I hate Panda Express, but really? My sister ordered fried rice and orange chicken. The workers didn’t understand what she ordered and kept trying to give her chow mein. We were born in Cali and do not have accents so I don’t know what the misunderstanding was. Ugh, the food here really sucks

The food here does not taste like your typical panda express. The selection is less. The cashier is my reason for the complaint. My boyfriend try to order me veggie because I’m gluten intolerance instead of the noodles. The cashier said that it would be done but never followed through. After 20 minutes she told him she forgot. He gave up and just ask for the typical beef. When handing over the utensil it drop. He ask for another one. She ignored his request. Then he asked another girl and she was going to get it for him. She told the girl she was going to get it then ignore him and helped other two other customers. That was purposefully uncalled for. Her name starts with a Verona or something. If you dont like your job get a job that you like. If you go into a job you don’t like still try your best to do it because there are others who don’t have a job.

By far the worst Panda Express I’ve been to. They need training on customer service. Paid for my food while waited 15 minutes for addtl item. Ended up telling them to forget about it. Then proceeded to ask one lady for utensils and the main cashier who was agitated said she’ll get it then ignore me to help ring up 2 more customers. All she had to do is give me utensils right in front of her. Also only have 6 items on their menu and tastes are not up to Panda standards. Hope Panda franchise take notice and fix this.

Generous servings, with the flavors you’ve come to love. Probably the best option in the food court here.

The prices here might be a little more expensive than most locations but they are not stingy! Fresh food kept on coming out from their kitchen and the staff really hooked it up. I was scared it wouldn’t taste Panda-ish but it did pass the taste test. I usually order steamed vegetables, mushroom chicken, and beef broccoli. I don’t feel nasty after eating all that because it’s part of their Smart Wok options so I know I am not consuming the 2000 calories that most entrees consist of.

This is a very decent choice for culinary pit stop at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets. Other choices include Italian pizza and hot dogs. Price is slightly higher(I think) compared to a regular mall location.

Decent prices and consistently great food! It’s a good alternative to waiting in line for the buffet. It gets crowded here on the weekends but the lines move quickly and there is great turnover in food. It’s a good break from all the gambling or walking around! Foods I usually get are Kung Pao Chicken, Orange Chicken, Black Pepper Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Chow Mein. Their Thai Cashew Chicken isn’t too bad either.
