No lines this time. The Vietnamese egg roll is so-so. The Korean short ribs that I ordered are way too hard and chewy. Don’t waste your time.

Foods are ok nothing special. Not worth what you paid for but the service is super TERRIBLE!!! Jennifer yang was at the cash register suppose to be taking customers order but she was sooooo busy with her Facebook!!! No greetings, not even look at customer who trying to order. 3 minutes past she looked up and ask, are you ready? What kind of customer service skill is this? I feel so sorry for the owner or the management of this restaurant.

Noodles, noodles and more noodles! If you like your noodles and Asian Cuisine. Natural 9 Noodle Company is the place for you. Their menu is broken up by the different Asian cuisines: Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese. Each cuisine has the various specialty noodles of the different regions. Pad Thai and Pad See Ew for Thailand. Phở soup for Vietnam. Lo mien for China. Etc. Aside from the different noodle dishes, they also offer various Asian eats such as bahn mi sandwiches, sushi, fried rice and egg rolls. They also have boba. Pricewise for entrees is in the $ 10 and up range. I came with a bunch of family members here and we tried out various of their dishes. I got the Pad See Ew with chicken. Some of the other items at our table was the Phở with Beef, the Natural soup(thin noodle soup with chicken) and the lo mien with chicken. My pad see ew had a peanut flavor like taste similar to what can be found in Pad Thai. The noodle soups tended to lean toward all the same sort of chicken broth taste. All in all not bad. Regarding customer service, it was average. When we asked for extra bowls and spoons, the girl working there gave an attitude and said«tell me what else you guys want now.» When she brought our extra bowls and spoons, she did apologize and said her statement was due to the frustration of being there by herself. Her frustration is understandable because there were a lot of customers but she probably shouldn’t of let her anger shown to the customers. The food is pretty decent here but perhaps like other Unilocalers have stated, the customer service could be a bit more friendly.

This is a really bad spot! Don’t go here. We waited for at least 1hour to get food. While waiting a few people just cut infront of us and the only cashier did not say anything!!! After we set down it took another 30 min for them to bring the food! Stay away from this place at any cost!!! Not worth the wait. Food was ok! A glorified Panda Express

This place gets crowded easily! My family and I were lucky enough to find a table because of how packed it was around 5pm. Since it was seat yourself dining, everyone waiting was just standing around to grab the first table they saw open. It seemed like it was a race between families to snag the first table they saw. Luckily my family found a table before everyone started to rush in. Although this place is considered a fast food dine-in restaurant, I would recommend they hire more employees. My family and I had to go up to the counter about 3 times asking for things because we could not grab the attention of any waiter/waitress. When we asked for a knife they said they ran out of knives, but then I saw someone else ask for a knife and they were given one! Wow… Well besides that the food was good, but not extraordinary. I really liked the Teriyaki Beef and Cantonese Crispy Chow-mein. The beef was so tender it melted in your mouth! The chow-mein was really crispy with vegetables and chicken that were cooked to compliment the noodles. I’d ordered these two items again.

The food has improved some much. The last time we received a free voucher to eat, I expected to be eating really horribly again. We ordered the fried rice, shrimp wonton, and congee. The fried rice was very very good! The congee and wonton were also very good.

Unless you have a few extra hours of spare time better pass on this place it is so slow here that I think they grow the food and cultivate before it gets to your table. Place is set up fast food style but that’s where it ends from watching other tables seems like cook can handle one dish at a time. Brutal going to get our money back and go else where

Their food is so delicious, but their customer service is HORRIBLE. We were recommended by many of our friends to come and try out this restaurant because the food was so delicious. It was our first time coming. All the employees we interacted were nice and friendly except the only employee. She is Asian and her name is Teng. First, she ISNOT friendly. I understand she may hate her job and possibly be miserable, but have the decency at least to be courteous to the customers who are being nice to her. Second, she DISRESPECTED us. She assumed that we were looking at the menu and rolled her eyes to the Caucasian coworker behind her… AREYOUSERIOUS? All we were doing is asking her questions about the menu. We have never felt disrespected by a restaurant’s employee like that. Ever. We drove 30 – 40 minutes to try this restaurant is raving about, only to be disrespected by that Teng girl. I will never forget her. If you want to come here for the food, I suggest it, but expect to get horrible customer service. I hope the manager knows that they are losing business because of bad customer service. In conclusion, because of Teng’s customer service, we are NEVER coming back here and not recommending this restaurant to any of our friends and family. EVER.

Not only is the customer service horrible, the food is even worse. Asian restaurants inside casinos are always a risky deal and you can never expect the food to be that good or even authentic, but we had credit and this seemed like the best option at the time. Honestly, you’re better off getting Panda Express at the food court a few feet away. First off, there was a long line to wait and order with only one register open. When we got up to the cashier, she was extremely rude. She had very broken English and it was hard to understand her, so that was completely understandable/excusable, but what was not acceptable was the fact that she was so rude. She gave us an attitude and yelled at us for not being able to understand her, which is completely not our fault. I ordered the Ramen and it was the worst tasting Ramen I had ever had. After a few bites I stopped eating it despite how hungry I was anyway. The broth literally tasted like water and had 0 flavor to it and the noodles in it weren’t even traditional ramen noodles. The pork was extremely salty and was all fat. I tried to mask the taste in chili oil but not even that worked. This dish was in no way worth $ 11. Learned my lesson and will definitely not be back here.

This was our first time at Natural 9. I was surprised by the number of negative reviews here but after checking the menu and seeing a few favorites, I suggested we meet with some out of town relatives here since the casino is half-way between home and their accommodations in Palm Springs. We each tried different dishes. I had the beef salad with a Thai iced tea, which were both quite good. My husband had the bun thit nuong cha gio and had enough to bring half of it home. I think my aunt had the sweet and sour chicken, which my uncle had to help her finish. He had a soup dish(sorry! can’t remember which one) that had seafood in it – on that, it seemed there was more broth than needed. If it had come with a side of white or sticky rice, it might have been better on my scale. Beverages were easily obtained from a cooler next to the register. They were appropriately cold. My iced tea was well made and handed to me before we left the register after paying. Concerning service, we arrived early. The young lady at the counter let us know they opened at 11AM and asked if we were aware that we had to order at the counter. I said we knew the opening time but that my husband had to sit. She left us to our own devices until we were ready to order at the counter. When we gave our order, we were told they would bring it to our table. No muss, no fuss. The server asked who had which dish and put them at our places, as one would expect. We were given a variety of utensils, including chopsticks, soup spoons, knives, spoons, forks, and adequate napkins. I went up to request a take-away container and the server asked if I needed one for soup or no soup. I needed one for no soup and she provided me with the container and a bag. It was the type of experience I would expect from a food court type restaurant situated along a gaming floor. This is not a high-end restaurant, where you would expect table service. However, the décor allows patrons toward the center or who eat at the counter to separate from passing noise of the gamers. The Gumbo-tron television across from the register could be a bit distracting, but with the right company, it is easily ignored.

The reviews here do not reflect the experience that I have had. I always get the duck. Thus far it has been fantastic. This isn’t going to be a long review, I don’t have much to say about this place. Its a little expensive but other than that I have had a satisfying experience.

The customer service here is horrible. The girl who took our order was such a B… Her attitude and mannerisms was so bad because of her… I will never come back. Btw. Her name is Teng. They should just fire her cuz she seems miserable. As for the food. We ordered the stir fried lobster with ginger sauce and the duck. Food wasn’t bad as i expected. That’s why this place is getting 2 stars…

Very light non greasy Asian food, it’s not cheap but there is a Panda Express in food court, so that’s the cheap option for Asian food at this hotel and casino. We tried BBQ pork ramen and seafood udon, shrimp spring rolls and BBQ duck with rice. The noodle soups were surprisingly delicious, light with enough flavors. Generous amount of meat and seafood in them that we couldn’t even finish everything. Portions were HUGE for what they charge, bottle Sapporo beer was only 5 bucks. Downside is that we have to order at the front and find a place to sit down, it’s pretty much self serve. But we really needed some soup at the moment, so we gave this place a try, and it didn’t disappoint.

I’ve been here three times already and I’ve only ordered the soups, my husband always gets the noodles, so i will just review on that and the service. Ramen — great broth, piping hot, hearty and tasty Udon– great broth and lots of veggies Korean soup — flavorful and hearty Noodles — good flavor Chili oil sauce on condiment tray — perfect! Service — 1 star I’ve always come here when it’s late and its pretty slow. I’ve read the other reviews and was shocked to see it had 2 stars, but I read most of the reviews and its all because of the service. And i agree, the service is pretty bad. It reminds me of all the Chinese restaurants I go to in Alhambra and Monterey Park, the service sucks, they are rude and barely speak english. I got used to it and as long as the food was good I was happy. This establishment should be more up to par with service since it’s in a 4 star resort. When I was there this lady was complaining about something she ordered and the manager was pretty rude to her and then when she left he started to bad mouth her to his employees in front of customers. I didn’t find that very appropriate considering I heard the whole thing. Definitely needs a management revamp.

When you’re at Morongo Casino and hungry, you’re basically held food hostage. This was the best option given there were 4 of us. Ordered the pad thai. Seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp as you can see in my pic. There were no bean sprouts, which is what I was after. Too tired and hungry — and with guests — to complain. Very few vegetarian options. The edamame was good — and by good I mean what I would expect.

Okay Asian food in the middle of nowhere inside Morongo Casino, you can grab a quick bite here and sit away from the casino smoke. Get in line to order food at the counter first and then find seating on your own to wait for your food. There are different Asian dish, including dimsum stuff, salad, rice, dry noodles, soup noodles, boba drinks, mochi ice cream. Surprisingly a few of the items taste pretty good, and complimentary water is self-served. SPICYSEAFOODTOMYUM $ 13 — Vermicelli noodles served with shrimp, scallops, squid, mushrooms, pineapple, bamboo strips, bean sprouts, in broth flavored with lemon grass, lime juice and kaffir lime leaf — pretty tasty~ VERMICELLINOODLESWITHBARBECUEDPORK&EGGROLLS $ 13 — Vermicelli noodles with BBQ pork and egg rolls, lettuce, bean sprouts, pickled carrots, Chinese radish and peanuts with homemade fish sauce — nothing special about it, WAY overpriced, and the meat/sausage wrapped in egg rolls taste awful. COMBOFRIEDRICE — $ 12 Served with Chinese sausage, chicken, barbecued pork and shrimp — pricey but actually tastes pretty good! The Chinese sausage tastes funky though. Don’t mind eating this again if the price is lowered. If you need Asian food and don’t mind the overpriced tag, this might be an option.

Overpriced and food is either too sweet or too spicy. Semi-rude service. . Being a casino restaurant, there’s not much to expect, and I didn’t come in here with high expectations. Still, I do wish the workers put a little more effort into the food here as the food is a little overpriced compared to restaurants that normally served this type of food. Being a multi-asian food joint, it’s quite interesting how this restaurant mixed in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Thai all in one. The menu itself is quite astonishing for this reason. My family and I ordered beef phở, pad thai, and a kimchi fried rice to share as we were all still full from the buffet just a few hours ago. Not wanting to travel far for dinner(knowing that the only decent places were close to the outlets), my family and I decided to eat at this place for a light meal before heading home. The phở and kimchi fried rice were alright-a little funky as I thought the phở’s soup was a strange dark brown color(it’s usually supposed to be a slightly murkey light brown) and the fried rice was very bland despite the deep red color. My pad thai was the best out of all our dishes, yet it was slightly too sweet. I would have rated this place a tad bit higher if service was a little better here. The cashiers are friendly enough, but the servers are rude and unhelpful. My chair was sticking a little out, and I got yelled at to «MOVE!» as a small Asian server rushed out of the kitchen, holding a tray of food. I don’t know about you, but I don’t like to be yelled at… especially by a stranger.

So we ordered food. Of course we knew it would be over priced and small portioned. What pisses me off is that a food dish that was given to us had a chip in it and could of cut us if we hadnt seen it. Servers excuse was the chef gave it to me like that.
