we decided to stop in and take a look around at the outlets. They have great parking though I had no idea how to get into the right lot and think I actually came into the entrance for trucks to do their unloading. Oh well, maybe some better signage would help, but we got to the parking structure which is wonderful they have a covered structure considering how hot it is out there for most of the year. The mall is mostly a pedestrian walk where the stores face each other. They do have a fairly good selection of stores in the mall. It’s very spread out though so it takes awhile to walk through the complex. When we went we lucked out to have upper 80’s weather, but if it was 110, I think having the massive amount of walking to do to go across to the next store would get very tiring. There are some kiosks for food and a modest food court. The bathrooms are fairly large and when we were there, they were pleasantly clean. I think they are still building out the complex so it’ll be good to see what it ends up being like when completed. It’s not the best outlet I’ve been to and I wouldn’t make a trip out there just to go to the outlets, but when in the area, it’s a decent stop for shopping.
